Stonehenge is open over the Summer Solstice, and you can walk around the stones if you wanted to, and if you book with the Heritage people you can visit the circle and spend about an hour or so inside the ring.

The stones haven't been replaced with concrete, though many are now set in concrete and one has a very noticeable concrete base.
