It sounds like fairy tale but I guess to get to a certain stature the higher ups (not saying elites anymore, anyone who eats their own shite is not an elite human being) want them to participate, then they get comfortable with it and climb the ladder... I was listening to an occult podcast and the gentlemen speaking said he had written in one of his book, not sure if it was a verse or poem, something about a baby blood sacrifice. He was under the impression that this was a metaphors for sex, basically that he was mocking Victorian attitudes at the time. So if this was the case, Crowley's statement would have been to society "look I can write about killing babies but if I write in a pornographic nature I'd be in jail" or something?
