Possible solutions to the worlds problems
A lot of time and effort is spent by the independent media on finding out the truth behind events. This often undermines the official narratives. When confronted by the fact that our governments often lie and that they represent the interests of the big corporations and not the people it is easy to become despondent and feel powerless to do anything.

So this thread is about looking at possible solutions to the world’s problems. These solutions will range from the big to the small. Some of them may be solutions that have to be implemented at societal level but many of them will be things that individuals can do.

Sure some people will say ‘’even if I do that it will make no difference’’ but I suggest we embrace the principle of collective strength. For example if you boycott a certain corporation no one would even notice right? But if a million people boycott a corporation it will severely damage their profits and thereby their ability to lobby our government. If 5 million people boycott a corporation it could be enough to see its operation closed down. So I’m asking people that when they play their small part in a solution that they always keep in mind that when combined with the efforts of others it will amount to something big and the more people we can spread the ideas to the more people will likely be doing what we’re doing. In short we all have to start doing our bit and working together to create movements.

I’m going to throw out all kinds of solutions and I don’t necessarily endorse all of them. What I want to do is to encourage people to begin to look at the possibilities and to think about them and to discuss them. If you like any of the ideas why not share them around on social media and encourage the public discussion to turn to solutions? If you have doubts about any of the solutions please feel free to offer constructive advise and evidence to support your claims; that way we can either evolve ideas or discard them altogether.

I cannot vouch for all of the ideas and groups mentioned here and some may even be Trojan horses or bad ideas so I encourage scrutiny and public discussion. As David Icke says ‘energy flows where attention goes’ so perhaps we should start turning our attention to solutions and encouraging others on social media to do the same?

Page 1-Truth satellite

It should be clear by now to anyone who pays attention that the government does not carry out the will of the people. It could be fair to say then that we must not rely on the government to bring about positive change.

It’s my belief that positive change will come from grass roots activism carried out by informed and determined citizens who have realised that their combined effort has power.

This activism can take many forms and different people will inevitably want to participate in different forms of activism.

For fun here is a clip that was posted on the headlines section of this website to show how momentum can build behind an initial idea

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/lbaemWIljeQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Ok so that example was tongue in cheek but nevertheless it illustrates a point. In this post I’d like to encourage a form of online activism. This involves being a ‘truth satellite’ which essentially involves taking truth from a source and then spreading it across the internet. This website has a ‘headlines’ section which provides excellent information, articles and video clips daily. Those articles, clips and info can be shared around the internet in forums, chat rooms and comments pages.

DI headlines http://www.davidicke.com/headlines/

The idea here is to plant seeds in peoples’ minds which will help them over time to see through the false narratives presented to them in the mainstream media. This could require joining a forum of your choice which then becomes the planet around which you, the truth satellite, navigates beaming down truth to the people there. Equally a blog or the comments page of a newspaper might serve the same purpose

This then helps more people to see through the lies which then helps create an awakened and aware public who are then your potential allies in the struggle against oppression.

This doesn’t require much time per day. Less time could be spent on mainstream media and more on the headlines of this website. Then 15 minutes a day could be spent posting up information that you have carefully chosen onto your forum, blog or comments page of choice.

By doing this we ALL then contribute to the awakening. Be gentle and respectful with people who haven’t yet learned the truth because they might not like what they hear but be firm, consistent and determined. This is a solution that anyone can participate in and it could begin today.

Page 2- The Full Circle Project

The full circle is the brain child of Max Igan who has teamed up with others like Zen Gardner to create a way in which like-minded people can meet up and organise in order to start working together to benefit from collective strength

Max argues that the problems we are seeing are caused by corrupt people occupying positions of power so he is suggesting that we organise in order to exercise our democratic power so that we can wrestle the levers of power off the crazies and into the hands of the people who don’t want to feed the war machine. Why not sign up today and start speaking to people in your area?

Here’s their website: http://www.fullcircleproject.net/

Info from their website:

‘’When the time came for Max Igan to start formulating the idea of The Full Circle Project in 2012, he was particularly concerned to draw attention to the plight of the Amazon forest and all the natural treasures it contains. He wanted to call people everywhere to come together and recognise the power we had as One People to change the tide of destruction and the rape of our planet. The idea was based on gathering funds to buy large parcels of land to put into trust for the original Amazonian peoples to care for as they have done throughout living memory.

However, the recognition that the might of corporate mining companies was strong in terms of financial persuasion, Max decided instead to re-focus the Full Circle Project on building community resilience in every location possible and to find effective remedy to issues of concern at a local level; something he had been advocating in his regular podcasts over the previous eight years.’’

Here’s a article on peaceful non-compliance by Julian Rose from Zen Gardeners website : http://www.zengardner.com/our-greate...on-compliance/

‘’Banking: If you still have any money deposited in the main stream banking system, that money is being invested into whatever commercial, military or government scheme offers the best returns to the bank with some of the interest residue coming on to you. So unless it’s an ‘ethical bank’ with strict rules that disallow investment into the instruments of ecocide and war, you can be sure that, at any time, your money will be funnelled-off into the weapons trade; nuclear power production plants; R&D into the genetic modification of the food chain; big pharma medicines; mass highway construction; large scale fossil fuel extraction as well as directly into the pockets of the banks themselves!’’
‘’Taxation: Man, this is a tough one – but it’s right at the hub of the problem. Here we are, cursing the fact that we have to kiss goodbye to around two to three months worth of our annual incomes – every year. But do we stop to consider where our money goes? If we did we would be shocked to find out that in all likely-hood it goes straight to the corporate bankster cartel who are masterminding the centralized regulatory power package which is close to driving us ‘bona fide’ humans off the face of this planet.’’

Page 3- Geoengineering

Here is an interview with scientist Piers Corbyn (borther of Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn) on the Ricthie Allen show where he says geoengineering is occurring in the form of spraying aerosols into the skies above us.

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/A45YlerAmog" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

They are spraying toxic particulates into our skies, that is a shocking reality which society must face and deal with before we have a catastrophic health problem on our hands. The way we deal with this issue is to first force it into the public sphere so that the powers that be can no longer deny it and then we must argue that it is unsafe to spray aluminium and other substances into the atmosphere. However that debate cannot even occur until the general public become aware o f this issue.

For this reason we must spread awareness across social media and the blogosphere but we must also make our politicians aware of it.

The list of links at the bottom of this post was give to me by an activist who suggests they are sent by people to politicians and others. Geoengineering activist Dane Wiggington calls this process of sending emails and letters to various people ‘sending out flaming arrows’. Our aim is to spread information and awareness like a fire spreads, so if we want to play our part in the solution then we all need to start lighting those fires of truth around the world.

We can all do our bit by firing out some flaming arrows of truth. Please email the links to your local politicians; but first here are some other useful links for activists:

Page 4- David Icke

There are a couple of points that David has made about solutions which really stand out in my mind. Firstly David has pointed out that any changes we make in society will continue to be blighted by the same old problems if we don’t have a shift in how we perceive ourselves.

David has pointed out how our beliefs can be divisive because as soon as we adopt one set of beliefs which are different from the beliefs of another group of people we are then setting ourselves up in opposition to others.

Having debated with many people within and without the truth movement it becomes clear about humans that they have many different points of view! You don’t have to spend long on this forum before you hear someone call someone else a ‘shill’ because they have a different political point of view.

Harmony comes when everyones interests are in alignment. In a world where people are divided up into religious and cultural and linguistic and national communities how do we make sure our interests are aligned? How can we create a society where the interests of Christians, jews and muslims and atheists for example are all aligned?
This is something we are going to have to think about more and more as ‘mulit-culturalism’ is forced upon us. Focussing on what we have in common which is a desire for peace, security, safety and freedom is a good start.

Icke speaks about shifting our perception so that instead of identifying with our mind/body computer we remember that we are infinite consciousness experiencing this reality through the mind/body. This shift in consciousness sees everyone as expressions of the same source. This view undermines divisive politics and ideologies as people begin to see their connection to others which transcends race, culture, religion, nationality and so on. As Icke says without this fundamental shift in how we perceive ourselves, each other and the world around us we will, regardless of what changes we make to society, always be in danger of sliding back into the same old divisive perceptions and the destructive behaviours that stem from it.

David’s new book ‘The Phantom Self’ promises to be solutions based and will no doubt expand on his ideas.

However as we ourselves go though that transformation we must remain aware that others are not always in the same state as ourselves and may have less unifying views which we must be vigilant of if we are not to leave ourselves open to exploitation. There are supremicists and fundamentalists for example and history shows that such people have no qualms about forcing their views on others through violence.

So on the spiritual level Icke speaks about a shift in consciousness to realise our common source but on the play out level in the word of shape and forms Icke stresses the importance of controlling the money supply as being a central aspect of the conspiracy.

The new world order cabal have been able to grow so powerful because they control the money supply. Whoever controls that lever of power is able to exert massive influence over governments, economies and therefore whole societies. It is therefore vital that the issue of who controls the money supply is faced by society and dealt with. I will be discussing ideas concerning that in the ‘economics’ section of this thread.

There is currently a petition to try and appeal to the Australian government to provide a visa to David for part of his global tour in Oz, which can be signed here:

New results suggest that the holographic principle also holds in flat spaces. Our own universe could in fact be two dimensional and only appear three dimensional -- just like a hologram.

The Daily Anarchist

Mission Statement
The mission of the Daily Anarchist is to advance the cause of individual liberty, primarily through peaceful non-cooperation with government, by establishing a free market based upon property rights. Citizens of planet Earth will band together to create the peace, tolerance, and prosperity that can only come from a healthy respect for freedom.
California native Seth King created the Daily Anarchist in March 2010 in an effort to recruit individuals to exercise their liberty irrespective of government regulations. The ultimate goal of the Daily Anarchist is to de-legitimize state interference by the outright refusal to obey all laws that are unjust, aggressive in nature, and violate the libertarian ethic. Rapid and thorough understanding of the philosophy of freedom coupled with strategic non-violent, non-cooperation on the part of individuals the world over, can and will ensure genuine, lasting reform.

''Mutualism is an economic theory and anarchist school of thought that advocates a society where each person might possess a means of production, either individually or collectively, with trade representing equivalent amounts of labor in the free market.[1] Integral to the scheme was the establishment of a mutual-credit bank that would lend to producers at a minimal interest rate, just high enough to cover administration.[2] Mutualism is based on a labor theory of value that holds that when labor or its product is sold, in exchange, it ought to receive goods or services embodying "the amount of labor necessary to produce an article of exactly similar and equal utility".[3] Mutualism originated from the writings of philosopher Pierre-Joseph Proudhon.
The primary aspects of mutualism are free association, mutualist credit, contract (or federation/confederation), and gradualism (or dual-power). Mutualism is often described by its proponents as advocating an "anti-capitalist free market".

Social Ecology
''Social ecology is a philosophy founded by radical Green author and activist Murray Bookchin. Conceptualized as a radical critique of current social, political, and anti-ecological trends, it espouses a reconstructive, ecological, communitarian, and ethical approach to society.
Social ecology suggests that the roots of current ecological and social problems can be traced to hierarchical (or more specifically kyriarchical) modes of social organization. Social ecologists claim that the systemic issue of hierarchy cannot be resisted by individual actions alone such as ethical consumerism but must be addressed by more nuanced ethical thinking and collective activity grounded in radically democratic ideals. The complexity of relationships between people and nature is emphasized, along with the importance of establishing more mutualistic social structures that take account of this.''

''Syndicalism is a type of economic system proposed as a replacement for capitalism and an alternative to state socialism, which uses Confederations of collectivised trade unions or industrial unions. It is a form of socialist economic corporatism that advocates interest aggregation of multiple non-competitive categorised units to negotiate and manage an economy.[1]
For adherents, labour unions are the potential means of both overcoming economic aristocracy and running society fairly in the interest of the majority, through union democracy. Industry in a syndicalist system would be run through co-operative confederations and mutual aid. Local syndicates would communicate with other syndicates through the Bourse du Travail (labor exchange) which would manage and transfer commodities.

Worker self management
''Worker self-management (sometimes called workers' control or autogestion) is a form of workplace decision-making in which the workers themselves agree on choices (for issues such as customer care, general production methods, scheduling, division of labour) instead of an owner or traditional supervisor telling workers what to do, how to do it and where to do it. Examples of such self-management allegedly include the Paris Commune, the Russian Revolution, the German Revolution, the Spanish Revolution, Titoist Yugoslavia, Algeria under Ahmed Ben Bella, the fábricas recuperadas movement in Argentina, the LIP factory in France in the 1970s, the Mondragón Cooperative Corporation which is the Basque Country's largest corporation, AK Press[1] in the United States, etc.
Workers' self-management is often the decision-making model used in co-operative economic arrangements such as worker cooperatives, workers' councils, participatory economics, and similar arrangements where the workplace operates without a boss. This model of decision making does not involve consulting all employees for every tiny issue in a time-consuming, inefficient and ineffective manner. Real-world examples show that only large-scale decisions are made by all employees during council meetings and small decisions are made by those implementing them while coordinating with the rest and following more general agreements.''

Page 7- Classical Liberalism

The argument for a return to classical liberalism is outlined in the following documentary

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/5fbvquHSPJU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

A relevant article:

From Neo-Feudalist System, Keith Gardner states,
"The reality is that our current system is a mixed system of false paradigms. If you take a long-view of history and recognize the false paradigms, you start to see a pattern of feudalism. The New World Order is a new form of neo-feudalism. The goal is of course a world communist government. However, a world communist government is a world fascist government. A world fascist government is a world feudalistic government. The differences are in the details.

The solution is knowing the solution. The solution is classical liberalism. The false left/right paradigm of Marx, Keynes, and Mises will never solve the problem. They all push towards the New World Order and push towards enslavement of the people. Mises is perhaps the most deceptive method of enslavement, which is why they would pursue it, unless you understand feudalism and classical liberalism and recognize Mises as feudalism".

Page 8- Banking and alternatives

As the following clip illustrates the money supply is currently controlled by a cabal or cartel of private bankers who create the money out of thin air (counterfeiting) and lend it to governments who must then pay interest on that money from taxpayers money. So instead of going on schools and hospitals and public services much of our taxes goes to service the interest on loans form the central bankers. Instead of this the money could be created by the government TREASURY department interest free. In short the current system is a giant con.

How the central banking system works in a nutshell
<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/iFDe5kUUyT0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

This thread is going to look at various alternatives relating to banking

Public banks- keeping your money safe
Two months after the Public Banking 2013 Conference, awareness of Public Banking continues to increase. Folks are waking up to the fact that the Big Banks are extracting much wealth from our communities via usurious and rigged interest rates at all levels–individual, business, and government–and burdening our communities with debt. It is no longer safe even to keep our individual and local governments’ deposits in the Big Banks, as “bail-outs” are being replaced by “bail-ins.” Even Detroit’s bankruptcy, fleecing pensioners to save the banks, is looking suspiciously like the bail-in template originated by the G20′s Financial Stability Board in 2011, which exploded on the scene in Cyprus in 2013 and is now becoming the model globally.

If ever there was an argument for public banking, this is it: Keeping deposits safe, local, and working for local economies. The Public Banking Institute has released a new video stating that there is a serious threat, in the event of another derivatives debacle, that deposits are vulnerable to confiscation in Wall Street banks, making the point that government officials have a fiduciary responsibility to keep our local governments’ funds safe and accessible. http://www.globalresearch.ca/keeping...-banks/5347573

Bank of North Dakota
The Bank of North Dakota was established by legislative action in 1919 to promote agriculture, commerce and industry in North Dakota.[3] Though initially conceived by populists in the Non-Partisan League, or NPL, as a credit union-style institution to free the farmers of the state from predatory lenders, the bank's functions were largely blocked by out-of-state financial actors refusing to buy the bonds the bank issued to finance its lending, lending that would have provided competition to the commercial banks.[4] The business-backed Independent Voters Association then pursued shutting down the bank politically.[4] The recall of NPL Governor Lynn Frazier effectively ended the initial plan, with BND taking a more conservative central banking role in state finance. The current president and CEO is Eric Hardmeyer; however, the bank itself is managed by the North Dakota Industrial Commission, which is composed of the Governor, Attorney General, and the Agriculture Commissioner (formerly the Agriculture and Labor Commissioner) of North Dakota.[5]
The Bank of North Dakota is the only state-owned facility of its type in the United States other than the Puerto Rico Government Development Bank.[3] According to the Federal Reserve Bank, seven Indian tribes currently wholly own or substantially control a bank. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_of_North_Dakota

Take your money out of the Banks

Move your money looks at responsible ways to use your money and to store value http://www.moveyourmoney.org.uk/

If you are unhappy to learn that not only have we the taxpayer had to bailout the banks so that they can pay their creditors (the global investors) but that the banks have also been involved in money laundering for drug cartels and the finance of terrorism and crime as well as rigging LIBOR interests rates, not to mention the selling of toxic assets as triple A rated products then perhaps its time for us to take our money out of the banks and to put it elsewhere for example in community credit unions or other ethical banks

Appeal by Eric Cantona to crash the banks

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/upbL8XiQ_io" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Credit unions
If you are sick and tired of banker corruption why not take your money out of the banks and put it into a community credit union?

A credit union is a member-owned financial cooperative, democratically controlled by its members, and operated for the purpose of promoting thrift, providing credit at competitive rates, and providing other financial services to its members.[1][2] Many credit unions also provide services intended to support community development[3] or sustainable international development on a local level.
Worldwide, credit union systems vary significantly in terms of total system assets and average institution asset size, ranging from volunteer operations with a handful of members to institutions with assets worth several billion US dollars and hundreds of thousands of members.[4] Credit unions operate alongside other mutual and/or co-operative organisations engaging in cooperative banking, such as building societies. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_union

The point of a bank used to be to take available funds and to enable their investment where they were required in society. However with deregulation of for example the Glass-steagal act the banks began acting increasingly irresponsibly.
The banks have in recent times been mired in scandal after scandal so why not cut out the middle man and seek funding for your venture directly from the public? This can be achieved by crowdfunding through sites like ‘kickstarter’, ‘indiegogo’ or in the crypto-currency realm ‘start join’, ‘Ethereum’, ‘Swarm’ & ‘bank to the future’
Crowd funding or crowdfunding (alternately crowd financing, equity crowdfunding, social funding or hyper funding) describes the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their resources, usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or organizations.[1] Crowd funding is used in support of a wide variety of activities, including disaster relief, citizen journalism, support of artists by fans, political campaigns, startup company funding,[2] movie[3] or free software development, and scientific research.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowd_funding

Peer to peer lending
Offers a way to finance projects without the use of banks:

Peer-to-peer lending (also known as person-to-person lending, peer-to-peer investing, and social lending; abbreviated frequently as P2P lending) is the practice of lending money to previously unrelated individuals or "peers" without the intermediation of traditional financial institutions (banks). It takes place on online lending platforms that are provided by peer-to-peer lending companies on their websites and is facilitated by credit checking tools of varying complexity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peer_to_peer_lending

Participatory Economy (parecon) http://www.zcommunications.org/zparecon/parecon.htm

Gift economy -Paul Mason discusses the idea in a newspaper article http://www.independent.co.uk/news/pe...-10428398.html

The Usury Free Network is advocating a world free from usury: http://usuryfree.blogspot.ca/2013/11...ury-force.html

Usury (/ˈjuːʒəri/[1][2]) is the practice of making unethical or immoral monetary loans. Depending on the local laws or social mores, a loan may be considered usurious because of excessive or abusive interest rates. According to some jurisdictions and customs, simply charging any interest at all can be considered usury.[3][4][5] Other terms used for usury or usurers include loan shark, as well as Shylock which is sometimes used with an antisemitic connotation[citation needed].
The term may be used in a moral sense — condemning taking advantage of others' misfortunes — or in a legal sense where interest rates may be regulated by law. Historically, some cultures (e.g., Christianity in much of Medieval Europe, and Islam in many parts of the world today) have regarded charging any interest for loans as sinful. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usury

Time Banks

''In economics, a time-based currency is an alternative currency where the unit of exchange is the man-hour.
Some time-based currencies value everyone’s contributions equally. One hour equals one service credit. In these systems, one person volunteers to work for an hour for another person; thus, they are credited with one hour, which they can redeem for an hour of service from another volunteer. Critics charge this would lead to fewer doctors or dentists. Other systems, such as Ithaca Hours, let doctors and dentists charge more hours per hour.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_banks

Mutual credit

Main article: Mutual credit
Mutualists argue that free banking should be taken back by the people to establish systems of free credit. They contend that banks have a monopoly on credit, just as capitalists have a monopoly on land. Banks are essentially creating money by lending out deposits that do not actually belong to them, then charging interest on the difference. Mutualists argue that by establishing a democratically run mutual bank or credit union, it would be possible to issue free credit so that money could be created for the benefit of the participants rather than for the benefit of the bankers. Individualist anarchists noted for their detailed views on mutualist banking include Proudhon, William B. Greene, and Lysander Spooner.
Some modern forms of mutual credit are LETS and the Ripple monetary system project.
In a session of the French legislature, Proudhon proposed a government-imposed income tax to fund his mutual banking scheme, with some tax brackets reaching as high as 33⅓ percent and 50 percent, which was turned down by the legislature.[17] This income tax Proudhon proposed to fund his bank was to be levied on rents, interest, debts, and salaries.[18][19] Specifically, Proudhon's proposed law would have required all capitalists and stockholders to disburse one sixth of their income to their tenants and debtors, and another sixth to the national treasury to fund the bank.[20] This scheme was vehemently objected to by others in the legislature, including Frédéric Bastiat;[20] the reason given for the income tax's rejection was that it would result in economic ruin and that it violated "the right of property."[21] In his debates with Bastiat, Proudhon did once propose funding a national bank with a voluntary tax of 1%.[22] Proudhon also argued for the abolition of all taxes.[23]
Contract and federation

Mutualism holds that producers should exchange their goods at cost-value using systems of "contract." While Proudhon's early definitions of cost-value were based on fixed assumptions about the value of labor-hours, he later redefined cost-value to include other factors such as the intensity of labor, the nature of the work involved, etc. He also expanded his notions of "contract" into expanded notions of "federation." As Proudhon argued,
“ "I have shown the contractor, at the birth of industry, negotiating on equal terms with his comrades, who have since become his workmen. It is plain, in fact, that this original equality was bound to disappear through the advantageous position of the master and the dependent position of the wage-workers. In vain does the law assure the right of each to enterprise . . . When an establishment has had leisure to develop itself, enlarge its foundations, ballast itself with capital, and assure itself a body of patrons, what can a workman do against a power so superior?"[24]

''Microfinance is usually understood to entail the provision of financial services to micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses, which lack access to banking and related services due to the high transaction costs associated with serving these client categories. The two main mechanisms for the delivery of financial services to such clients are (1) relationship-based banking for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses; and (2) group-based models, where several entrepreneurs come together to apply for loans and other services as a group.

In some regions, for example Southern Africa, microfinance is used to describe the supply of financial services to low-income employees, which however is closer to the retail finance model prevalent in mainstream banking.
For some, microfinance is a movement whose object is "a world in which as many poor and near-poor households as possible have permanent access to an appropriate range of high quality financial services, including not just credit but also savings, insurance, and fund transfers."[1] Many of those who promote microfinance generally believe that such access will help poor people out of poverty. For others, microfinance is a way to promote economic development, employment and growth through the support of micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Microfinance is a broad category of services, which includes microcredit. Microcredit is provision of credit services to poor clients. Although microcredit is one of the aspects of microfinance, conflation of the two terms is endemic in public discourse. Critics often attack microcredit while referring to it indiscriminately as either 'microcredit' or 'microfinance'. Due to the broad range of microfinance services, it is difficult to assess impact, and very few studies have tried to assess its full impact.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microfinance

An example is the Grameen Bank: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grameen_Bank
Crowd funding or crowdfunding (alternately crowd financing, equity crowdfunding, social funding or hyper funding) describes the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their resources, usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or organizations.[1] Crowd funding is used in support of a wide variety of activities, including disaster relief, citizen journalism, support of artists by fans, political campaigns, startup company funding,[2] movie[3] or free software development, and scientific research.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowd_funding

Islamic Finance
''Islamic economics refers to the body of Islamic studies literature that "identifies and promotes an economic order that conforms to Islamic scripture and traditions," and in the economic world an interest-free Islamic banking system, grounded in Sharia's condemnation of interest (riba). The literature has been developed "since the late 1940s, and especially since the mid-1960s."[1] The banking system developed during the 1970s.[2] The central features of Islamic economic literature have been summarized as the following: "behavioral norms" derived from the Quran and Sunna, zakat tax as the basis of Islamic fiscal policy, and prohibition of interest.[1]
In Shia Islam, scholars including Mahmoud Taleghani and Mohammad Baqir al-Sadr developed an "Islamic economics" emphasizing the uplifting of the deprived masses, a major role for the state in matters such as circulation and equitable distribution of wealth, and a reward to participants in the marketplace for being exposed to risk and/or liability.
Islamist movements and authors generally describe an Islamic economic system as neither socialist nor capitalist, but as a "third way" with none of the drawbacks of the other two systems.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_finance

Zakāt (Arabic: زكاة‎ [zæˈkæː], "that which purifies"[1] or "alms"), is the giving of a fixed portion of one's wealth to charity, generally to the poor and needy.[2] It is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zakat

Save our savers
Save our savers are a group arguing against the inflationary process that is 'quantitative easing' which is effectively a printing of money. It leads to low interest rates which destroy peoples savings by increasing the cost of living but it benefits the super rich speculators

Shareholder activism
Is a form of lobbying of investors. An example is the work carried out by Fair Pensions (http://www.fairpensions.org.uk/ourwork)
''We push for specific improvements in corporate environmental and human rights behaviour by working with investors and individual pension fund managers to engage with and put pressure on the corporations in which they hold shares. In recent years we have campaigned on issues including tar sands, climate change, destructive mining projects and access to generic medicines in developing countries.''

Post 9- Basic universal income

Finland have decided that instead of paying out benefits to people they are going to pay everyone a basic income

Finland plans to give every citizen 800 euros a month and scrap benefits
A recent poll showed 69% of people agreed with the proposal -Sunday 6 December 2015

Advantages of basic income discussed on the keiser report episode 852 -see second half of the programe to watch the interview on basic income https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pqa8nzCMi4

A think tank has suggested the same for the UK

Researchers at the RSA say a standard flat payment made to every citizen would help reduce poverty traps caused by the benefit system, improve the lot of those in work, and improve fairness.
A proposed model for the scheme would see each adult paid £3,692 a year or £71 a week, with children also receiving a payment corresponding roughly to child benefit. Pensioners would be paid a citizen’s pension of £7,420 a year. Housing costs would be dealt with separately.

A similar idea was suggested for the whole EU called the Unconditional Basic Income (UBI) http://basicincome2013.eu/

(ANTIMEDIA) Brixton, U.K. — One of the best ways for the general public to take power back is to develop alternative currencies — both local and global — that allow people to trade outside of the corporate-government banking systems and central bank notes.
In London, an interesting alternative currency bearing the face of pop singer David Bowie has recently come into circulation. According to Market Watch, the local currency is specialized for the Brixton community in southwest London. It is officially called the “Brixton Pound.”

Transition Towns
''Transition Towns (also known as Transition network or Transition Movement) is a grassroots network of communities that are working to build resilience in response to peak oil, climate destruction, and economic instability.[citation needed]
Transition Towns is a brand for these environmental and social movements “founded (in part) upon the principles of permaculture”, based originally on Bill Mollison’s seminal Permaculture, a Designers Manual published in 1988.[1] The Transition Towns brand of permaculture uses David Holmgren’s 2003 book, Permaculture: Principles and Pathways Beyond Sustainability. [2] These techniques were included in a student project overseen by permaculture teacher Rob Hopkins at the Kinsale Further Education College in Ireland. The term transition town was coined by Louise Rooney[3] and Catherine Dunne. Following its start in Kinsale, Ireland it then spread to Totnes, England where Rob Hopkins and Naresh Giangrande developed the concept during 2005 and 2006.[4] The aim of this community project is to equip communities for the dual challenges of climate change and peak oil. The Transition Towns movement is an example of socioeconomic localisation. In 2007, the UK-based charity Transition Network was founded to disseminate the concept of transition and support communities around the world as they adopted the transition model.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transition_Towns

Page 12- Corbynomics

The press has made some noise in recent times about Corbyns suggestions to create a national investment bank which would move money making powers away from the bank of England and the private bankers and back into the hands of the government treasury department where it would be more accountable to elected politicians. The national investment bank would then be able to create money to invest in the real economy and in public services.

This approach has been labelled ‘cobynomics’ by the media but these ideas were developed by Richard Murphy who has been interviewed recently on the Keiser Report. The KR almost always follows the same format with Max and Stacy discussing the financial news of the moment for the first 15 mins of the show and Max interviewing a guest in the second half of the show.

So to see the interviews with Murphy and to hear his ideas about reforming the economy skip forward to half way through each of the following programmes

One thing corbynomics could achieve would be to wean the british economy off war by investing in other areas allowing employment in more constructive areas like renewable energies. Unions must back an anti-war stance so that corbynomics may be given a chance to wean britains economy off war

Use private wealth to alleviate public debt
One idea put forward by a Professor at Glasgow university was to use the private wealth of the top 10% to solve the problem of the national debt.

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/cV5Ju18A8Ow" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Is this fair? Well think about it this way. It wasn’t the 90% who crashed the economy and yet they are being asked to pay for it through ‘austerity’. So taking some of the private wealth of the top 10% would still leave them with vast wealth but would unburden society thereby making it more stable for everyone.
A book was written called ‘the Spirit Level’ which looked into the damaging effects of inequality on society.

Rethinking the corporation- An urgent call to confront and dismantle the illegitimate power of global corporations
Corporations have made themselves the primary defining force on the globe. They shape our cultures and communities, define what is of value and what is not, what news we hear and what we won't, what we trade and what we can't. They define our work, what is produced and consumed, where investments are made, what technologies are developed. They subject the natural world to assault after assault until it can't rise up in the springtime. They craft our laws and policies. They dominate our politicians. Corporations are in charge of our lives.
I think we would agree to describe the reality that flows from this corporate power as anti-democratic, anti-community, anti-worker, anti-person and anti-planet. And who among us believes that, under the current state of affairs, things are about to turn for the better!
Given our relative consensus on this situation, what should we be asking and doing about the corporation?

Make Trade Fair is a campaign organized by Oxfam International to promote trade justice and fair trade among governments, institutions, and multinational corporations. http://www.maketradefair.com/
The campaign has focused on the elimination of several trade practices:
• Dumping, which occurs when highly subsidized, surplus commodities from developed countries such as rice, cotton, corn, and sugar are sold at low prices and farmers from poor countries have difficulty competing. It is believed that this creates an uneven playing field where farmers in developing countries are unable to compete in the market with cheaper foreign produce and crops.[1]
• Tariffs, where nations enforce high taxes on imported goods, restricting the sales of products from other nations.[2]
• Unbalanced labour rights for women, who often earn lower wages than their male counterparts.[3]
• Stringent patent issues, that prevent the prices of medication, software, and textbooks (e.g. Gene patents, Chemical patents, and Software patents) from being lowered. Thus, such essential goods are often inaccessible to developing nations

One problem is that the servers are within the territories of NWO countries and the CIA, GCHQ and other intelligence services are able to easily access the flow of online information. A possible solution to this is to decentralise the internet so that it is not dependent on their servers. Various ideas are being discussed including Kim Dotcoms mega net which would use peoples mobile phones to create a network. However Kim is now fighting extradition to the US which could disrupt his plans. More info here:

WikiLeaks' Julian Assange Calls on Computer Hackers to Unite Against NSA Surveillance
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange addressed a major gathering of computer experts Monday at the Chaos Communication Congress in Hamburg, Germany, calling on them to join forces in resisting government intrusions on Internet freedom and privacy. We play highlights from Assange’s speech, as well as the one given by Sarah Harrison, the WikiLeaks member who accompanied Edward Snowden to Russia. We also hear from independent journalist and security expert Jacob Appelbaum, who reveals a spying tool used by the National Security Agency known as a "portable continuous wave generator." The remote-controlled device works in tandem with tiny electronic implants to bounce invisible waves of energy off keyboards and monitors to see what is being typed. It works even if the target computer is not connected to the Internet.

Information Asymmetry and Power in a Surveillance Society:
This paper fuses Lukes’ (1974) three-dimensional view of power with the economic concept of informational asymmetry to explicate how access to information is organized and how power relationships arise from this organization. We argue that many observed asymmetries are deliberate and, drawing from the economics and finance literature, we posit that their outcomes are inevitably detrimental. The paper examines the techniques that foster information imbalances, such as media and propaganda, knowledge production, educational systems, legal and organizational structures, exclusive information networks, and surveillance. We conclude that in the absence of greater transparency, the deleterious effects of unequal access to information will continue and deepen. We further suggest that the analysis of the complexities of the issues warrants a broad, multidisciplinary approach and we suggest what this might include.

Here’s the Newest Tool to Help You Fight the Surveillance State
By Derrick Broze
Earlier this month, the Electronic Frontier Foundation launched a new project designed to help educate communities about the growing list of surveillance tools deployed against the unsuspecting public. The EFF calls the new project the Street-Level Surveillance Project (SLS), which it describes as “a Web portal loaded with comprehensive, easy-to-access information on police spying tools like license plate readers, biometric collection devices, and ‘Stingrays.’”
The SLS project hopes to educate users about the dangers of spying from law enforcement agencies at the federal, state, and local level. The privacy invasions include tracking cell phone calls, photographing our vehicles and following our driving patterns, taking our pictures in public places, and collecting our fingerprints and DNA.

Pirate box:

PirateBox Takes File-Sharing Off The Radar and Offline, For Next To Nothing. When confronted with a doomsday scenario where mainstream online file-sharing becomes a thing of the past, it’s not uncommon for people to refer to days gone by, when files were swapped freely offline using discs and other mediums. Now, an interesting and compact system can deliver the [g]olden days of data swapping with a modern twist, by turning any open space into a wireless and anonymous file-sharing system at a rock-bottom price.
Users wirelessly accessing the device are presented with a web interface which allows them not only to download files but upload them too. No logs or other identifying information is stored in the device. Although great for anyone to share files within its range, considering the pressure currently being applied to university students by record labels and their anti-piracy partners, the chances of music-stuffed PirateBoxes popping up on campuses all around the world increases every day.
And considering that The Pirate Bay can now fit on the smallest of USB sticks, every PirateBox could also contain a copy of the world’s most famous torrent site.

Page 17- Encryption

Perhaps someone with technical aptitude could begin an ‘encryption school’ on this thread where they could teach people step by step how to encrypt? Please feel free to take up the challenge!

Snowden explains how to reclaim your privacy
• The first step that anyone could take is to encrypt their phone calls and their text messages. You can do that through the smartphone app Signal, by Open Whisper Systems. It’s free, and you can just download it immediately. And anybody you’re talking to now, their communications, if it’s intercepted, can’t be read by adversaries. [Signal is available for iOS and Android, and, unlike a lot of security tools, is very easy to use.]
• You should encrypt your hard disk, so that if your computer is stolen the information isn’t obtainable to an adversary — pictures, where you live, where you work, where your kids are, where you go to school. [I’ve written a guide to encrypting your disk on Windows, Mac, and Linux.]
• Use a password manager. One of the main things that gets people’s private information exposed, not necessarily to the most powerful adversaries, but to the most common ones, are data dumps. Your credentials may be revealed because some service you stopped using in 2007 gets hacked, and your password that you were using for that one site also works for your Gmail account. A password manager allows you to create unique passwords for every site that are unbreakable, but you don’t have the burden of memorizing them. [The password manager KeePassX is free, open source, cross-platform, and never stores anything in the cloud.]
• The other thing there is two-factor authentication. The value of this is if someone does steal your password, or it’s left or exposed somewhere … [two-factor authentication] allows the provider to send you a secondary means of authentication — a text message or something like that. [If you enable two-factor authentication, an attacker needs both your password as the first factor and a physical device, like your phone, as your second factor, to login to your account. Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, GitHub, Battle.net, and tons of other services all support two-factor authentication.]

Tor project
Tor is free software and an open network that helps you defend against traffic analysis, a form of network surveillance that threatens personal freedom and privacy, confidential business activities and relationships, and state security.
Tor protects you by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relays run by volunteers all around the world: it prevents somebody watching your Internet connection from learning what sites you visit, and it prevents the sites you visit from learning your physical location.

On 28 May 2014, the TrueCrypt official website, truecrypt.org, began redirecting visitors to truecrypt.sourceforge.net with a HTTP 301 "Moved Permanently" status, which warned that the software may contain unfixed security issues, and that development of TrueCrypt was ended in May 2014, following Windows XP's end of support. The message noted that more recent versions of Windows have built-in support for disk encryption using BitLocker, and that Linux and OS X had similar built-in solutions, which the message states renders TrueCrypt unnecessary. (In reality, Bitlocker is available only for Enterprise and Ultimate versions, not Professional or Home, and Linux and OS X do not have complete replacements for TrueCrypt.) The page recommends any data encrypted by TrueCrypt be migrated to other encryption setups and offered instructions on moving to BitLocker. The SourceForge project page for the software at sourceforge.net/truecrypt was updated to display the same initial message, and the status was changed to "inactive."[16] The page also announced a new software version, 7.2, which only allows decryption.
Shortly after the final release announcement titled "Yes... TrueCrypt is still safe to use", Gibson Research Corporation posted a Final Release Repository to host the last official Read/Write capable version of Truecrypt, from which the option to create new containers was removed. They also posted an article addressing the security concerns of current users and documenting community efforts to continue the project. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueCrypt

Useless bunch.

Nature would still be here, and every christmas the animals could live it out in peace, with total ignorance, and without vile materialism.

When you have vile countries like uk/usa/israel trying to dominate, you really got to think is why do humans even bother. What a vile trio of countries trying to dominate.

The only way to solve the worlds problems would be to sterilise the population everywhere, and let humans die of.

Risks of an EMP blast and over-dependence on technology

After Several Near Misses, Experts Warn The Next Carrington Event Will Plunge Us Back Into The Dark Ages : http://thetruthwins.com/archives/aft...-the-dark-ages

Most people have absolutely no idea that the Earth barely missed being fried by a massive EMP burst from the sun in 2012, in 2013 and just last month. If any of those storms would have directly hit us, the result would have been catastrophic. Electrical transformers would have burst into flames, power grids would have gone down and much of our technology would have been fried. In essence, life as we know it would have ceased to exist – at least for a time. These kinds of solar storms have hit the Earth many times before, and experts tell us that it is inevitable that it will happen again. The most famous one happened in 1859, and was known as the Carrington Event. But other than the telegraph, humanity had very little dependence on technology at the time. If another Carrington Event happened today, it would be a complete and utter nightmare. A study by Lloyd’s of London has concluded that it would have taken a $2,600,000,000,000 chunk out of the global economy, and it would take up to a decade to repair the damage. Unfortunately, scientists insist that it is going to happen at some point. The only question is when.

Appropriate Technology
''Appropriate technology is an ideological movement (and its manifestations) originally articulated as "intermediate technology" by the economist Dr. Ernst Friedrich "Fritz" Schumacher in his influential work, Small is Beautiful. Though the nuances of appropriate technology vary between fields and applications, it is generally recognized as encompassing technological choice and application that is small-scale, labor-intensive, energy-efficient, environmentally sound, and locally controlled.[1] Both Schumacher and many modern-day proponents of appropriate technology also emphasize the technology as people-centered.[2]

Appropriate technology is most commonly discussed in its relationship to economic development and as an alternative to transfers of capital-intensive technology from industrialized nations to developing countries.[2][3] However, appropriate technology movements can be found in both developing and developed countries. In developed countries, the appropriate technology movement grew out of the energy crisis of the 1970s and focuses mainly on environmental and sustainability issues.[4]
Appropriate technology has been used to address issues in a wide range of fields. Well-known examples of appropriate technology applications include: bike- and hand-powered water pumps (and other self-powered equipment), the universal nut sheller, self-contained solar-powered light bulbs and streetlights, and passive solar building designs. Today appropriate technology is often developed using open source principles, which have led to open-source appropriate technology (OSAT) and thus many of the plans of the technology can be freely found on the Internet.'' The Americans’ awakening against Israel’s haemorrhaging of their tax dollars
9th September 2013

No Tax Dollars to Israel
No Tax Dollars To Israel is a project dedicated to ending US tax support to Israel.

Stop Billions to Israel
Stop Billions to Israel, according to its website,
advocates an end to the 10-year commitment of 30 billion dollars in US taxpayer-funded military aid pledged to Israel in 2007 by the Bush administration. To further our mission, we work to inform the public and our elected officials how the Israeli military misuses American-made weapons technology and violates human rights. We also shine a light on the support that New Mexico’s state government, defense contractors and institutions of higher learning provide to the Israeli defense establishment. Israel’s ongoing occupation and control over Palestinian territories – East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip – are illegal under international law and contribute to unceasing conflict and suffering. The Stop $30 Billion Coalition supports an end to the occupation and the establishment of justice and equality so that both sides can live in peace. Coalition organizations:

If American Knew
Perhaps the best known of the American awakening campaigns, If Americans Knew’s mission “is to inform and educate the American public on issues of major significance that are unreported, underreported, or misreported in the American media”.
Among these issues is the massive and ongoing bonanza of US tax dollars handed over to Israel, a criminal settler-state that has no regard for international law and civilized bahaviour, in perpetuity, it seems.

International Economic Boycott of Israel? Europe Explores Sanctions Against Companies Tied to Occupation
By Annie Robbins. Global Research, July 16, 2013, Mondoweiss 15 July 2013
Even though government minister, and occupation denier, Naftali Bennett has claimed that talk of boycotts against Israel is absurd, it seems other officials in Israel are in fact worried and there is growing “concern” over the possibility of an international economic boycott of Israel.
Investment committees for European banks are considering recommending their institutions bar loans to Israeli companies that have economic links with the Palestinian occupied territories. Check that wording, “economic links” — this ensnares many more businesses than those directly operating within the territories.Last week, Haaretz reporter Yossi Verter referenced this as “ the mother of all fears” a “nightmare scenario” and warned of an “economic tsunami”.

Degrowth http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degrowth
Decroissance or ''Degrowth is a political, economic, and social movement based on Ecological economics, anti-consumerist and anti-capitalist ideas. Degrowth thinkers and activists advocate for the downscaling of production and consumption—the contraction of economies—as overconsumption lies at the root of long term environmental issues and social inequalities. Key to the concept of degrowth is that reducing consumption does not require individual martyring and a decrease in well-being. Rather, 'degrowthists' aim to maximize happiness and well-being through non-consumptive means—sharing work, consuming less, while devoting more time to art, music, family, culture and community.

Local Communities Dismantling Corporate Rule
This is powerful and very heartening. Pass this on to those seeking to network with local communities and all concerned, a terrific two-part interview with very important information on how to exercise our authority. – Zen
Community Rights educator Paul Cienfuegos explains how “We The People” are exercising the authority to govern ourselves and dismantle corporate rule. When small farmers in rural Pennsylvania wanted to say “no” to a corporate factory farm coming into their community, they learned they couldn’t, because it would violate the corporation’s “rights” and state pre-emption laws. So they did something technically illegal – their town passed an innovative ordinance banning corporate factory farming. It worked! The corporation left town. Pittsburgh upshifted the approach: Rather than define what we don’t want, define what we DO want. Their “Right to Water” stopped natural gas fracking in the city. Ordinances like this have been passed in over 150 communities in 9 states. Tune in to learn how this works. Episode 258. Cooperatives have already been spoken about in this thread and offer a viable alternative to the market economy
The International Cooperative Alliance (ICA): http://2012.coop/welcome
An example of a large cooperative is: ''The MONDRAGON Corporation is a corporation and federation of worker cooperatives based in the Basque region of Spain. Founded in the town of Mondragón in 1956, its origin is linked to the activity of a modest technical college and a small workshop producing paraffin heaters. Currently it is the seventh largest Spanish company in terms of asset turnover and the leading business group in the Basque Country. At the end of 2011 it was providing employment for 83,869 people working in 256 companies in four areas of activity: Finance, Industry, Retail and Knowledge. The MONDRAGON Co-operatives operate in accordance with a business model based on People and the Sovereignty of Labour, which has made it possible to develop highly participative companies rooted in solidarity, with a strong social dimension but without neglecting business excellence. The Co-operatives are owned by their worker-members and power is based on the principle of one person, one vote.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondrag...ve_Corporation

Another example is: 'Suma is the UK’s largest independent wholefood wholesaler/distributor, specialising in vegetarian, fairly traded, organic, ethical and natural products. We are a workers’ co-operative committed to ethical business.' http://www.suma.coop/about/

''Slow Food is an international movement founded by Carlo Petrini in 1986. Promoted as an alternative to fast food, it strives to preserve traditional and regional cuisine and encourages farming of plants, seeds and livestock characteristic of the local ecosystem. It was the first established part of the broader Slow movement. The movement has since expanded globally to over 100,000 members in 150 countries. [1] Its goals of sustainable foods and promotion of local small businesses are paralleled by a political agenda directed against globalization of agricultural products.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slow_food

Community gardening can also be a form of direct action taken to use land for the benefit of the community:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_gardening

''Permaculture is a branch of ecological design, ecological engineering, and environmental design which develops sustainable architecture/human settlements and self-maintained agricultural systems modeled from natural ecosystems. [1][2]

The core tenets of permaculture are:[3][4]
• Take Care of the Earth: Provision for all life systems to continue and multiply. This is the first principle, because without a healthy earth, humans cannot flourish.
• Take Care of the People: Provision for people to access those resources necessary for their existence.
• Share the Surplus: Healthy natural systems use outputs from each element to nourish others. We humans can do the same. By governing our own needs, we can set resources aside to further the above principles.

Permaculture draws from several disciplines including organic farming, agroforestry, integrated farming, sustainable development, and applied ecology. "The primary agenda of the movement has been to assist people to become more self reliant through the design and development of productive and sustainable gardens and farms. The design principles which are the conceptual foundation of permaculture were derived from the science of systems ecology and study of pre-industrial examples of sustainable land use."[5]
Permaculture design emphasizes patterns of landscape, function, and species assemblies. It asks the question, “Where does this element go? How can it be placed for the maximum benefit of the system?" To answer this question, the central concept of permaculture is maximizing useful connections between components and synergy of the final design. The focus of permaculture, therefore, is not on each separate element, but rather on the relationships created among elements by the way they are placed together; the whole becoming greater than the sum of its parts. Permaculture design therefore seeks to minimize waste, human labor, and energy input by building systems with maximal benefits between design elements to achieve a high level of synergy. Permaculture designs evolve over time by taking into account these relationships and elements and can become extremely complex systems that produce a high density of food and materials with minimal input.[6]
It is worthy of note that Permaculture is a system of design only, and as such it can be applied to anything that requires design. Permaculture has been applied most commonly to the design of housing and landscaping, integrating techniques such as agroforestry, natural building and rainwater harvesting within the context of Permaculture design principles and theory.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permaculture
Via Campesina (from Spanish la vía campesina, the campesino way, or the Peasants' Way) describes itself as "an international movement which coordinates peasant organizations of small and middle-scale producers, agricultural workers, rural women, and indigenous communities from Asia, Africa, America, and Europe". It is a coalition of over 148 organizations, advocating family-farm-based sustainable agriculture and was the group that first coined the term "food sovereignty".[1] Food sovereignty refers to the right to produce food on one's own territory. Via Campesina has carried out several campaigns including a campaign to defend farmer's seeds, a campaign to stop violence against women, a campaign for the recognition of the rights of peasants, a Global Campaign for agrarian reform, and others.'' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Via_Campesina

10 ways to commit nutritional anarchy
Anarchy is defined as the non-recognition of authority. If nutrition becomes regulated by a bunch of bureaucrats who, at best, don’t really care about people, and at worst, hope to depopulate the globe, you must have the plans and weapons in place to live a life of nutritional anarchy. Take these steps to prepare for the day when real vitamins might be completely inaccessible without a prescription.
1. Educate yourself on which foods provide the most nutritional bang for the buck
2. Plant nutrient dense flora in your garden
3. Learn to identify edible plants and locate wild sources of nutrients, like a field of dandelions (make sure they are not sprayed with pesticides)
4. Learn small space gardening methods to make the most of urban locations
5. Consider hydroponics and/or aquaponics
6. Purchase heirloom seeds to put aside for the future, when they may no longer be available
7. Learn how to properly save and store seeds from your own plants for future gardening endeavors
8. Learn how to harvest and preserve the bounty from your own property
9. Practice preparing delicious meals using the most nutritious foods available
10. Experiment with multiple ways to use the in-season bounty from your garden to prevent boredom
These are the actions that will provide our independence from those who would have the audacity to regulate good nutrition.

Defending the Imperative for Real Food and Real Farmers
by Julian Rose
Going ‘organic’ is basically a return to farming regimes that were used on all small and medium sized family farms throughout Europe and North America up until the Second World War. There are still countries that remain largely committed to this form of land management and one will find most examples of these in Eastern Europe. Which brings me to Poland.
Poland is a country still blessed with around one million three hundred thousand small family farms, with an average size of around seven hectares. These farms have resisted both a Russian communist occupation with a penchant for creating large state-owned holdings, and now a Western capitalist regime with a penchant for corporate take-overs and mass exploitation of soils for profit.Julian Rose is an early pioneer of UK organic farming, international activist, social entrepreneur, writer and actor. His latest book ‘In Defence of Life’ is available at www.amazon.org and at Julian’s web site: www.julianrose.info

How to Establish a Food and Farming Model that Works for Everyone
by Julian Rose
Intro: Julian Rose lays out a pragmatic model for bringing together local and regional food production and consumption. Julian has had more than 30 years experience in this field; selling the great majority of his organic farm produce within a ten mile radius of his farm. This article is drawn from his book “Changing Course for Life – Local Solutions to Global Problems.”
If Cathedrals are meant to stand as symbols of man’s aspiration to a higher spiritual consciousness, then hypermarkets are surely monuments to society’s lowest level of material greed. While the farmers and factory workers who toil to provide the products that line their plastic shelves receive the absolute minimum economic reward for their labour, the hypermarkets boast huge profits and evermore grandiose expansion plans. So distorted is the scale and motivation of this form of trading – and so destructive to both human and environmental welfare – that any caring individual should find it abhorrent to carry on worshipping at this golden calf.

Why is Wheat Such A Problem in the Modern Diet?
By WTStaff October 29, 2015 Catherine J. Frompovich,
Wheat, which used to be considered a “staff of life,” in recent times, has become a dietary scourge for numerous men, women, and children. What happened, especially when there are so many processed foods that contain wheat or wheat derivatives?
First and foremost, we ought to realize that wheat grown today is a hybridized version of heirloom wheat during the early 20th century. Einkorn [1], which probably was the oldest variety of wheat known and grown for thousands of years, has fallen out of favor even though it contains a lower percentage of gluten.

Australia First to Receive Electricity Using Zero-emission Wave Energy Generators
Wave energy technology has finally proved its feasibility to provide renewable, clean energy on a mass scale.
The Perth Wave Energy Project has demonstrated that the CETO 5 wave energy generators, developed by Carnegie Wave Energy Limited, are capable of using the movement of the ocean to provide electricity to a naval base near Garden Island in Western Australia. The site is the first commercial ocean wave energy installation. It has channeled zero-emissions energy from three CETO 5 units into a functioning power grid for 14000 cumulative hours.

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
A massive open online course (MOOC /muːk/) is an online course aimed at unlimited participation and open access via the web. In addition to traditional course materials such as filmed lectures, readings, and problem sets, many MOOCs provide interactive user forums to support community interactions between students, professors, and teaching assistants (TAs). MOOCs are a recent and widely researched development in distance education[1] which were first introduced in 2008 and emerged as a popular mode of learning in 2012.[2][3]
Early MOOCs often emphasized open-access features, such as open licensing of content, structure and learning goals, to promote the reuse and remixing of resources. Some later MOOCs use closed licenses for their course materials while maintaining free access for students.[4][5][6][7] Robert Zemsky (2014) argues that they have passed their peak: "They came; they conquered very little; and now they face substantially diminished prospects.’’ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massiv..._online_course

MOOCs can offer free education of the highest quality to anywhere in the world at a small cost thereby removing any physical barriers to educational el-itism

International Organization for a Participatory Society (IOPS) http://www.iopsociety.org/
Key Goals & Priorities
• IOPS is anti capitalist, anti racist, anti sexist, and anti authoritarian. It centrally addresses economics/class, politics, culture/race, kinship/gender, ecology, and international relations without privileging any one focus above the rest.
• IOPS seeks to transcend 20th Century market and centrally planned socialism with a new participatory society - or participatory socialism - that combines classless economy, feminist kinship, intercommunalist culture, and self managing polity.
• IOPS flexibly explores and advocates long term vision sufficiently to inspire and orient current activity but does not advocate or seek to implement detailed blueprints that transcend movement needs and knowledge.
• IOPS sees social strategy and especially tactics as largely contingent on place and time and therefore continually revises shared views in light of new evidence including regularly updating analysis, vision, and strategy.

Local Exchange Trading Systems (LETS)
A local exchange trading system (also local employment and trading system or local energy transfer system; abbreviated to LETS or LETSystem) is a locally initiated, democratically organised, not-for-profit community enterprise that provides a community information service and records transactions of members exchanging goods and services by using the currency of locally created LETS Credits https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_...trading_system

Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
An employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is an employee-owner program that provides a company's workforce with an ownership interest in the company. In an ESOP, companies provide their employees with stock ownership, often at no up-front cost to the employees. ESOP shares, however, are part of employees' remuneration for work performed. Shares are allocated to employees and may be held in an ESOP trust until the employee retires or leaves the company. The shares are then either bought back by the company for redistribution or voided.
Some corporations are majority employee-owned; the term employee-owned corporation often refers to such companies. Such organizations are similar to worker cooperatives, but unlike cooperatives, control of the company's capital is not necessarily evenly distributed. In many cases, voting rights are only given to certain shareholders, and more senior employees may be allocated more shares than new hires. Compared with cooperatives, ESOP-centered corporations often allow for company executives to have greater flexibility and control in governing and managing the corporation. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employ...ownership_plan

Shareholder Activism
An activist shareholder is one using an equity stake in a corporation to put public pressure on its management.[1] The goals of activist shareholders range from financial (increase of shareholder value through changes in corporate policy, financing structure, cost cutting, etc.) to non-financial (disinvestment from particular countries, adoption of environmentally friendly policies, etc.).[2] The attraction of shareholder activism lies in its comparative cheapness; a fairly small stake (less than 10% of outstanding shares) may be enough to launch a successful campaign. In comparison, a full takeover bid is a much more costly and difficult undertaking.
Shareholder activism has gained popularity as management compensation at publicly traded companies and cash balances on corporate balance sheets have risen. Not only are the aggregate dollars invested in the activist asset class continuing to grow, but activists are also generating significant positive attention from mainstream media by taking more sophisticated approaches to identifying their platforms and running their campaigns.[3] Once derided as corporate raiders, shareholder activists are now the recipients of admiration for sparking change in corporate boardrooms, leading to corporate boards developing best practices for responding to shareholder activism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Activist_shareholder

Social Ecology
Social Ecology is a critical social theory founded by Green author and activist Murray Bookchin. Conceptualized as a critique of current social, political, and anti-ecological trends, it espouses a reconstructive, ecological, communitarian, and ethical approach to society. This version advocates a reconstructive and transformative outlook on social and environmental issues, and promotes a directly democratic, confederal politics. As a body of ideas, social ecology envisions a moral economy that moves beyond scarcity and hierarchy, toward a world that reharmonizes human communities with the natural world, while celebrating diversity, creativity and freedom. Bookchin suggests that the roots of current ecological and social problems can be traced to hierarchical (or more specifically kyriarchical) modes of social organization. Social ecologists claim that the systemic issue of hierarchy cannot be resisted by individual actions alone such as ethical consumerism but must be addressed by more nuanced ethical thinking and collective activity grounded in radically democratic ideals. The complexity of relationships between people and nature is emphasized, along with the importance of establishing more mutualistic social structures that take account of this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_ecology

Time Banks
In economics, a time-based currency is an alternative currency or exchange system where the unit of account/value is the person-hour or some other time unit. Some time-based currencies value everyone’s contributions equally: one hour equals one service credit. In these systems, one person volunteers to work for an hour for another person; thus, they are credited with one hour, which they can redeem for an hour of service from another volunteer. Others use time units that might be fractions of an hour (e.g. minutes, ten minutes - 6 units/hour, or 15 minutes - 4 units/hour). While most time-based exchange systems are service exchanges in that most exchange involves the provision of services that can be measured in a time unit, it is also possible to exchange goods by 'pricing' them in terms of the average national hourly wage rate (e.g. if the average hourly rate is $20/hour, then a commodity valued at $20 in the national currency would be equivalent to 1 hour). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time-based_currency

Democratic Education
Democratic education is an educational ideal in which democracy is both a goal and a method of instruction. It brings democratic values to education and can include self-determination within a community of equals, as well as such values as justice, respect and trust. Democratic education is often specifically emancipatory, with the students' voices being equal to the teacher's. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democratic_education

Activism: The Way to Demonstrate Your Spirituality
Activism is what the Earth needs right now especially from conscious individuals, conscious groups and conscious communities. Those who’ve started their awakening process most likely can see that we are living in maya (as the ancient Buddhist teachings tell us), a fake world of deception or a giant Matrix. Many have already begun to see that close to everything is fake, from MSM (Mainstream Media) news, to food, to scientific research, to Government itself.
While it is true that to be effective we must address the cause of the problem – the dysfunction of the mind/ego complex inside all of us – it is also true that merely trying to be more spiritual or become enlightened in your own isolated and separate bubble is not going to help the state of the world and alleviate others’ suffering very much. Sure, by focusing on your own enlightenment you can avoid adding to the collective misery and pain, but what is the point of all that enlightenment if you’re not going to do anything with it? http://www.wakingtimes.com/2015/10/1...-spirituality/

“Humanity’s challenge at this decisive point in history is to face a monster that is desperately attempting to expand its tyrannical system of human enslavement. Simultaneously, human consciousness is growing with unparalleled expansion and this is a grave threat to the tyrants. Only one of these forces, humanity or tyranny, can succeed, and the world we hand to our children and future generations will be defined by our success or failure in this regard. The irony is that the tyrants have no power but that which we have unwittingly relinquished to them. In order to create a better world we simply need to take our power back. That is my ultimate goal: a better world. My wisdom in this matter comes from the knowledge that the attainment of this goal is not up to me, it is up to us.” ~Ken O’Keefe

The World Social Forum
The World Social Forum (WSF, Portuguese: Fórum Social Mundial [ˈfɔɾũ sosi'aw mũdʒiˈaw]) is an annual meeting of civil society organizations, first held in Brazil, which offers a self-conscious effort to develop an alternative future through the championing of counter-hegemonic globalization. Some[who?] consider the World Social Forum to be a physical manifestation of global civil society, as it brings together non governmental organizations, advocacy campaigns as well as formal and informal social movements seeking international solidarity. The World Social Forum prefers to define itself as "an opened space – plural, diverse, non-governmental and non-partisan – that stimulates the decentralized debate, reflection, proposals building, experiences exchange and alliances among movements and organizations engaged in concrete actions towards a more solidarity, democratic and fair world....a permanent space and process to build alternatives to neoliberalism."[1] It is held by members of the alter-globalization movement (also referred to as the global justice movement) who come together to coordinate global campaigns, share and refine organizing strategies, and inform each other about movements from around the world and their particular issues. The World Social Forum is explicit about not being a representative of all of those who attend and thus does not publish any formal statements on behalf of participants.[2] It tends to meet in January at the same time as its "great capitalist rival", the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. This date is consciously picked to promote their alternative answers to world economic problems in opposition to the World Economic Forum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Social_Forum

The Network for Police Monitoring (NETPOL)
Netpol seeks to monitor public order, protest and street policing, and to challenge and resist policing which is excessive, discriminatory or threatens civil rights.
We have built an inclusive network of activists, campaigners, lawyers and researchers to create a forum for sharing knowledge, experience and expertise. Through active campaigning, sharing knowledge and building awareness, we aim to effectively challenge policing strategies which are unnecessarily damaging to any sector of our society.

ATTAC is an international organization involved in the alter-globalization movement. We oppose neo-liberal globalization and develop social, ecological, and democratic alternatives so as to guarantee fundamental rights for all. Specifically, we fight for the regulation of financial markets, the closure of tax havens, the introduction of global taxes to finance global public goods, the cancellation of the debt of developing countries, fair trade, and the implementation of limits to free trade and capital flows.

Tobin tax Initiative http://www.tobintax.org/
Tobin Taxes are excise taxes on cross-border currency transactions. They can be enacted by national legislatures, followed by multilateral cooperation for effective enforcement. The revenue should go to global priorities: basic environmental and human needs. Such taxes will help tame currency market volatility and restore national economic sovereignty. (The name Tobin Tax and the original concept derives from James Tobin, a Ph.D. Nobel-laureate economist at Yale University.)

Peoples assemblies
A popular assembly (or people's assembly) is a gathering called to address issues of importance to participants. Assemblies tend to be freely open to participation and operate by direct democracy. Some assemblies are of people from a location, some from a given workplace, industry or educational establishment others are called to address a specific issue.
The term is often used to describe gatherings that address, what participants feel are, the effects of a democratic deficit in a representative democratic systems.[1] Sometimes assemblies are created to form an alternative power structure, other times they work with other forms of government.

Direct Action
Direct action occurs when a group takes an action which is intended to reveal an existing problem, highlight an alternative, or demonstrate a possible solution to a social issue. This can include nonviolent and less often violent activities which target persons, groups, or property deemed offensive to the direct action participants. Examples of non-violent direct action (also known as nonviolent resistance or civil resistance) can include sit-ins, strikes, workplace occupations, blockades, hacktivism, etc., while violent direct action may include political violence, sabotage, property destruction, assaults, etc. By contrast, electoral politics, diplomacy, negotiation, and arbitration are not usually described as direct action, as they are politically mediated. Non-violent actions are sometimes a form of civil disobedience, and may involve a degree of intentional law-breaking where persons place themselves in arrestable situations in order to make a political statement but other actions (such as strikes) may not violate criminal law.[1]
The aim of direct action is to either obstruct another political agent or political organization from performing some practice to which the activists object; or to solve perceived problems which traditional societal institutions (governments, religious organizations or established trade unions) are not addressing to the satisfaction of the direct action participants. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_action

Centri Sociali
Self-managed social centers appeared all over Italy during the mid-1980s, as a result of the recession and resignation of 1970s left-wing militant students and youth that were dissatisfied with authority. Examples include Leocavallo in Milan, Forte Prenestina in Rome, Victor Charlie and Macchia Nera in Pisa, 99 and Officina99 in Naples, etc. [1]
Young adults with no money, place to meet, or fondness of authority squatted abandoned buildings, renovated them, and turned them into social centers. These self-organized groups began to find new purpose in the centers, as if they were operational factories, schools, prisons, gas stations, or stores that they once were before abandonment. These refurbished buildings became semi-legal, unconventional, independently run activity centers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-m...nters_in_Italy

Ya Basta Asociation
The Ya Basta Association is a network of Italian anti-capitalist and pro-immigrants rights organizations and groups, fueled by the Italian social center movement, formed in 1994, and known for the "authorship" of the Tute Bianche, and later disobbedienti phenomena.
Formed as a result of the "eros effect" of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation uprising in Chiapas in 1994, the Ya Basta Association is sometimes confused with its corresponding tactical project, the Tute Bianche. However these two projects are distinct in that while the Ya Basta Association is an overarching project involving many facets, including the utilization of the "white overall" tactic, the Tute Bianche was a broader tactic involving, at the time of Genoa 2001, many participants unconnected with the Italian Association. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ya_Basta_Association

Tute Bianche
Tute Bianche was a militant Italian social movement, active from 1994 to 2001. Activists covered their bodies with padding so as to resist the blows of police, to push through police lines, and to march together in large blocks for mutual protection during demonstrations.

Landless Workers Movement
Landless Workers' Movement (Portuguese: Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra, or MST) is a social movement in Brazil, being generally regarded as one of the largest[1] in Latin America with an estimated informal 1.5 million membership[2] in 23 of Brazil's 26 states.[3] According to the MST, its aims are: firstly, to fight for access to the land for poor workers in general, something to be carried out, secondly, through land reform in Brazil, and, thirdly, through activism around social issues impinging on the achievement of land possession, such as unequal income distribution, racism, sexism, and media monopolies.[4] In short, the MST strives to achieve a social covenant providing a self-sustainable way of life for the poor in rural areas.

The Chipko movement or chipko andolan, primarily a forest conservation movement, went on to become a rallying point for many future, environmental protests and movements all over the world and created a precedent for non-violent protest started in India.[1][2] It occurred at a time when there was hardly any environmental movement in the developing world, and its success meant that the world immediately took notice of this non-violent movement, which was to inspire in time many such eco-groups by helping to slow down the rapid deforestation, expose vested interests, increase ecological awareness, and demonstrate the viability of people power. Above all, it stirred up the existing civil society in India, which began to address the issues of tribal and marginalized people. Today, beyond the eco-socialism hue, it is being seen increasingly as an ecofeminism movement. Although many of its leaders were men, women were not only its backbone, but also its mainstay, because they were the ones most affected by the rampant deforestation,[citation needed], which led to a lack of firewood and fodder as well as water for drinking and irrigation. Over the years they also became primary stakeholders in a majority of the afforestation work that happened under the Chipko movement. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chipko_movement

Squatting is an action of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied area of land or a building – usually residential[1] – that the squatter does not own, rent or otherwise have lawful permission to use.
Author Robert Neuwirth suggested in 2004 that there were one billion squatters globally. By 2030, he forecasts there will be two billion and by 2050, he predicts three billion squatters.[2] Yet, according to Kesia Reeve, "squatting is largely absent from policy and academic debate and is rarely conceptualised, as a problem, as a symptom, or as a social or housing movement."

Anonymous (used as a mass noun) is a loosely associated international network of activist and hacktivist entities. A website nominally associated with the group describes it as "an Internet gathering" with "a very loose and decentralized command structure that operates on ideas rather than directives".[2] The group became known for a series of well-publicized publicity stunts and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on government, religious, and corporate websites.

Free man on the land
"Freemen-on-the-land" are a loose group of individuals with the belief that they are bound by statute laws only if they consent to those laws. They believe that they can therefore declare themselves independent of the government and the rule of law, holding that the only "true" law is their own interpretation of "common law".[1] This belief has been described as a conspiracy theory.[2] Freemen are active in the United States and in other English-speaking countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freemen_on_the_land

The Zapatista Army of National Liberation (Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional, EZLN), often referred to as the Zapatistas, is a revolutionary leftist political and militant group based in Chiapas, the southernmost state of Mexico.
Since 1994, the group has been in a declared war "against the Mexican state", although this war has been primarily defensive, against military, paramilitary and corporate incursions into Chiapas.[citation needed] In recent years, it has focused on a strategy of civil resistance. The Zapatistas' physical base is made up of mostly rural indigenous people but includes some supporters in urban areas and internationally. Their main spokesperson is Subcomandante Insurgente Galeano, previously known as Subcomandante Marcos (a.k.a. Compañero Galeano and Delegate Zero in relation to "the Other Campaign"). Unlike other Zapatista spokespeople, Marcos is not an indigenous Maya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zapati...nal_Liberation

La Via Campesina
La Vía Campesina (from Spanish la vía campesina, the campesino way, or the peasants' way) describes itself as "an international movement which coordinates peasant organizations of small and middle-scale producers, agricultural workers, rural women, and indigenous communities from Asia, Africa, America, and Europe".[1] It is a coalition of over 148 organizations, advocating family-farm-based sustainable agriculture and was the group that first coined the term "food sovereignty".[1] La Vía Campesina has carried out several campaigns including a campaign to defend farmer's seeds, a campaign to stop violence against women, a campaign for the recognition of the rights of peasants, a global campaign for agrarian reform, and others https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Via_Campesina

Podemos (Spanish pronunciation: [poˈðemos], translated in English as "We can")[a] is a left-wing political party in Spain.
The party was founded in March 2014 in the aftermath of the 15-M Movement protests against inequality and corruption[10][11] by political scientist Pablo Iglesias, who represents the party in the European Parliament. It is a left-wing populist party that seeks to address the problems of inequality, unemployment and economic malaise that followed in the wake of the European debt crisis. Podemos has called for a renegotiation of austerity measures and seeks to curtail the Treaty of Lisbon.
Podemos is the second largest political party in Spain by number of members after the People's Party (PP);[12] it became the third largest party within the first 20 days it allowed membership, with 100,000 signing up in that period,[13] and its membership grew to more than 389,000.

The five star movementhttp://www.movimentocinquestelle.it/
The Five Star Movement (Italian: Movimento Cinque Stelle [moviˈmento ˈtʃiŋkwe ˈstelle], M5S) is a political party in Italy started by Beppe Grillo, a popular comedian and blogger, with Gianroberto Casaleggio, a web strategist, on 4 October 2009.[13]
The M5S is considered populist,[14][15][16][17] anti-establishment,[14][18][19][20] environmentalist, anti-globalist[21] and Eurosceptic.[22] Grillo himself provocatively once referred to his movement as "populist" during a meeting held in Rome with M5S senators.[23] Its members stress that the M5S is not a party but a "movement" and it may not be included in the traditional left-right paradigm. The "five stars" are a reference to five key issues: public water, sustainable transport, sustainable development, right to Internet access, and environmentalism. The party also advocates direct democracy,[24] the principle of "zero-cost politics",[25] degrowth,[26] and nonviolence.[27] In foreign policy, the M5S have condemned military interventions of the West in the Greater Middle East (Afghanistan, Iraq,[28] Libya) as well as any notion of American intervention in Syria. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Star_Movement

Freedom of the Press Foundation
Freedom of the Press Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping support and defend public-interest journalism focused on exposing mismanagement, corruption, and law-breaking in government. We accept tax-deductible donations to a variety of journalism organizations that push for transparency and accountability, and we work to preserve and strengthen the rights guaranteed to the press under the First Amendment.
Freedom of the Press Foundation is built on the recognition that this kind of transparency journalism — from publishing the Pentagon Papers and exposing Watergate, to uncovering the NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program and CIA secret prisons — doesn’t just happen. It requires dogged work by journalists, and often, the courage of whistleblowers and others who work to ensure that the public actually learns what it has a right to know. https://freedom.press/

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is the leading nonprofit organization defending civil liberties in the digital world. Founded in 1990, EFF champions user privacy, free expression, and innovation through impact litigation, policy analysis, grassroots activism, and technology development. We work to ensure that rights and freedoms are enhanced and protected as our use of technology grows.
Even in the fledgling days of the Internet, EFF understood that protecting access to developing technology was central to advancing freedom for all. In the years that followed, EFF used our fiercely independent voice to clear the way for open source software, encryption, security research, file sharing tools, and a world of emerging technologies. https://www.eff.org/

Reality hacking
Reality hacking is any phenomenon that emerges from the nonviolent use of illegal or legally ambiguous digital tools in pursuit of politically, socially, or culturally subversive ends. These tools include website defacements, URL redirections, denial-of-service attacks, information theft, web-site parodies, virtual sit-ins, and virtual sabotage.[citation needed]
Art movements such as Fluxus and Happenings in the 1970s created a climate of receptibility in regard to loose-knit organizations and group activities where spontaneity, a return to primitivist behavior, and an ethics where activities and socially engaged art practices became tantamount to aesthetic concerns. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hackti...eality_hacking

The Unspoken Constitution http://www.theguardian.com/commentis...litical-reform
eturning to parliament today after the summer recess and the party conference season, MPs and peers may be surprised to learn that a written constitution has been prepared in their absence. There have been vague murmurs from Gordon Brown and Jack Straw over the last year or so that some sort of codification might be desirable, in light of the constitutional reforms introduced since 1997. And for a month or two this summer, when public anger about MPs' expenses was at its peak, the case for a written constitution was quite possibly being more widely discussed, including at a government level, than at any time in British political history. But surely nobody suggested that anyone should actually go ahead and draft one?
The written constitution in question is a spoof. Led by my colleague at Democratic Audit, Stuart Weir, and in association with a wider network of expert contributors, our pamphlet The Unspoken Constitution sets out to describe our constitutional arrangements as they work in practice. We determined early on to adopt a satirical tone, inviting the reader to chuckle at the hilarity of it all – the extensive powers of the monarch, which monarchs implicitly promise not to use; the even more extensive royal prerogative powers granted to prime ministers by the Crown, so that governments can take major decisions without recourse to parliament; the myth that parliament is sovereign, when its powers have been progressively eroded over decades; and the fact that basing constitutional practice on conventions means that governments can essentially amend the constitution simply by changing how they go about their business. Understanding and Dismantling the Global Control System
By Max Igan
Looking at the global situation from the perspective of fear is counterproductive. We need to look at it from a perspective of concern, and see the opportunity that lies in having the knowledge of the global situation. There are opportunities in all these problems. Many people, when they discover the global situation and discover the truth about the world we live in, they move straight into fear. This does not help alleviate the situation. It’s one thing to be aware of it, but it’s another thing to be working actively to rectify this problem – the problem of government corruption, the problem of corporatism, the problem of commerce being superimposed over the human experience to the point where money and economics is viewed as being more important than people and more important than life. Unfortunately this is the situation we currently face.

Page 26- Protests part 2: Day to day peaceful protests

Personal responsibility
Too many people hand over all responsibility to politicians and corporations and this has disempowered them. They then act surprised when they find that the politicians and corporations take advantage of them!
The world will only change when enough people start taking personal responsibility and making changes in their own life.

Consumer activism
Every penny you spend is a vote for what kind of world you want to see because whatever you give your money to you give power to, so think about what you are supporting financially. Boycott unethical corporations. Leave criminal banks. Support local growers and producers instead of big corporations etc

Vote with your feet
If there are things you do not agree with ethically then walk away from them and withdraw your support; for example if you disagree with the reporting of the BBC then stop watching their news and stop paying your TV licence fee

Be the change you want to see in the world
If there are things you ethically agree with then give them your support; for example if you disagree with the use of toxic pesticides in food production then buy organic from a local farmer (see the documentary ‘food inc’ for more information)

Ken OKeefe takes this process to the extreme of renouncing his citizenship and refusing to pay anymore tax because he feels that the government is breaking its social contract. Not everyone will be willing to go to these lengths because when they act alone they are easy to squash by the government and corporations but if they move as one in a movement then they can threaten to withhold tax or their labour (a general strike) etc

If you vote for one of the mainstream parties you are voting for parties with many strings attached.....strings that lead to powerful financial interests who fund the campaigns of those parties and who expect a return on their investment.
Even if you vote for a party outside the false left/right paradigm where both sides of the spectrum are really two masks on the same face you are still voting for their political system because your active participation in their system gives the winner a political mandate to rule.
However you may wish to give a group a bigger voice within the system so it’s a choice for individuals to make.

Here’s some day to day steps people can take to make changes in their own life that will contribute to a world which is dominated by corporate interests who control society through corrupt governments.

Take your money out of the banks and put it in community credit unions
Grow your own food & compost your kitchen & garden waste and/or buy local and organic food
Boycott big corporations
Avoid hierarchical relationships and set up cooperative businesses
Don’t buy ‘SMART’ don’t buy 3G, they’re just surveillance devices designed to plug you into the SMART control grid. Avoid ‘SMART’ products in general as they’re all part of Agenda 21
Don’t buy computer gaming consoles designed to spy on you
Get rid of your TV and don’t pay your BBC TV license fee; fund alternative media instead
Share information from the independent media; awareness will then grow exponentially
Avoid vaccines as they are poison designed for population control
Avoid fluoridated drinking water (use a filter if necessary). Non fluoride toothpaste is available online
Avoid food with artificial preservatives, flavourings, colourings and sweetners eg aspartame/nutrasweet, monosodium glutamate and E numbers
Canned food often contain gender bending endocrine disruptors and tomato soup is particularly bad
Organic cosmetics don’t have harmful chemicals like parabens i them which cause a lot of skin disorders like eczema
There are alternatives to facebook which is a spying tool of mossad/CIA (see technology section)
Avoid wifi as it is harmful for example it distorts the DNA of eggs within a womans ovaries. Find out online how to switch off the wifi of your hub and use a physical cable instead
Encrypt your communications (see technology section)
Campaign against war
Participate in peer2peer transactions and cut out middle me like the banks
Use freecycle and gumtree to sell, barter, exchange or give away belongings you no longer need rather then throw them away
Do not accept microchips into your person! This is an aim on the NWO to enslave humanity into a cashless society
Do what you love to do even if it means downsizing
Free yourself from debt and contracts
Build community to increase your support base and to prepare for a society beyond the current one

Manifesting and the Mystic Morphic Field
by Zen Gardner - Dec 23, 2012
There was an interesting article recently about researchers who found within the computer informational field what appears to be proof of foreknowledge of 9/11. The huge spike in chatter regarding the events immediately prior to the strikes is completely anomalous. In other words, it goes on to say, for it to be just a coincidence is next to impossible. No big surprise. But what about this informational field?
They call this computer information world a type of “morphic field” or “information field” and it seems to be a virtual manifestation of the global mind. Not all of it of course, but the informational global mind, which at this point in history is a massive amount of generated information that’s accelerating by the hour.

Living Magically: The Art of Chewing Life Up and Spitting it Out
Gary “Z’ McGee
You’ve probably heard the now common cliché, “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” How true it is. But it’s not enough to know it with your head. You need to understand it with your heart; with your mind, body, and soul, in order to create magic with it. You need to be proactive about it, in order for it to really have an impact in your life. Like Daniel Pinchbeck said, “Deep down, nobody wants a job to occupy his or her time. We want a mission that inspires us.”
You are a magical creature, even if you’re not consciously aware of it. Your inner-child wants desperately to come out and play, even if you have suppressed it; even if it has been oppressed by a sick society. Jump into the angry abyss with a smile on your face. This is how magic has always been created, from shamans to Shakespeare. Get out there and live! Look for the magic within things. Look for the magic within you. Like William Butler Yeats poetically articulated, “The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.”

Awakening Our True Potential
Richard Smoley
Man is born an unfinished creature. He cannot walk or talk or feed himself. Long years of care are required to bring him to even the most minimal levels of self-sufficiency.
And yet even after the typical person has reached the stage of functioning that we call adulthood, something still seems to be missing. In a sense, of course, something will always be missing; there are always new horizons to discover and new skills to attain. But the lack may go further. There is a sense in which even the mature human being is incomplete. The Freemasons allude to this when they speak of the candidate for initiation as a “rough ashlar.” An ashlar is a block of stone; in its rough state it fits only approximately into its intended setting. Some kind of process is needed to adjust and polish it so that it is perfectly suited to its function.

20 Transformational Truths From Sages Throughout the Ages
Paul Lenda
Throughout the ages, there have been many who have had gotten a taste of incredibly mesmerizing higher states of consciousness. Rather than keep their experiential knowledge and wisdom about the higher and deeper elements of existence to themselves they spread the word to others, be it through spoken word, written works, or other methods. Thanks to the sages, luminaries, spiritual teachers, thinkers, and every-day people who had an enlightening experience we can ignite the light of expanded awareness about the higher and deeper aspects of the human experience and of existence itself from such people. When the future looks bleak and the motivation to excel and advance seems pointless we can look up to those who have lived and are still alive who possess that inner wisdom which they had realized through their own personal experiences of an enlightened state of awareness.
Don’t let it stay a dream, let it become a reality. Living in the 21st century of our archaic timeline we have the amazing opportunity to taste such consciousness-shifting words of wisdom and we will take a look at 20 such enlightening truths from sages throughout the ages. Allow for these timeless words nourish your mind, heart and soul.

How We Create Reality
Al Smith
Do you wonder why life is a chaotic roller coaster of both positive and negative events? Have you, like most, earnestly tried positive thinking, meditation or prayer without any tangible beneficial results? Do you stress over your quietly desperate realization that you have little control over your own life? Do you fear that most of us are floating helplessly like plankton on the waves? Don’t you wish you had a magical power to change your life and the lives around you for the better? Well, the good news is that you do!
After reading this a few times, you’ll understand the natural forces that create our individual and collective realities. You’ll comprehend that we all have the same ability to use these forces for good or for evil. You’ll begin to see these forces at work everywhere. You’ll learn to control, focus, amplify and correctly use your personal power with ease. You’ll start to reap the rewards you’ve always sought: but never found. It won’t require your belief or faith, which come with practice. And, it doesn’t even require any real effort on your part, though faith and making physical steps toward your goals will help them to manifest faster. It’s as easy as daydreaming. Your understanding of this knowledge will make you begin to naturally and automatically think in new ways that will make your future as you’d like it to be. It’s really not hard at all. Wrap your mind firmly around this concept.

Activating the Power of the Higher Mind
Chris Bourne
There’s much talk in spiritual circles about ‘setting our intention’; ‘envisioning the things we want’ or ‘manifesting our reality’. How easily such things slip into the psyche and collective vocabulary. What if though, we’re still being led astray by the ego, albeit a more subtle form of ego? What if instead, there is a reality that is shaping according to the natural flow of the universe? What if by aligning with that flow, you could amplify it and bring amazing harmony not just to your life, but the world around? I’m speaking of activating the Power of Higher Mind…
You’re already creating your reality. Here’s the key point:
When we speak of intentioning or envisioning what we want, we’re actually cutting across the natural flow of what is already unfolding and happening. We’re creating an illusionary bubble, which is bound to burst at some point. The fact is, you’re already creating your reality, just as it is. The real key therefore, is to figure out why you created it in the first place?

Human Race, Take Your Power Back
Stephen Parato
Regarding knowledge. You don’t need a degree, or letters after your name to think a certain way. Give yourself permission to be thoroughly informed on any subject. The information is out there, take advantage of it. Have a burning desire to learn. The more you learn, the more you know. The more you know, the more you understand. The more you understand, the more you apply. The more you apply, the more power you have. And the more power you have, the more you truly live. (Just use that power for good, ya dig?)
Where you get knowledge and information is important too. Do yourself a favor and turn off the TV. Don’t let the mainstream media be your main source of information. A small, handful of companies own all of the media, and they’ve been proven wrong, biased, and caught lying way too much to trust any information (*cough* propaganda *cough*) they present. Get your information from a variety of sources, and form your own conclusions.
The fear mind screw

The Dark Night Of The Soul
Gregg Prescott, M.S
At some point in your life, you will experience the ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ where it seems that everything that can possibly go wrong, will go wrong. What many people fail to realize is that this is a true blessing.
The ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ occurs when your life appears to hit rock bottom. You may experience a plethora of ‘bad breaks’ in your personal life, financially, mentally and/or physically.

The earth would be better of.

Please see the clip by Ken O Keefe in page 25 called ''the cynic is the dictators best friend''

Also the following image is useful i think:

I don't think we should be down in the dumps about the state of the world because as this thread shows there are plenty of ideas and people to hook up with who are interested in those ideas and neither should we be delusionally optomistic lest we fall flat on our face

facing reality calmly, honestly, objectively and navigating our way through it with conscious awareness of the implications of things is, i think, the most responsible approach

my strategy (and im in no way serious about it because theres far too many
chronically serious extremes to tackle) is the way of psychic powers and getting some
help from somewhere--spirits/guides/celestial beings
you can laugh if you like--who cares anyway?
must have some people possessing real intuition and powers--telepathy/ability to move objects from afar/see into future etc
there has to be a lot of vstly superior technology also which can be borrowed
from superior races out there in space

I've started watching the Project Camelot videos as of late. I've tried before about a year ago but they were too far out for me at that point. Now I'm trying again and I make an effort to make sense of them which sorta kinda seems to work the more of them I watch. Still hard for me to make up my mind about it all, but I'm trying and very gradually I think (or hope) that I'm making some progress.

I'm currently watching the long interview with that Shayana Deane lady who talks about ascension. She seems to be a big shot when it comes to this stuff and she comes across as very intelligent and someone who sounds as though she knows what she is talking about although half the time (or more) I don't. Perhaps I'm just too dumb, but I'll keep on trying. :)

I think that intuition can work in mysterious ways and that we can awaken those latent faculties within us by balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain (the logical and the abstract) and aligning that with the heart (compassion) and the animal nature (active libidinal forces) which then fires up a sort of internal dynamo that then produces greater insight.

Unbalanced people have unbalanced views and there are a lot of people who are very left brain orientated who tend to create a world lacking in colour and warmth

I'm sure that it will. I've bookmarked this thread because there's a wealth of information here. Of course, different things will appeal to different people, but I doubt that anyone who isn't in a complete coma won't find things here that resonate with him/her. So thanks for all the hard work.
