I thought I'd heard of a Poppo the Clown. Just did a search and verified it. A lot of it is in a different language but not all.

CARNY'S are carnival workers but they're also either the meat carne or the meat eater as in the following description:

carno-, carn-, carne-, carni- - Word Information

carno-, carn-, carne-, carni-. (Latin: flesh, meat). brychocarnivorous, brykocarnivorous. 1. Eating meat with a lot of noise and greed. 2. Tearing and ripping meat ...
And there is CARNAL

Ronald is also the name of a clown, Ronald McDonald.

You've been up all night just listening for his drum
Hoping that the righteous might just might just might just might just come
I heard the general whispering to his aide de camp
Be watchful for Mohammed's lamp
