Enquiries to the NHS 111 helpline could be dealt with by robots within the next two years, a leaked report suggests.

NHS England says it is likely smartphones will become ‘the primary method of accessing health services’.

It added that by 2020, nearly 16 million queries might be dealt with by algorithms instead of phone operators.

And that by next year a quarter of all 111 enquiries would be answered online. This would rise to cover one third of cases by 2020.

I believe the public should have a say in their own fate and that is why i support free speech. Any media talking heads who argue that free speech must be curbed are arguing that the public should not be allowed a say in their own fate
