Maple Street, U.S.A.. A suburban community on a pleasant Saturday afternoon.. But in a few moments everything will change for the residents of Maple Street as they discover that the monsters they fear may already be among them.."The Monsters Are on Maple Street" is episode #32 of the science fiction television series 2002 revival of The Twilight Zone.."The House On Maple Street" is a short story written by Stephen King and published in his collection Nightmares & Dreamscapes..Maple Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Addison in Steuben County, New York. The district contains 42 contributing buildings (39 residences and three churches), two contributing structures (public squares), 23 contributing outbuildings (carriage houses, sheds, wellhouse, outhouse, garages), and four contributing objects (stone hitching posts)..In a nearby van, two soldiers are watching the situation on a hidden camera and studying the outcome...

Don Langford, Lee's personal physician in Hong Kong, had treated Lee during his first collapse. Controversy erupted when he stated, "Equagesic was not at all involved in Bruce's first collapse..Donald Teare, a forensic scientist recommended by Scotland Yard who had overseen over 1,000 autopsies, was assigned to the Lee case..Teare also served as President of the British Association of Forensic Medicine. In 1973, Teare carried out the autopsy on Bruce Lee, as well as Jimi Hendrix's in 1970..Teare also supervised the autopsy of Brian Epstein in 1967..Together with Keith Simpson and Francis Camps, Teare was one of the "Three Musketeers", who dealt with almost all the suspicious deaths in the London area..Professor Teare was called to give evidence in many high profile criminal investigations, such as the murder of Beryl Evans and her baby Geraldine in the Timothy Evans case.. Although Evans was convicted and hanged, three years later the real killer, John Reginald Christie confessed to the crimes and many others.. He was hanged, and after many enquiries, Evans was declared innocent of the crime for which he had been hanged.. Teare's accident investigations included the Harrow and Wealdstone rail crash which occurred in 1952 killing 112 people..

"Queen Elizabeth Hospital (伊利沙伯醫院), QE in short, is a hospital at King's Park in Kowloon, Hong Kong..Founded December 1963 It was named after Queen Elizabeth II.. The hospital is a major hospital in southern Kowloon.. This hospital has around 1,800 beds. It has more or less 350 physicians and surgeons..The total number of nurses is approximately 1,000..The hospital has a full complement of services including 24-hour Accident and Emergency and specialist services.. Clinics are located at 3 different sites to serve the district. They are the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Specialist Clinic, Yau Ma Tei Polyclinic, and the 'L' Block Clinic..Location 30 Gascoigne Road, King's Park, Kowloon, Hong Kong..Mannitol (also referred to as mannite or manna sugar) is a white, crystalline solid with the chemical formula C6H8(OH)6.. It was originally isolated from the secretions of the flowering ash and called manna after its resemblance to the Biblical food.. Whereas the
original episode centered around an alien invasion, the remake is more about the fear of terrorism in America and how it drives people apart... tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout.. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices to be found only in the minds of men.. For the record, prejudices can kill, and suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children, and the children yet unborn.. And the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone...
