Police from exactly 18 ( = 6 + 6 + 6) countries shut down the biggest group putting new torrents online:

They are desperately trying to shut down the entire Torrenting System I think. Because of the COVID19 videos.

Also remember that while covid19 is here, hollywood is making less and less money.

 

So its probably to do with this also, they are going after these people if that is true.

With less "Fresh Material" in the Torrents arena, fewer and fewer people are going to go there.

 

Many will also be scared to download or seed. This means that the COVID19 videos also will not be seen by many.

This means nothing. Like the Hydra, they shut down 60, 600 open up. They attempt to go after the clear web, the deep web becomes more prolific. Every single torrent site is still up, every torrent available. And a VPN used with an Onion browser makes it impossible to find those who torrent.

Almost all VPN services are either Chinese or Establishment owned. Doesn't make you anonymous in the slightest. They know your IP address and who you are.

 

The Onion browser is also not unhackable/untraceable. It was probably create by the establishment as well. It tells them "this person has something to hide" essentially.
