That's been debunked, chi kung masters smash the breeze blocks using a combination of centrifugal forces, kinetic energy and making their fists as hard as stone, by compressing the bone, after years of punching solid objects. But to someone who lives in a field and has never been to a large city, yes I concede it would appear to be 'magic'
