Since 1984, NCMEC has assisted law-enforcement with more than 187,800 missing-child cases, resulting in the recovery of more than 175,200 children.

So according to this if 800k Children go missing a year (give or take) and it has been consistent for this many years. Out of 24,000,000 missing children in 30 years they've recovered 175,200. Where are the rest? Where are the 23,824,800 Leftover? These "kidnappers" just lost 23 million bodies? Or nobody has recognized any?
