HistoryIsComplex
"Several drugs target aspects of the RAS and are already FDA approved, including danazol, stanozolol, and ecallantide, which reduce bradykinin production and could potentially stop a deadly bradykinin storm." https://elemental.medium.com/a-supercomputer-analyzed-covid-19-and-an-interesting-new-theory-has-emerged-31cb8eba9d63 Quote Earlier this summer, the Summit supercomputer at Oak Ridge National Lab in Tennessee set about crunching data on more than 40,000 genes from 17,000 genetic samples in an effort to better understand Covid-19. Summit is the second-fastest computer in the world, but the process -- which involved analyzing 2.5 billion genetic combinations -- still took more than a week. When Summit was done, researchers analyzed the results. It was, in the words of Dr. Daniel Jacobson, lead researcher and chief scientist for computational systems biology at Oak Ridge, a 'eureka moment.' The computer had revealed a new theory about how Covid-19 impacts the body: the bradykinin hypothesis. The hypothesis provides a model that explains many aspects of Covid-19, including some of its most bizarre symptoms. It also suggests 10-plus potential treatments, many of which are already FDA approved. Jacobson's group published their results in a paper in the journal eLife in early July. According to the team's findings, a Covid-19 infection generally begins when the virus enters the body through ACE2 receptors in the nose, (The receptors, which the virus is known to target, are abundant there.) The virus then proceeds through the body, entering cells in other places where ACE2 is also present: the intestines, kidneys, and heart. This likely accounts for at least some of the disease's cardiac and GI symptoms. But once Covid-19 has established itself in the body, things start to get really interesting. According to Jacobson's group, the data Summit analyzed shows that Covid-19 isn't content to simply infect cells that already express lots of ACE2 receptors. Instead, it actively hijacks the body's own systems, tricking it into upregulating ACE2 receptors in places where they're usually expressed at low or medium levels, including the lungs. The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) controls many aspects of the circulatory system, including the body's levels of a chemical called bradykinin, which normally helps to regulate blood pressure. According to the team's analysis, when the virus tweaks the RAS, it causes the body's mechanisms for regulating bradykinin to go haywire. Bradykinin receptors are resensitized, and the body also stops effectively breaking down bradykinin. (ACE normally degrades bradykinin, but when the virus downregulates it, it can't do this as effectively.) The end result, the researchers say, is to release a bradykinin storm -- a massive, runaway buildup of bradykinin in the body. According to the bradykinin hypothesis, it's this storm that is ultimately responsible for many of Covid-19's deadly effects. Several drugs target aspects of the RAS and are already FDA approved, including danazol, stanozolol, and ecallantide, which reduce bradykinin production and could potentially stop a deadly bradykinin storm. KingKitty
Funny, you would think a "super computer" would know Covid is fake. Nope, instead it simply prescribes FDA approved drugs. 2
Someone2630
Ah, but there's other hidden truths here. What is Stanozolol? IT's BANNED What is Danazol? IT's BANNED Stanozolol (abbrev. Stz), sold under many brand names, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It is used to treat hereditary angioedema.[12] It was developed by American pharmaceutical company Winthrop Laboratories (Sterling Drug) in 1962, and has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human use, though it is no longer marketed in the USA. It is also used in veterinary medicine. Stanozolol has mostly been discontinued, and remains available in only a few countries. It is given by mouth in humans or by injection into muscle in animals. Unlike most injectable AAS, stanozolol is not esterified and is sold as an aqueous suspension, or in oral tablet form. The drug has a high oral bioavailability, due to a C17α alkylation which allows the hormone to survive first-pass liver metabolism when ingested. It is because of this that stanozolol is also sold in tablet form. Stanozolol is one of the AAS commonly used as performance-enhancing drugs and is banned from use in sports competition under the auspices of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and many other sporting bodies. Additionally, stanozolol has been used in US horse racing. Interesting information about Danazol A team of US and Brazilian researchers have used a synthetic sex hormone to stimulate production of a naturally occurring enzyme called telomerase that is capable of reversing ageing and has been dubbed a possible “cellular elixir of youth.” While in embryos, telomerase is expressed by practically every cell. It can then only be produced in cells that are constantly dividing, such as blood-forming stem cells, which can differentiate into various specialized cells, scientists say. Certain cells avoid aging by using telomerase to lengthen their telomeres, which are DNA-protecting structures at the ends of chromosomes. The length of telomeres is a laboratory measure of a cell’s age, as each time a cell divides, its telomeres get shorter. “In a healthy adult, telomere length varies from 7,000 to 9,000 base pairs on average. A normal person’s telomeres lose 50 to 60 base pairs per year, but a patient with telomerase deficiency can lose between 100 and 300 base pairs per year,” said Professor Rodrigo Calado, one of the scientists behind the research, the results of which were published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Telomerase deficiency may cause some blood-related diseases, such as aplastic anemia. In the recent study, scientists treated 27 patients having telomere diseases with a steroid called danazol, a synthetic male hormone, leading to telomere elongation. “In the patients who received danazol, telomere length increased by 386 base pairs on average over two years,” Calado said. The research was based on previous findings that showed that androgens, which are converted into estrogens in humans, bind to female hormone receptors in the telomerase gene promoter region, stimulating expression of the enzyme in cells. The latest study “was designed to find out whether the effect we’d observed in the lab also occurred in humans, and the results indicate that it does,” the professor said. While finding that sex hormones may be used to reverse one of the biological drivers of aging, researchers are cautious, as the risks of using the treatment in healthy people are not. Do you really think they would let humans have this stuff that might stop or slow aging? Maybe the billionaires, but not us plebs
HistoryIsComplex
Are you saying that these drugs make humans live longer? (BTW... Aspartame used in Soft Drinks tends to shorten Telomeres)
Someone2630
Try reading about Danazol and judge for yourself. I doubt if you will be able to get it, even with a prescription IF you could persuade a doctor(?) to prescribe it. Not sure about Winny, one of my ex-girlfriends used it, She was a bodybuilder. It certainly builds muscle but EVERYTHING which might make humans stronger, fitter, healthier, more intelligent and live longer is BANNED. You can buy Winstrol on the web, but most of the suppliers are crooks, but there are some good ones. Research evolutionary.org
HistoryIsComplex
I have read before that LONG telomeres equals healthy, long life. I have also read that FAST FOOD/SOFT DRINKS shortens Telomeres tremendously. I didn't know about Danazol and such. Interesting to know. The question is - are they trying to END the Covid Plague with these SUDDEN, er, Supercomputer findings? Death-death-death and then suddenly "Uh, the Supercomputer found it. You just need Danazol bla bla bla..." Covid has deeply wounded the Political Establishment. Perhaps they are trying to END IT now, because it WENT WRONG for them??? Someone2630
Keep hoping, but I think they have gone too far to be able to end it that easily.

Let's see what they do when the COVID crisis blows over and all their people are suddenly "Unelectable". Hollywood celebrities tried to "comfort people" on Youtube, and people got FURIOUS with those celebrities. They weren't expecting that at all. They tried to sell Millenials shit music for 10 years. Millenials started going on Youtube and listening to 80s and 90s music instead. This isn't going to end well for the Elite imho.

Basically these are the ends of the genetic chain, and when cells divide to reproduce the telomeres exist to prevent the copying of junk DNA at the end of the chain. If they are too long this can cause mutations, too short and the cell loses the ability to reproduce. A biologist might give a better explanation than I just did, but that was from memory. kestrel
So, a super computer can analyse Covid-19, but still there is no proof of existence. PCR test does not test for a virus or disease, only genetic material, and the gold standard Koch Postulates test is the only way to isolate the virus and to examine its genetic makeup which has been working quite well since its conception in 1884 . So in a nutshell they perform this test with the super computer after lockdowns have been done, courtesy of fake testing and Trump being ill. It is laughable. More disinformation I think. The elites are so desperate now they will try anything to conveince people this virus exists to continue the lockdowns. The latest news is Covid can now be transmitted through sexual contact. All a crock of shit. This reminds me of folding@home; whereby individuals run this app on their computers to number crunch a cure for common diseases. The results go to stanford university. That should send alarm bells, as once again the virus has never been isolated via koch postulates to find a cure in the first place. Although they know what the vaccine must perform for this make believe virus; the vaccine is RNA based and is designed to reprogram chromosome 8. That genome is present in all homosapiens - it relates to intelligence and risk of cancer. My studies yesterday reveal the government will be fast tracking this virus into production, and they shall be excempt of vaccine injuries as have the creator of the the virus which is with the Bill and Merlinda Gates Foundation. It makes sense to me that by attacking chromosome 8, they can now only dumb down the population, but increase their risk of cancer.
