EDIT:  click onto this twitter page and also check the 2nd video taken from above - it moves and accelerates too fast for a normal ground based vehicle, you can see it emerges suddenly at a rate of speed and accelaration too fast for a car, looks like some kind of large missile?)
It also emerges suddenly - it emerges from a point - you can see behind it it - it didn't just arrive INTO view it is a shot from a standstill point of origin - it didn't 'arrive' into the cameras view. (it was already in the cameras view when it started)

I think the first thing to address here is no plane on this planet can fly that low at that speed. I've never seen that second video, but look at how low it is to the ground. One assumes the plane was at floor level way before it struck the pentagon. Likelihood of that being possible? Highly improbable.
