The Bank of England should investigate where around £50billion of 'missing' banknotes is 'stashed', a committee monitoring the effectiveness of public spending has said.

The Public Accounts Committee said the Bank needs to 'get a better handle on the national currency it controls'.

It said authorities have been behind the curve in ensuring access to cash for consumers and businesses, and are failing to understand or act on the dangers of hardship if the UK continues moving towards a cashless society.

The committee said there are implications for public policy and the public purse if a material proportion of the large volume of banknotes whose whereabouts or use are unknown are being used for illegal purposes.

This New Technology Will Dangerously Expand Government Spying On Citizens

If you’re worried about the capability of government to conduct surveillance of citizens engaged in political assembly and protest, or even just personal activity, then you should be aware the technological capability of government surveillance is about to expand exponentially.

The US Air Force’s Research Lab (yes, it has its own lab) has recently signed a contract to test new software of a company called SignalFrame, a Washington DC wireless tech company. The company’s new software is able to access smartphones, and from your phone jump off to access any other wireless or bluetooth device in the near vicinity. To quote from the article today in the Wall St. Journal, the smartphone is used “as a window onto usage of hundreds of millions of computers,s routers, fitness trackers, modern automobiles and other networked devices, known collectively as the ‘Internet of Things’.”

 

Your smartphone in effect becomes a government listening device that detects and accesses all nearby wireless or bluetooth devices, or anything that has a MAC address for that matter. How ‘near’ is nearby is not revealed by the company, or the Air Force, both of which refused to comment on the Wall St. Journal story. But with the expansion of 5G wireless, it should be assumed it’s more than just a couple steps from your smartphone.

One can imagine some scary scenarios with this capability in the hands of government snoops:

• Not only would the government know your geographical location via the GPS signal to your cellphone. They’d know what you are doing. And with whom.

• A political gathering would allow them to see all the owners of other cellphones in the vicinity of a protest or demonstration. How many are gathering at a particular street or location. The direction they might be heading. Or whether there’s an organization meeting in a hall or room and who (with a cellphone as well) might be attending.

• If you’re driving on a winding coastal or mountain road, it would know, and could possibly access, your car’s various electronic systems to turn them off. It might access your car’s circuit board that governs your power steering when you’re driving in an area of winding roads. Or it might be able to just shut down your car’s electrical system and remotely lock all your doors. The police no longer have to engage in highway chases until capture.

• The new tech would allow the government to access the data on your fitbit device while you’re jogging. Or worse, maybe even interfere with the signal on your heart pacemaker device.

• The technology might be used to access your smartphone, and from there to turn on your home Alexa device to listen in and record conversations without you ever knowing. Or to listen in on your zoom conferencing on your laptop. Or maybe even worse, to shut down or bypass the safety features on your home furnace equipment. Or turn off your home security system.

• And with 5G wireless broadband, the tracking might be extended well beyond the range of a bluetooth device. Add 5G broadband wireless to SignalFrame’s technology, and then wed that to the capability of machine learning and artificial intelligence, and you get instant processing of a massive amount of data on any targeted person or gathering!

A nurse who took part in Pfizer Inc's late-stage coronavirus vaccine trial said she experienced several side effects, leading her to worry she may have contracted the disease.

Kristen Choi, an assistant professor of the School of Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles, enrolled in the study in August and received two shots of the experimental vaccine.

However, after the second jab, she had a headache, nausea, chills and even reached a fever of nearly 105F (40.5C) - the highest of her life.

She said that she worried that she may have contracted COVID-19 - and that her friends believed she did.

Choi says her symptoms disappeared after 24 hours and said that doctors need to warn patients about the side effects so that 'the wrong message doesn't go viral.'

In an opinion piece, published in JAMA Internal Medicine on Monday, Choi said she enrolled in phase III of Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine trial after seeing an advertisement on Instagram in early August 2020.

She said the recruitment website was inviting and said volunteering to participate felt like the 'honorable thing to do.' 

Within a few days of entering her contact information, she received a call from the study coordinator asking her to take part in the trial. 

Because the trial is randomized, considered the gold standard of medical research, Choi didn't know if she would be getting the shot or the placebo.

'I thought about why getting the experimental vaccine rather than the placebo mattered for me as a health care worker - and then, even those stakes seemed low when I thought about what randomization must feel like for patients,' she wrote.

'I sent up a final prayer for the active vaccine as the research nurse finally administered the blind-to-me injection.' 

Choi said she didn't experience any side effects aside from soreness at the site of injection.

She returned one month later for the second of two shots but, this time, she had a much different experience.  

'My arm quickly became painful at the injection site, much more than the first time,' Choi wrote.

'By the end of the day, I felt light-headed, chilled, nauseous, and had a splitting headache. I went to bed early and fell asleep immediately.     

'Around midnight, I woke up feeling worse - feverish and chilled, nauseated, dizzy, and hardly able to lift my arm from muscle pain at the injection site.'

Choi recounts waking up at 5.30am and having a fever of 104.9F (40.5C), which is the highest fever she said she's ever had.

After taking acetaminophen and drinking some water, her fever fell over the next few hours to 102F (38.9C). 

The next day, she called the research nurse who told her to monitor her symptoms and let the team know if anything changed. 

Choi's fever was low-grade the rest of the day and by the next morning, the only symptom she was 'a sore, swollen bump at the injection site.'  

According to data from Pfizer's phase I trial, adverse effects are common in adults between ages 18 and 55.

A total of 75 percent experienced fatigue, 68 percent had a headache, 33 percent experienced chills, 25 percent reported muscle pain and 17 percent had a fever.

Because of this, Choi believes she received the experimental vaccine 

'If this vaccine is approved, it is possible that most people receiving the vaccine could have [one] or more reactions to the vaccine like I did,' she wrote.

11. Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests As Unreliable & Unlawful To Quarantine People

A Portuguese appeals court has ruled that PCR tests are unreliable and that it is unlawful to quarantine people based solely on a PCR test.

The court stated, the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used and the viral load present. Citing Jaafar et al. 2020, the court concludes that

“if someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.”

The court further notes that the cycle threshold used for the PCR tests currently being made in Portugal is unknown.

The threshold cycles used in PCR tests in India is between 37 and 40, which makes the reliability of the PCR test less than 3% and the false positive rate as high as 97%.

The formation of so-called “non-neutralizing antibodies” can lead to an exaggerated immune reaction, especially when the test person is confronted with the real, “wild” virus after vaccination. This so-called antibody-dependent amplification, ADE, has long been known from experiments with corona vaccines in cats, for example. In the course of these studies all cats that initially tolerated the vaccination well died after catching the wild virus. The vaccinations are expected to produce antibodies against spike proteins of SARS-CoV-2. However, spike proteins also contain syncytin-homologous proteins, which are essential for the formation of the placenta in mammals such as humans. It must be absolutely ruled out that a vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 could trigger an immune reaction against syncytin-1, as otherwise infertility of indefinite duration could result in vaccinated women.

16. Former Chief Science Officer for Pfizer Says "Second Wave" Faked on False-Positive COVID Tests, "Pandemic is Over"

In a stunning development, a former Chief Science Officer for the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer says "there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen." The "Big Pharma" insider asserts that false positive results from inherently unreliable COVID tests are being used to manufacture a "second wave" based on "new cases."

Dr. Mike Yeadon, a former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Pfizer for 16 years, says that half or even "almost all" of tests for COVID are false positives. Dr. Yeadon also argues that the threshold for herd immunity may be much lower than previously thought, and may have been reached in many countries already.

In an interview last week Dr. Yeadon was asked:

"we are basing a government policy, an economic policy, a civil liberties policy, in terms of limiting people to six people in a meeting...all based on, what may well be, completely fake data on this coronavirus?"

Dr. Yeadon answered with a simple "yes."

Even more significantly, even if all positives were to be correct, Dr. Yeadon said that given the "shape" of all important indicators in a worldwide pandemic, such as hospitalizations, ICU utilization, and deaths, "the pandemic is fundamentally over."

Yeadon said in the interview:

"Were it not for the test data that you get from the TV all the time, you would rightly conclude that the pandemic was over, as nothing much has happened. Of course people go to the hospital, moving into the autumn flu season...but there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen."

Survival Rate of COVID Now Estimated to be 99.8%, Similar to Flu, Prior T-Cell Immunity

The survival rate of COVID-19 has been upgraded since May to 99.8% of infections. This comes close to ordinary flu, the survival rate of which is 99.9%. Although COVID can have serious after-effects, so can flu or any respiratory illness. The present survival rate is far higher than initial grim guesses in March and April, cited by Dr. Anthony Fauci, of 94%, or 20 to 30 times deadlier. The Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) value accepted by Yeadon et al in the paper is .26%. The survival rate of a disease is 100% minus the IFR.

Dr. Yeadon pointed out that the "novel" COVID-19 contagion is novel only in the sense that it is a new type of coronavirus. But, he said, there are presently four strains which circulate freely throughout the population, most often linked to the common cold.

Fortunately, our understanding of the virus is growing. We know that vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young. Indeed, for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza. 

As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e.  the point at which the rate of new infections is stable – and that this can be assisted by (but is not dependent upon) a vaccine. Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity. 

The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk. We call this Focused Protection.

Australia has abandoned the development of a domestically-made coronavirus vaccine after participants in clinical trials for the jab returned false positive test results for HIV.

The drug, created by the University of Queensland (UQ) and biotech firm CSL, triggered a “robust” immune response to SARS-COV-2 in phase 1 trials, but it also led to some unfortunate complications involving another dangerous virus. Antibodies that were shielding participants from a Covid-19 infection were also leading to false positives on HIV tests.

Although no trial participant had actually contracted HIV, Australia’s Health Minister Greg Hunt acknowledged that the bizarre side-effect interferes with HIV screening. There is no known cure for the virus, which attacks the immune system, and if left untreated HIV can lead to AIDS.

According to the vaccine’s developers, the problem could take a year to troubleshoot. The setback has prompted CSL and the Australian government to cancel phase 2 and phase 3 trials.

Autoimmune diseases have become increasingly common in the United States and other high-income countries over the past several decades and now affect an estimated 5%-10% of the population in those countries.....when the body’s immune responses get misdirected against itself.

The pathogenic hallmark of autoimmune disease is the production of proteins called autoantibodies, whereby the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own organs, tissues and cells instead of fighting external pathogens. Vaccines can prompt autoantibody production through a mechanism called “molecular mimicry.”

 

The Key to Covid

 

The key to unlocking covid is to understand that the flu vaccinations have been causing the production of autoantibodies through molecular mimickry and these are then causing peoples immune responses to misdirect against them. Extreme levels of 'friendly fire' antibodies in the immune system could trigger severe coronavirus symptoms and cause 'long Covid', scientists say.

Coronavirus patients have high numbers of 'autoantibodies' in their blood which block the body's Covid-tackling antibodies and attack several areas, including the brain, blood vessels and liver.

This could account for why some Covid sufferers experience long-lasting symptoms - such as fatigue, breathlessness and brain problems, a study found. 

Researchers at Yale University counted the number of 'autoantibodies' in the blood of 194 hospital workers and patients with Covid - compared to 30 healthy staff members.

They found that non-infected people had far fewer autoantibodies than those who had the virus. 

Another set of tests discovered that people with more autoantibodies - which attack the same organs known to be damaged in Covid sufferers - experienced worse Covid-19 symptoms.

Scientists fear the negative effects of the 'friendly fire' could continue for an extended period of time, causing long Covid.

Yale immunobiologist and the study's senior author Aaron Ring told The Guardian: 'Covid-19 patients make autoantibodies that actually interfere with immune responses against the virus.

VACCINATED VS. UNVACCINATED STUDY PUBLISHED

Thorough and careful analysis of 10.5 years of unvaccinated and variably vaccinated pediatric patients from a practice in Oregon has led to a peer-reviewed publication.

Importantly, the study results point to major differences in the health outcomes of vaccinated and the unvaccinated patients consistent with other independently conducted studies.

The article, entitled "Relative Incidence of Office Visits and Cumulative Rates of Billed Diagnoses Along the Axis of Vaccination" was reviewed by three anonymous reviewers selected by the journal.

"This study represents a major methodological leap forward in vaccine satety studies" says Dr. James Lyons-Weiler, who designed the study.  "Our study shows how often vaccinating patients have to repeated instances of medical care for conditions suspected by many as potential caused by vaccines.  Our measure, the Relative Incidence of Office Visits (RIOV), is sensitive to the severity of disease and disorder - specifically the disease burden.  While teasing out causality is difficult in observational studies, our use of natural internal positive and negative control conditions - fever, which is known to be caused by vaccines, and well-baby visits, which is not caused by vaccines - provide added assurance that we are seeing a likely causal signatures".

The study includes results of a simulation that demonstrates that RIOV is more powerful than odds ratios of diagnosis.  In fact, the incidence of a condition is equivalent to "one billed office visit per condition", meaning past studies will likely have missed safety signals due to the method of data analysis chosen.  This study provides a measure that is more powerful, and has a larger dynamic range.  RIOV is more senstivity and clearly able to pick up safety signals missed by past studies that only looked at incidence,

Abstract

Objective:

The aim of this study was to compare the health of vaccinated versus unvaccinated pediatric populations.

Methods:

Using data from three medical practices in the United States with children born between November 2005 and June 2015, vaccinated children were compared to unvaccinated children during the first year of life for later incidence of developmental delays, asthma, ear infections and gastrointestinal disorders. All diagnoses utilized International Classification of Diseases–9 and International Classification of Diseases–10 codes through medical chart review. Subjects were a minimum of 3 years of age, stratified based on medical practice, year of birth and gender and compared using a logistic regression model.

Results:

Vaccination before 1 year of age was associated with increased odds of developmental delays (OR = 2.18, 95% CI 1.47–3.24), asthma (OR = 4.49, 95% CI 2.04–9.88) and ear infections (OR = 2.13, 95% CI 1.63–2.78). In a quartile analysis, subjects were grouped by number of vaccine doses received in the first year of life. Higher odds ratios were observed in Quartiles 3 and 4 (where more vaccine doses were received) for all four health conditions considered, as compared to Quartile 1. In a temporal analysis, developmental delays showed a linear increase as the age cut-offs increased from 6 to 12 to 18 to 24 months of age (ORs = 1.95, 2.18, 2.92 and 3.51, respectively). Slightly higher ORs were also observed for all four health conditions when time permitted for a diagnosis was extended from ⩾ 3 years of age to ⩾ 5 years of age.

Conclusion:

In this study, which only allowed for the calculation of unadjusted observational associations, higher ORs were observed within the vaccinated versus unvaccinated group for developmental delays, asthma and ear infections. Further study is necessary to understand the full spectrum of health effects associated with childhood vaccination.

Getting 'justice' would have been taking down the manufacturers of the vaccine that created the asthma in the first place; the coronor should have ruled that the childs health had been adversely affected by vaccines leading to her ongoing health problems that culminated in her death:
