I know what you mean. I intended to play it(the recording) at his funeral but I couldn't finish it in time. No way could I have played live, I'll be honest, I didn't go to the funeral, I couldn't handle it. I went to his wake instead.

I always knew my parents were finite because they were in their forties when I was born...I never gave it a second thought about my siblings though. The wound seems deeper somehow.
