Are men to remain responsible for their actions after drinking but women are not be held responsible?

What if a drunk man slept with a sober woman and then regretted it in the morning? Can he then accuse her of 'rape'?

This is all about driving a wedge between men and women so that men become afraid to even approach women. The terror events also have a similar effect in making people too afraid to gather together in public. It really seems that the el-ite are trying to atomise and split society apart so that people become alone, isolated and afraid to live their lives

A criminal barrister says men should not sleep with women who've drank any alcohol - because consent laws are misunderstood by some men.

Cathy McCulloch, who has 34 years of legal experience in sexual assault, advises men not to have sex with women if they’ve had a single drink in a Mail Online article, as this may compromise their capacity to consent.

She wrote: "The law is simple. If a woman has had a drink, and says after sex she did not have the choice, freedom and capacity to consent, the man can be accused of rape. A man being drunk is no defence in law.The real issue is there is no legal definition of what is ‘too drunk’.

"The test is whether the drink affected a woman’s ability to make a free choice to have sex. Men don’t seem to realise this."

It's an issue that frequently crops up in rape cases, explained Sarah King, a solicitor at Stuart Miller, to The Independent.

“If I could offer any advice to young men and woman regarding drunk sex and consent, I would suggest that a man proceed with extreme caution if there is a disparity between the level of drunkenness between him and the female, particularly if they have never had sex before and they are not in a relationship.”

Met Police fail to investigate thousands of crimes: Force will ignore burglaries, thefts and some assaults unless a suspect is identified

Metropolitan Police, UK's largest force, stopped investigating low-level crimes
Critics say the move will give criminals the 'green light to thieve' in Great Britain
New, controversial guidelines were issued to officers in the capital last month
They have been introduced in London as part of the ongoing cost-cutting drive

Britain's largest police force will no longer investigate thousands of burglaries, thefts and some assaults, it has been revealed.

The Metropolitan Police have stopped looking into low-level crimes – which critics claim will give criminals ‘the green light to thieve’.

The new guidelines, which were issued to officers in the London force last month, have been introduced as part of the force’s ongoing cost-cutting drive.

Officers were told that they no longer had to investigate low-level incidents of grievous bodily harm or car crime unless a victim identified a suspect.

Any crimes that involved a loss of less than £50 also no longer have to be investigated unless a suspect is identified.

“What is making this artwork so special is the total commitment of the artist,” the jury said in a statement.

oh really? so if i sat in a bathtub of my own excrement for a year would i win first prize for 'commitment'?

This is so typical of the enabling of freakery that we see so much of today

Artist who breastfed dog and fertilized her egg with dog cell wins prestigious prize

A Slovenian artist breastfed her dogs and fertilized one of her eggs with a dog cell as part of an award-winning three-month art project. She also produced a video documenting the creative process behind the bizarre venture.

Maja Smrekar lived in seclusion with her dogs as part of the lengthy artistic experiment, which was titled “K-9_topology.”

During that time, she triggered her body to produce breast milk by systematic breast pumping. She then breastfed her puppy Ada to explore "the social and ideological instrumentalization of the female body and breastfeeding.”

Smrekar also took a fat cell from another dog, Byron, and used it to fertilize one of her eggs using a method similar to IVF. The fat cell was a non-sexual cell, so no dog’s sperm was used in the project.

The artist said on her website that the project grew out of the “observation of zeitgeist through the so called thanatopolitical dimension of contemporary biopolitical practices.” She created a video (parts NSFW) depicting all the stages of the artistic work.

Despite the bizarre nature of the project, it proved remarkably popular with experts and was awarded the top prize in the Hybrid art section of the Prix Ars Electronica, one of the best known prizes in the field of electronic and interactive art.

“What is making this artwork so special is the total commitment of the artist,” the jury said in a statement.

“Exposing her body to hormone roller-coasters of false pregnancy and organizing the lab infrastructure to execute the complicated biotech protocol in order to create a poetic masterpiece evoking the challenges of posthumanistic dilemma.

"K-9_topology is a true hybrid artwork with a profound bio-political message and is certain to bring a lot of discussion to the audience from both the art and science sides”.

set up to fail

Officers parade around in bear costumes, paint their nails 'to fight slavery' and wear high heels to 'highlight domestic violence' - while crime statistics SOAR

Police told increasingly bizarre gimmicks are undermining job of tackling crime
Officers criticised for garishly painting their nails and posing in bumper cars
Other police forces posed in bear masks and stroked puppies for stress release

Police chiefs were urged last night to abandon ‘silly stunts’ and get officers back on the beat.

They were told their increasingly bizarre gimmicks are undermining the job of tackling crime.

Officers were criticised for garishly painting their nails, posing for photos in bumper cars and stroking puppies for stress relief.

Others posed in bear masks and, in one force, drug squads insisted on asking cannabis growers if they were victims of slavery.

Yet shocking figures out this week showed that almost every type of crime is up, with knife offences alone rising by a quarter. Nine out of ten home burglaries are unsolved.

‘They have forgotten what their purpose is,’ said Mick Neville, a retired senior Scotland Yard detective.

‘Too many modern chief constables have got more degrees under their belts than arrests. The people in charge have simply not done the job.

'The reason they do not investigate crime is they have never done it themselves. They are looking for cheap wins.’

Tory MP Peter Bone accused the police of ‘playing games’. He added: ‘Most people think police should be out on the beat catching criminals and deterring crime, not doing silly stunts.

In Avon and Somerset, police went out on patrol wearing neon nail varnish to raise awareness of modern-day slavery.

The force posted images of officers pampering themselves with the catchline ‘Let’s Nail It’.

When the campaign provoked an angry backlash the force encouraged people who were criticised to report comments as a ‘hate crime’.

The event took place days after 21 Humberside Police officers were pictured enjoying the dodgems at Hull Fair.

The force spent at least £40,000 in wages to send 40 staff to cover each day of the nine-day event.

How the Mass Media Controls Consensus Reality
October 19, 2017
Paul A. Philips, Guest
Waking Times

“The people will believe what the media tells them they believe.” ~George Orwell

“It’s not a matter of what is true that counts but a matter of what is perceived to be true.” ~Henry Kissinger

“Whoever controls the media controls reality.” ~Peter Jennings

“When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic.” ~Dresden James.

In an earlier message I wrote: “Nothing in the world is as it seems.”On one level, the ‘theatre of illusion’ world we live in believed by many to be true can be mainly attributed to two things.

1. The hidden controllers running the planet have managed to manipulate the mass media and in effect control consensus reality. This has been done to produce the desired behavioural patterns; thoughts, opinions, attitudes, social norms… in the masses so that they can be ruled over. In short, the media is regarded by the hidden controllers as a necessary tool for a dictatorship.

2. The majority of the human population has allowed itself to be deceived through ignorance, deception, stupidity, chronic apathy or a serious lack of curiosity and questioning, all somewhat bolstered by cynicism… Consumerism rules; as long as their bellies are full and heads filled with mindless entertainment or other gratuitous distraction… they’re happy. Genetic cloning is unnecessary. Cloning has already been done care of the effects of mass media brainwashing.

Taking the above two factors into account let’s look at just how the mass media controls consensus reality.

Council house 'bribes' for UK terror suspects: Returning ISIS fighters are to be offered taxpayer-funded homes and counselling to stop them carrying out attacks in Britain

Operation Constrain could allow fanatics to jump council house waiting lists
Up to 20,000 extremists previously investigated by MI5 will be targeted
The highly contentious nationwide programme is due to start next year

Terror suspects including jihadis returning from fighting in Syria are to be offered taxpayer-funded homes, counselling and help finding jobs to stop them carrying out attacks in Britain.

The top-secret Government strategy, codenamed Operation Constrain, could even allow fanatics to jump to the top of council house waiting lists.

Official documents seen by The Mail on Sunday reveal that up to 20,000 extremists previously investigated by MI5 will be targeted with what critics last night described as ‘bribes’ aimed at turning them away from extremism.

300,000 people in Britain are now homeless, study reveals
Warning of growing crisis comes amid 13 per cent rise in the last year alone

Ben Kentish
@BenKentish

More than 300,000 people – equivalent to a city the size of Newcastle – are now sleeping rough in Britain after the number of people losing their home soared in the last year, a report has revealed.

The study, by housing charity Shelter, found that 307,000, or one in every 200, people are now homeless.

Although the figure has risen by 13,000 in the last year alone, Shelter said the partial nature of government data means the real number of homeless people is likely to be even higher.

Government welfare changes, including the introduction of Universal Credit and cuts to housing benefit, are partly to blame for the crisis, the charity said.

'God knows what it is doing to our children': Sean Parker turns on Facebook and blasts the social media site he co-founded for 'exploiting' human weakness

Sean Parker told Axios in an interview that the goal of Facebook is: 'How do we consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible'
He went on to state that this is achieved by exploiting human weakness and creating a 'social-validation feedback loop'
'And that means that we need to sort of give you a little dopamine hit every once in a while, because someone liked or commented on a photo,' explained Parker
He said he now considers himself a 'conscientious objector' to social media, despite most of his $2.4 billion fortune coming from Facebook

By Chris Spargo For Dailymail.com

One of the biggest names in Silicon Valley criticized Facebook and other social media sites in an interview with Axios earlier this week.

Sean Parker said that people like himself and Mark Zuckerberg had just one goal it mind when it came to these platforms: 'How do we consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible'

The answer, according to Parker, was by exploiting human weakness.

Parker said that he now sees himself as 'something of a conscientious objector' to social media, despite the fact that he owes most of his massive $2.4 billion fortune to his involvement with Facebook.

He also joked that Mark Zuckerberg would probably end up blocking him in the wake of his comments.

‘Tainted by association’: CIA whistleblower says progressives kicked him off EU panel (VIDEO)
Published time: 11 Nov, 2017 01:29
Edited time: 11 Nov, 2017 08:24

John Kiriakou, a former CIA counterterrorism officer, has told RT that he was kicked off a panel at the European Parliament because a fellow panelist objected to his association with Russia as a Sputnik Radio host.

Kiriakou, who spent two-and-a-half years in jail for exposing the CIA’s torture program in 2007, was invited to address the European Parliament on national security whistleblowing Wednesday. However, he was bounced from the panel at the last minute, because one of the other panelists objected to his presence.

Kiriakou told RT he “thought it was a joke” when Winnie Wong, co-founder of the progressive organization, People for Bernie, refused to appear on the panel with him, because “she didn’t want the appearance of Bernie Sanders appearing to endorse the Russian media.”

“I laughed when she first said it because it was so ridiculous that I thought she was joking,” Kiriakou said. “Then she walked away, and one of the aides handed me an updated schedule, and my name then, was not associated with the first panel.”

France may set age of consent at 13 after man acquitted of raping 11yo
Published time: 14 Nov, 2017 05:51
Edited time: 14 Nov, 2017 08:32

The French government is considering setting the minimum age for sexual consent following a controversial decision by a jury to spare a man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl. The verdict has sparked a public outcry and calls to revise the law.

The bill, if adopted, will set a benchmark in French law on sexual violence, as it will for the first time define the age limit under which any sexual intercourse with a minor is legally considered rape.

“The question of the age below which the minor’s consent is presumed not to exist is crucial, because there are obviously extremely shocking and unacceptable situations,” French Justice Minister Nicole Belloubet said, as cited by RTL radio.

Regarding the age of consent, Belloubet said that the age of 13 “is worth considering,” while noting that the final decision in each case should lie within the discretion of the judges.

Marlene Schiappa, a junior minister for gender equality, argues that it should lie somewhere between 13 and 15 years.

“Below a certain age, it is considered that there can be no debate on the sexual consent of a child, and that any child below a certain age would automatically be considered to be raped or sexually assaulted,” Schiappa told BMF TV.

The need to amend the law was brought to light by the jury verdict in the case of a 30-year-old man who, back in 2009, allegedly lured an 11-year-old girl into a sexual relationship. Last week, the man, a Cape Verdean native, was tried by a jury court and acquitted after prosecutors, who were seeking eight years in jail for the defendant, failed to prove that the sex was non-consensual.
