The Medical Profession

In the UK in 2012 :

  • Each year 6,000 medical students currently graduate every five years
  • Doctor workforce in numbers - 150,000, so rising by at least 6,000 each year
  • Doctors working in NHS - 25% are foreign, 9% due to retire in next five years, 2% more needed each year to keep up with demand. 7-10% of posts are vacant

Source: BBC, Civitas, NHS, DoH, GMC

Data for numbers of hospital and community pharmacies on the register. As of today, they are :

  • Hospitals 340
  • Community 14059

886 million prescriptions are now dispensed in the UK every year, at a cost of £8.5billion

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that without patients, how would that extra 6,000 every year earn their money? It doesn't take much to work out that if patients were CURED, there would be no need for 886 million prescriptions. Boohoo - drug companies would go bust and what about the 1,499 pharmacies each of which employ AT LEAST 3 people.

Bottom line :

  • If patients were cured of obesity and depression and all the other 'diseases' caused by lack of testosterone, HGH, Vitamins, Minerals and natural products, not to mention EXERCISE.
  • 156,000 doctors would be out of work - well at least half of them
  • Most of the 54 teaching hospitals would have to close. God only knows how many 'professors' would be out of a job
  • 700,000 Nurses would be out of work
  • 43,200 Pharmacies and hangers on would be on the dole.
  • Pfizer employ 78,300 people
  • GlaxoSmithKline 99,300 people

Wars are a GOOD thing. This alone keeps a lot of doctors, hospitals, and drug companies busy. There's a massive market (and huge profits) in artificial limbs and prescription drugs for the poor bastards that get injured or mentally sick.

Research is also a good way to milk people of money. As one very knowledgeable man said :

"If they ever find a cure for cancer it will be buried the same day. Too many people are making a small fortune out of cancer reserch, so it will never end." Bit like 'Global Warming.'

The medical profession can't afford to have a healthy population. It MUST keep people sick by any means at all. If the population was healthy and only REALLY sick people with broken limbs, burns, accidents etc., needed medical attention, the numbers of unemployed would be too vast to cope with. Your doctor WANTS you to be sick. Not so sick that you can't work, but sick enough to visit him constantly and consume vast amounts of unnecessary prescription drugs, most of which have worse side effects than the disease.

When my daughter had a breakdown the fool prescribed anti-depressants. She read the small print. One of the MANY side effects were 'thoughts of suicide and suicidal tendencies'. She flushed them down the toilet!

A friend of my daughter had a problem with sex, her libido was ZERO, she had no interest whatsoever in sex, either with men, women or herself. She was sent to a 'specialist'. He prescribed . . .               wait for it . . .        Birth Control pills!!!

@Someone2630 thanks for those links although the last one doesn't work.  You've made some good points but am sorry to hear about how your daughter was treated.  I'm afraid that anti depressants are touted by doctors as the cure all except they don't mention the money the practice receives for each new diagnosis, followed by more money at every medication review thanks to the Quality and Outcomes Framework.  If only everyone read the Patient Information Leaflet that comes with all pharmaceuticals!  You may be interested to read the blog by Professor David Healy who's a Psychiatrist and Psychopharmacologist.  He's a lone voice and is highly critical of the psyche industry.

What a time to be a pharma shareholder!!

Yeah that was the big one for me a few years ago, when I had the thought, well if this stuff is gonna cure me then ain't they gonna go outta business?

I think the greatest inversion here is the "Alternative" medicine labelling.

Alternative being the name ascribed to the medical profession practiced for hundreds of thousands of years, opposed to the one that just popped up relatively recently

Yep, agree with you there @Someone2630 it's disgraceful.  I self-medicate for a health condition as state healthcare, or rather pharma, has decided that only one pharmaceutical should be given to patients.  In other words, no choice and neglecting the fact that our bodies are all different.  Many patients worldwide will not take this, instead preferring a product that mimics an organ of the human body.  Pharma has now been shutting down the factories in the Far East that make this product meaning there are now shortages along with the inevitable price increase, thus forcing many on to the state/pharma offering.  Pharma were losing business with people self-medicating, with their offering it meant that people would be taking many different pharmaceuticals yet still felt poorly so inevitably the "you're depressed" nonsense would be trotted out with another pharmaceutical being added to the toxic mix.

So true @Mr H and in fact the product I've talked about was used from the 1800's until the 1970's when a pharmaceutical replaced it.  And yet in the NICE guidelines for this condition they claimed that no clinical trails have been done and it is not recommended.  Go figure!

You need to get hold of some of the old books on herbal remedies. Searching on Google ain't gonna work, it's all been censored. Try to get information on Chinese herbs.

If you haven't tried acupuncture (careful there are a lot of charlatans out there as well) you should certainly try it. JUST STAY AWAY FROM DOCTOR'S MEDICINES and ignore the so-called "Healthy Eating" and the 5 a day crap. Stay away from plastic containers and plastic in general, get a Berkey Water Filter. Avoid processed food and microwavable quick meals.

The key to staying healthy is RESISTANCE EXERCISE, they are now trying to stop that as well.

Doing biceps curls with 1kg dumbbells, bench press with a 20kg bar and squats with a 20kg bar, IS NOT EXERCISE. Running on a treadmill is CARDIO. It burns as much muscle as it does fat. Resistance training is NOT cardio and the key is something called PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.

Simply put, progressive overload means increasing one or more of the following :

  • Number of repetitions
  • Number of sets
  • Increase weight
  • increase length of time to do each repetition.
  • NOT staying in your comfort zone and doing the same exercise every time with the same weights.

Only people aren't sick, they just think or are made believe they are.

The doctor's only effective weapon is the needle and not to spread disease since viruses have always been a myth, but to prepare the ground for disease by weakening and enervating the human metabolism. What they absolutely need and rely on for the rest is just PROPAGANDA, Medicine's mythology, 'urban legends', people's phobia or superstition all permanently re-processed and 'updated', boosted and broadcast by the MEDIA... It's all based on fear of disease and blackmail to death.

What's happening these days shows you that Medicine and the media have always been inseparable, the latest being the 'Trojan horse', the former the 'disease'....

@Someone2630 regarding herbal remedies, the public simply aren't awake that there are other ways of treating illness.  Am under a medical herbalist for Lyme disease, it's really quite amazing what herbs can do in the hands of someone experienced.  Exercise definitely helps but the public won't reduce their dependency on motor vehicles although must say it's been encouraging to see so many newbies on bikes.  Really hope that continues but am not holding my breath!

Bikes are CARDIO. I repeat, cardio burns MUSCLE (protein) as well as fat. By exercise I mean RESISTANCE training. i.e lifting weights, poncy machines, cable machine etc.

The best resistance training is with barbells and dumbbells, let's go BACK in time rather than modern crap machines. You might get fitter on a bike (better cardiovascular system), you will certainly lose weight, but you will also get WEAKER.

Pushing weights gives you cardio + BUILDS muscle, rather than LOSE muscle.
