Observe your own thoughts and notice the immense suffering in them! That's at least what I discovered recently. That's the ego consciousness! Yikes.

Everybody who is still in ego consciousness will have that kind of suffering. We need to change that. Fast!

Instead of using a strong approach, it's probably more effective to use a gentle practice where the thoughts are recognised as causing suffering which will make the mind reprogram itself since it now sees the cause of the suffering.
