kj35
No news on David. The live feeds are saying the police have moved everyone out of Trafalgar square and confiscated the audio equipment. Someone on a megaphone was shouting for people to move to Hyde Park so people might be over there Edited September 26, 2020 by kj35

Cgab1
Thank you Basket Case. About the same as last time. I was hoping we’d get double the crowd this time, but it’s still a fantastic turn out.

FaceOfBoe
David delivered a great speech, but I thought Gareth's was even more impressive.

Lore
I wasn’t there last time but I would say the crowd was definitely larger today. The square was already packed at 11.45am and Piers said more people were waiting in Hyde Park where we would go onto later, as there was no room in Trafalgar Sq for everyone. It would have been a hard act to follow David’s speech, but Dr Heiko Schoning wasn’t allowed to speak as the sound system was suddenly shut down, apparantly by the police who then moved in to shut down the whole event. Those of us in the middle of the square sat down to show our peaceful intent, but it seems behind the stage area police kept closing in.. The organisers then suggested that we reconvene at Hyde Park, so many of us set off without realising we were being shut down until sections of the crowd were diverted along different routes to the park and our section ended up in a cul-de-sac with a locked gate to the park. Police numbers had increased all around us and it seemed prudent for everyone to get out of there asap, so we retraced our steps and found another way to the park, all the while singing ‘You can stick your NWO’ and other relevant songs. I would say we were deliberately split into several smaller groups as a dispersal tactic by the police. It was an epic occasion though, the atmosphere was very friendly and peaceful from beginning to end, humanity at its very best, it felt a total privilege to be there. For those who say ‘what was the point and what good could it do’, I think it sets a precedent and hopefully will give courage and inspiration to others that change is possible. greatdayforfreedom
David is such a brilliant orator, he knows to project his voice. He speaks so passionately. It's not just what you say, it's how you say it. I did think the crowd were more subdued though, they cheered and clapped louder at the last speech David gave. Every word he says moves the narrative forward, nothing is wasted, and so much is conveyed..
Sayster
Just arrived home in Manchester I travelled up there for the day with my 3 teenage daughters and I just want to say I am so proud and honoured to have been both in Trafalgar Square and the march through oxford street and then Hyde park. There were all walks of life there all spreading the message and to all those commenting on social media let me just say I have a job I’m a bus driver so I paid for our trip down out of my wages and on my rest day so no I’m not on benefits I’m well educated and thankfully I’m awake and so are my kids.... let’s keep going guys as no matter what hate people throw at us we will still try to protect their sovereignty
