I have no idea because I don't know who gets to decide who is a bot, and what criteria they base it on. Bots are no doubt an issue, but all I hear is "we need to do away with anonymity". There's that number 33 again, and the Mista'arvim apparently have a long history of undercover work among the Arabs, reminiscent of the crypto sabbateans which get a lot of mention in the forum.
