EVERYTHING FOOD RELATED

Recommended Posts

So, if Bill Gates and the psychos are pumping everything with poison and its everywhere you look... what is a good alternative to revitalize your mind, body and soul?

Everyone I talk to about this just rejects anything or seems not to care. I even showed them that they put phosphoric acid in coke, but people still drink it. I figured I'd ask here to see what other people are doing or think.

thanks

I use oregano oil, orally - usually to fight tooth infections.

Pure turpentine gum oil distillate -  interesting stuff and history.

Interesting that the taste & smell strongly reminds me of old sweet shops and their contents, cough drops, gums drops etc

Hello!

Just wondering what people's thoughts were on using natural herbs as a supplement to their diet. Would you use them in a tea (popping a teaspoon in to stew) or use them in a more concentrated form via a tincture (bottle of oil)...

I'm considering starting to use burdock root, red clover etc (as used in the Hoxsey Tonic) to promote better health.

Any thoughts or advice would be fab.

Tea is pretty much all water. Concentrates work better but extensive research and start slow, some people react badly to many of the tinctures. I read that essiac the so called cancer cure caused nausea and vomitting in a lot of cases.

One homeopath gave me a little rhyme to remember. Something like to cure pollution the solution is dilution! So good quality water.

The best ways I know to flush is to do fasting. And then you might wanna consider one of those enemas as stuff gets stuck there easily....

One other alternative health expert also told me once that the liver is the crown jewel of the organs, and a regular liver cleanse routine will help all your other organs function better as well as cleansing your system

  • sickofallthebollocks changed the title to DO NOT BUY THESE BRANDS and WHAT TO BUY INSTEAD / TIPS / INFO / monsanto / nestle / cadbury please put any memes or notices up here

Let's help each other here guys and girls, any very quick to read info on where you spend your money, any info on what is bad shit (most of it yep I hear that)
But lets get some quick references up on the website, so we can make the right moves and not put money into the hands of the corps.
Any funny memes welcome,  health tips / vitamins / detox from the vax info / what food to actually buy?  Anything useful for us to break the chain and monopoly these elite bastards have over us.
This is a real good one for a thread - it will really help if we can add to this one.  Thank you.

Great thread idea SOALB.
Where we spend our money gives US the power to sink these big GM herbicide corps. Their products are in all major supermarket chains. To boycott them totally is hard work, yet bit by bit, youll find you can get much healthier alternatives, and boycott the bastards!

I started off with finding organic veg box schemes from organic farms local to me, when i was in the uk. For 20 quid you can get a box of fruit and veg that lasts a week. You know 20 quid of your money supports real people that are making an effort to produce healthy food for their local community.

Ordering toiletries etc online is a great alternative than the habitual tesco trip.

A great alternative deodorant I have used for years is called 'Salt of the Earth'. It works for me so I cannot recommend it enough. One crystal stick costing around £5 lasts me a few months so it also works out cheaper than regular deodorants. All it is is pure mineral salt and you just have to wet the stick with a little water before applying.

I've been making my own deodorant for at least the last 12 yrs based on the recipe below (with variations) and it works much better than the store-bought poisons.

Deodorant Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz (28 g) beeswax (pelts are easier to melt, but anything cut up small is fine)

1.5 oz (42 g) shea butter (either natural or deodorized)

1.5 oz (42 g)  cocoa butter

2 oz (56 g) coconut oil

1 T (15 mL) olive oil

3 T (62 g)baking soda

2 T (30 g) bentonite clay

2 T (20 g) arrow root powder

15 drops tea tree oil

10 drops peppermint essential oil

15 drops lavender essential oil

1 T salt
