Miriam (Hebrew: מִרְיָם, مريم) was the sister of Moses and Aaron, and the daughter of Amram and Yocheved. She appears first in the Book of Exodus in the Hebrew Bible..The woman with 7 sons was a Jewish martyr described in 2 Maccabees 7 and other sources..
