Egyptian hieroglyphs helicopter, ufo, explained?

Im not trying to debunk anything but what do you think of this?

http://www.catchpenny.org/abydos.html

It might be a pretty good explanation.
I post this to hear otherwise.

I think the ancient Egyptians did not fly around in helicopters or have tanks.

Who is claiming that people think that Egyptians themselves used these vehicles?:confused: I can see a jet and draw it, but it does not translate to ME owning a jet and flying it. I can see a drone used by the gung ho zionist yankees and sculpt them - does it mean I own and use them?

Egyptians depict the sun, did they claim ownership of it?

The catchpenny site is correct and you may get other posters saying it is not but they are not looking at the hieroglyphs that make these shapes. This subject has come up a number of times here and has been discussed by a number of people. Here’s a post I did recently about this

http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showp...&postcount=120

and one that harte did (I’m sure he won’t mind me referring to it.)

http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showp...76&postcount=5

Hope that helps.

If you've actually stood there under these carvings, you know that explanation is a pile of crap.

The objects are recognisable by anyone familiar with late period heiroglyphs.

They were carved during the Greek-Roman occupation of Egypt... did Romans have spaceships? Nope.

Top right is a hand glyph (notice the fingers) bottom right is a club, a symbol of royal power (though corrections welcome).

They were superimposed with other glyphs as a form of denigrating or augmenting the pharaohs power after death. Some say the superimposed glyphs are of the pharaoh's son.

Finshing for diqs is wrong as usual.

I have stood there..... but I knew what I was looking at. That's the difference.

There's some duff info out there. This is an example.

We did this one last month and with pictures.
It's not a helicopter.
Can't find that thread.

There's nothing superimposed to make these glyphs. You can see that easily when you stand there. You can even see it in the photos if you pay attention.

The idea that these glyphs were created by superimpositions was the only con the mainstream egyptologists could think of to explain them. It's a lousy explanation, accepted only by those slavishly follow the mainstream.

Link to an article posted some while back:
Quote:

'It was decided in antiquity to replace the five-fold royal titulary of Seti I with that of his son and successor, Ramesses II. In the photos, we clearly see "Who repulses the Nine Bows," which figures in some of the Two-Ladies names of Seti I, replaced by "Who protects Egypt and overthrows the foreign countries," a Two-Ladies name of Ramesses II. With some of the plaster that once covered Seti I's titulary now fallen away, certain of the superimposed signs do indeed look like a submarine, etc., but it's just a coincidence.'

If you stood underneath these glyphs, as you claim to have done, then you can easily see the underlying glyphs and some of the overlaid glyphs.

Here's a photo showing the original glyphs in blue and the overlaid glyphs in green.

I suggest you study hieroglyphs before ignorantly dismissing what scholars have to say about this but like many people you criticise something you do not understand.

Now, wouldn't you say this is from the Egyptian technology?
They were into ions after all.

He says that our world might be full of drones in the future. :(
