I haven't looked at your video just yet, but the reason why we fight seems at a fundamental level very simple.
We are lead to fight in wars by our leaders who are making billions upon billions upon other peoples blood and suffering. They also use money, sex, drugs to corrupt over wise half decent people. I guess this is why we work on ourselves first!
Although I do believe that's there's more to it than just cash money.
They do this leading by first dividing us. How they divide us is a long, long thread.
