Julian Assange

Rumor has it that Julian Assange could be evicted from the Ecuadorian Embassy within days or weeks [and possibly] handed over to the UK criminals-

https://www.eurasiafuture.com/2018/0...ut-of-embassy/

Today, the Court ruled that it is the duty of nations to allow for the passage of successful asylum seekers from embassies to the mainland territory of the state that has granted an individual asylum. For Julian Assange, this would mean that according to the Court’s decision, Britain has a legal obligation to allow Julian Assange to exit the Ecuadorian Embassy in London in peace and allow for his safe transit to an airport from which he would be able to fly to Ecuador, the country that has granted Assange asylum and where he now also holds formal citizenship.

[snip]

If the UK continues to ignore the court’s decision by insisting that local police will arrest Assange for a breach of bail conditions if he leaves the embassy, this means that the British government will have wantonly failed to uphold Assange’s rights as a legitimate receiver of asylum by Ecuador. While London has yet to respond to the Court’s ruling, it is imperative that Assange is allowed to make the safe passage to Ecuador demanded by the Court as his physical and mental health conditions have been described as deteriorating rapidly

Can't wait to see him shred the Russian DNC hack lie in front of US Congress.

A bit of update for you. Bearing in mind that I've not visited the Embassy (too busy with other stuff) but I take an active activist's words here. Apparently they don't know where Assange is. There are no more police presence at the Embassy. Now it could be that they changed it to plain clothes officers but why now? The possibilities are:-
1) Julian has slipped out...which I'd imagine could have been easy. But where too would be a difficult question.
2) He has been handed over to the agents which would be a worst case scenario since his phone was taken and had his internet connection cut etc so basically he is uncontactable to get help.
3) He's still in the embassy.

:(

No police presence at the Embassy? If true, that's proof enough he's no longer there.

Julian Assange exposed US war crimes and that is exactly why the US wants him so bad. Now the US is lashing out and threatening the ICC.

The United States threatens the International Criminal Court (ICC) because they want to investigate U.S. war crimes.

https://www.facebook.com/ajplusengli...3936698468/U.S.

Mike Vainio said..."This only proves that the United States has committed horrible crimes against humanity not only in Afghanistan but all over the world...

Gert Vogalaar said..."Both the US and Israel have committed serious war crimes. They wiped it under the carpet and they are afraid of anybody investigating them. They are so used to impunity."

Conditions are getting worse for Julian.

Julian's mother:

“As a result of the U.S. bearing down on Ecuador, his asylum is now under immediate threat,” she said. “The U.S. pressure on Ecuador’s new president resulted in Julian being placed in a strict and severe solitary confinement for the last seven months, deprived of any contact with his family and friends. Only his lawyers could see him. Two weeks ago, things became substantially worse. The former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, who rightfully gave Julian political asylum from U.S. threats against his life and liberty, publicly warned when U.S. Vice President Mike Pence recently visited Ecuador a deal was done to hand Julian over to the U.S. He stated that because of the political costs of expelling Julian from their embassy was too high, the plan was to break him down mentally. A new, impossible, inhumane protocol was implemented at the embassy to torture him to such a point that he would break and be forced to leave.”

from the article:

Julian Assange’s sanctuary in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London has been transformed into a little shop of horrors. He has been largely cut off from communicating with the outside world for the last seven months. His Ecuadorian citizenship, granted to him as an asylum seeker, is in the process of being revoked. His health is failing. He is being denied medical care. His efforts for legal redress have been crippled by the gag rules, including Ecuadorian orders that he cannot make public his conditions inside the embassy in fighting revocation of his Ecuadorian citizenship.

His first priority should be his health because if he gets arrested health care in the US jail and prison system is virtually non-existent, especially for political prisoners.
