Mural at the United Nations Security Council Chamber
The permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, also known as the Permanent Five, Big Five, or P5, include the following five governments: China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.. The members represent the countries considered the victors of World War II, including France, which was one of the overrun countries of Europe that was liberated through the efforts of Canada, the Free French Forces, the United Kingdom and the United States.. Each of the permanent members has power to veto, enabling them to prevent the adoption of any "substantive" draft Council resolution, regardless of the level of international support for the draft..Take an institution, a technology, a method, or even an ideology that has been forgotten or discarded and appropriate it for your own purpose.. Revive something from the past by giving it a new purpose or bring to life old ideas, customs, or traditions and reinterpret them to fit your purposes.

The 5 permanent members of the Security Council were the victorious phowers in World War II and have maintained the world's most powerful military forces ever since. Until 2012 (when Japan surpassed France), they annually topped the list of countries with the highest military expenditures..In 2013, they spent over US$1 trillion combined on defence, accounting for over 55% of global military expenditures (the US alone accounting for over 35%)..Along with the five permanent members, the Security Council has temporary members that hold their seats on a rotating basis by geographic region. In its first two decades, the Security Council had six non-permanent members, the first of which were Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Mexico, the Netherlands, and Poland.. In 1965, the number of non-permanent members was expanded to 10...

Conditioned phenomena can also be referred to as
compounded, constructed, or fabricated... your real goals, by using the ruse of a fake goal, until the real goal is achieved..Tactically, this is known as an 'open feint':in front of everyone, you point west, when your goal is actually in the east..Create confusion and use this confusion to further your own goals...
