Yes I think you're right. They tried them via  Identity Cards Act 2006 and then Citizenship Cards.

Just doing the systems bidding, the perfect puppet as usual. Any time the public sees or hears this man, they should feel a sense of rage and urgency to sharpen long knives.

But then again, I'm sure that's what they want to create rage, chaos, divde and rule.

As this guy being a poster boy for Globalist endeavours is about as good of an idea as using Bill Gates.

So we should ask why use such clear and obvious soulless mind controlled drones, empty shells of people no more than robots, if they expect this to work and be accepted and not seen for what it is or create a sense opposition?

As many people won't have sympathy and empathy with this agenda due to it's delivery.

Are they saying we don't care if you know what this is about and simply pissing themselves?

Or on the other hand are they doing this to lead a phoney counterculture opposition which will really be exactly the same NWO plan in drag, but played like this so the people will get behind it, in the same fashion many have been fooled by Trump?

I was puzzled when the new plastic notes were introduced to replace paper money, when we were about to go cashless anyway, but while you can claim plastic money transmits 'covid germs' to deter usage, if they had said that about paper, it would have adversely affected every area of business and commerce, who all use paper and cardboard, for files, transactions, packaging etc. They would also have had to burn all books and historic manuscrips. Who knows, perhaps that will come later...
