"This week, at a whole school assembly, Brauer College discussed the topic of respect for woman and the importance of bystander behaviour and speaking up to report incidents of inappropriate behaviour.

I don't think 'Flake' understands the meaning of freedom. It doesn't mean can you do what you want with impunity, it means that there is no 'prior restraint', your actions however will still have consequences that others have the freewill to inflict, again being subject to further consequences under law and civil behaviour. It Does not give you carte blanch to do and get away with what ever got want, but it allows the free opportunity to do so, pending the  consequences of others freewill to condemn 'beating the living daylights' out of people.
