im not sure he is being genuine, ts are not in a position to tell anyone to register as a business, register with who ? its the tax man you need to tell not ts, wonder if anyone has considered ringing HMRC, 5 years back tax would be funny

they are, however, in a position to tell you that you ARE operating as a business and as such that the comsumer protection statutes applies to YOU and you cant go making wild claim in order to sell goods and as the goods are full of wild claims it could be a problem for him

im disapointed he didnt just refere them to his letter to the queen
