Grumpy Grapes Posted May 29 Share Posted May 29 This is going to sound overly critical, but the following Facebook post by Christianne van Wijk makes me wonder if the New Age movement is going to fragment society and make people too reliant on their inner faculties, not necessarily a good thing if we're not looking outwards, a bit like a person staring at their mobile phone rather than at the pedestrians around them. She wrote: I wasn’t sure if I was going to post this because I promised myself I was going to share less of my private life and more about bigger picture insights. However, sometimes the two overlap. I received a message this morning from a close friend who wondered if I was okay because she wasn’t hearing much of me. This isn’t the first friend to ask me that.
