What has personally helped me keep a bit of balance is not completely forgetting who I was BEFORE being exposed to this kind of information. There's a danger of doing that when you 'wake up', it's easy to dismiss the person you were before, and the things you were interested in. I still love music but I'm not a fan of any artist as I used to be. I still watch the occasional bit of telly on 'catch up' iPlayer, but I don't own a television.

Get up and put the kettle on.

Get your body fit and strong with good diet and exercise. Information means nothing if you don't have the will to take action.

In case you don't remember, this is what you do
Get up out of bed now
If there's nothing left to
Find the answer to - here is...
Question number one

If you're a believer... what do you believe?
Why do you believe it?
Don't you ever wonder if it's really true?
Do you? Question number two
Really... that's the mystery

Let a pothead pixie show you what to do
And this is what he'll tell you...
If you got a problem to know who you are
Here now this is what you do
Remember
You are me
I am you
All of us together
Now go...aum

Follow your heart, but take your brain with you.

And in all things, work for the greater good.

You have 2 options when you realise you have lied to and tricked your whole life; be angry or forgive the c**ts.

There are many disagreements which is best; personally the second is not an option for me, so i am stuck with being angry.

 a very wise man once sang that anger is an energy....

Don't underestimate your personal power to make the change.

Even if it's just one conversation with someone, one post on a forum or one Youtube link shared on social media etc.

Learn logic, reasoning and critical thinking.

Read 'Socratic Logic' by Peter Kreeft to start.

(Just as you may have rejected similar info at another stage of your life.) But I'd also say double check everything you read/watch or are told, and verify it.

It's not something that's easy to do, of course, because some have one of those sudden 'road to Damascus' kind of wake-up calls where you want to immediately tell everyone.

This is one of the few if not only alt media videos that addresses the question, and I've lifted a couple of phrases from it. He's not a fan of David's work - best say that in advance - but the content is sound. It's just over 20 minutes long.

I'd say it's as relevant to someone who considers themselves 'long time awakened' as it is to someone new to all of this.

Just watched it. Excellent talk.

Don't trust reality. Nothing is real

ibertha 13-06-2016 12:45 PM

The fear, when you realise you're pretty much alone, (or at the very best, in a very small minority) can be awful. Be gentle with yourself. Trust in the truth.

2 Options? how about, try not to get angry and not lose yourself in the anger!

When you get angry, direct it at the control system!

But being Mr or Mrs angry I will probably get an angry response! :thud:

Myself, I refuse to lose myself in their control system and misdirect anger at others!

ps. I know you know this already!
:peace:

Yes ,, as is Love, Hate ,, Fear ,, etc

That's what it's all about! TPTB generating as much negative energy and hate and fear and anger and violence as they can to feed their need for neg' low vibrational energy!

My one piece of advice?

Take all advice with a grain of salt. None of us walk the same path so all advice is subjective :)

PS: good advice from jup. Don't get angry. With your new found knowledge, adjust your way of thinking. Don't react; take your time and respond, calmly and positively :p

Not so much advice as hope that anyone who 'wakes up' doesn't go down the road of vigourously denying any deaths or casualties whenever there's a major event - with little "evidence" except their iPhones, Google Image, some unchecked "expert" on Youtube and a vivid imagination. The turd in the punchbowl metaphor comes to mind with the 'hoax lobby'.

baboshka1 14-06-2016 03:34 PM

Something I realised a lot this year is that because someone claims to be awake does not make them a better, kinder person.
I am not awake yet each day I become more aware of life's experanices wheather they be good or bad.
