Let's talk about "Common Purpose" - technocracy and corruption in police, NHS, education, media, civil service etc

I've posted this before, but as that disappeared after the hack, and there are some different members here now, I'm going to relate it again.

Some years ago (sorry but my memory with dates is vague, suffice it to say, it was when I was a moderator on here, maybe 15 years ago -ish?) on receipt of my Council Tax bill, I wrote to the local council, asking them to equip me with information on what proportion of that payment would be channelled towards CP activities before I paid the bill.

They did not answer me in any way, shape or form, but this being prior my divorce (but not directly instrumental in it 😄) and my then husband earning a higher income than myself, they immediately and without warning put in place an attachment of earnings with his employers.

He didn't even know that I had queried it and his attitude to everything was different to mine - he is a conformist and thought me a tinfoil hat wearing loon (hence the eventual split). He phoned them and paid the bill in full straight away and was embarrassed.

When I posted about it at the time on DIF, there were a couple of (trollish but long-standing) members who basically called me a liar, insisting that the council could not take such drastic action without 1st following a set procedure including a warning letter. I am not a liar - they sent no letters nor did they attempt to communicate in any way and this attachment of earnings procedure was immediate to their having received my query.

Troll boys here at the time called BS, saying the council could get in trouble for not following protocol and I would have instigated complaints etc etc if it were true. If people don't realise by now that all arms of the Gov are ruthless and corrupt, they need to open their eyes. As if they wouldn't have falsified a record of having written to me etc if they'd needed to. As if an arm of the Gov would investigate a complaint properly pertaining to another arm of the Gov.

They are complete bastards, one and all, and you need to be in no doubt about that.

Totally believable. I’ve learnt the hard way when dealing with any government department, doctors and builders etc.

Now whether I call them or they call me I make them aware that I am recording for legal reasons. The amount of times Ive been in a situation where people have twisted my words or down right lied is crazy.

Anyone here who doesn’t record their calls should seriously consider it

As per the links provided earlier, Common Purpose graduates/members are everywhere – within the NHS, police service, Civil Service, local government, charities, media outlets, educational establishments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), consultancies, and various other organisations.

Most of the people views and even political views are being shaped by players that give lots of money to schools, colleges and universities. And well may be it is the Common Purpose giving lots of money but we know that Bill Gates, George Soros give lot of money to schools, colleges and universities and there is lot of talk of the Chinese government giving money to schools, colleges and universities.

The schools, colleges and universities is place of learning and debate not a place getting money and pressure to express views counter to the person getting money.

This is why all the schools, colleges and universities in the US, Canada and UK and Europe are  new age liberal and change the goal post.

The classic liberals of 60s where anti war, hippie movement, feminism, anti government and anti system and anti or critical of capitalism . Today new age liberals are globalization, open borders not legal immigration but open borders, wokeness, strong government fist to enforce vaccines and lockdowns, and that pharmaceutical companies and companies are not evil but good. And China is not a good system but that us be soft with China well that go to war with Russia.

Again strong government and media and if you differ than that you are Trumper. We have culture shift of classic liberals to modern new age liberals.

People seem to think liberals or communism is bad for businesses and that not the case. China and North Korea is communism it is run by the elite yes elite communist party members the media is run and controlled by the government. The government tells you want is real or not real. China allows transfer of money and wealth. There are homeless people and sweatshop factories in China and billionaires in China.

The think is that Communism like nazism is very good for businesses all media is run and own by the state and you have no rights as freedom of press or expression is gone. The government runs things with a iron fist over every thing the elite makes the call where the money goes.

Look at any US cities any yes republic city like Phoenix, Tulsa, Houston, Tucson, Tampa, Jacksonville and places like in Missouri, Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas or Utah so on.

Than look at Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angels, so on all liberal cities full of homeless, tent city land and more tent city. Yes all despite the party saying we care about the poor.

It not that the republic party cares for people and more welfare state as that not the case it is the government polices that are counter to Glenn Beck book explaining agenda 21 that you will own nothing.  The agenda 21 book was article the UN came out to get cities to be more sustainable that suburbs where destroying the environment .

Well true if millions of people where moving to Phoenix, Tulsa, Houston, Tucson, Tampa so on a price of a home would be over million dollars it still would be way cheaper because they don’t subscribe to many of the environment policies. But now many conservative are turning over now.

Well every liberal tells you of criss of old people and we need to bring in people from other countries and that is well true but what they don’t tell you is for every 20 old people that die they bring in 100 people into the country.

If you look at any city in the US, Canada, UK and Europe is experiencing out of control city population growth. They not making new cities but people are moving to cities we have.

The rule of 20 old people die and 20 people move into the country is big lie. It is more like 20 old people die and 100 new people move in. The city is experiencing city sprawl that the liberals and green party base on article on the UN for sustainable growth and now climate change

And base on Marxism the idea was that countries would disappear and borders are gone and this why new age liberals support open borders and illegals.

It all because we have Bill Gates, George Soros and China giving money to the schools, colleges and universities turning young people into new age liberals.

If people don’t stop this what is going to happen is we are going turn into communism capitalism hybrid like China. And people will own nothing and be happy.

We will forgive you debt so you can buy food but your house is now the property of the elite. We will get every last homeless of the street and tent city is gone but suburbs are in the history book. Because of climate change and city sprawl is bad the future is full of apartments. We will give you welfare only if you a good boy and good girl and do not cause trouble.

And because China does this a lot in China they take down buildings and build new buildings and because of the criss of climate change and city sprawl and may be even millions of people moving to the west because of the depression being worse than the 30s and that you will own nothing. We have lot of homes we can take down and turn into 80 story apartments.

Who is behind this group well what what I can tell reading know one really seems to knows at all. There are some members like Bill Gates, George Soros, WEF and young global leaders.

When you said , As per the links provided earlier, Common Purpose graduates/members are everywhere – within the NHS, police service, Civil Service, local government, charities, media outlets, educational establishments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), consultancies, and various other organisations.

Yes like Davide Icke said most of the people running the world don’t have evil plan and have no plan they are just indoctrination of school political system and media repeating what others say.

It is the people speaking out and promoting the plan that is evil. And I don’t think Davide Icke speaks of them.

I am late comer to CP thread, and it is very interesting...I have read all your post Lilymoon but I have not read myself the whole thread but am certainly getting round to it.
Am far from knowing everything what David Icke has said, like on this matter included about ordinary folk (& beyond)....

However on the "new liberal" point let me briefly mention how it looks (to me) of the explanation for liberals now, and what they are today. I'll say that which you say could be correct L M... Even if I am not well educated on each party's characteristics in the most uptodate fashion etc, apart from what we all instinctively know about politics, but thanks for telling what is believed to be happening, especially about universities, and the elevatedly dodgy funding they get, which incidently is the part I was more aware of (even when I've never been to uni myself for like formal study).

Well, coming back to the end summary or mention of yours, it would seem reasonable that not everybody of the world has an evil plan or reckless intention (*altho its tempting to think that definitely*) 😢 resulting in folks in either that swamp or else manipulatable mentality because it leaves absence of anything "true" to explore or to arise in those who are ridiculously indoctrinated and so on, so the absence of true learnings of the individual with independent thinking beyond the scope of what is commonly told is of course problematic....

Anyhow to take a gambit on what this thread is about identifying in ANY social rabbit-hole or social matrix, what I would say is like slipperyness AKA possible "socially coercive & apparently -as case maybe- deceptive cohesion gatherings in common purpose style designed for a broad pooling of the peoples without them actually learning much of any substance or knowledge ~ rendering the ability to capture truth or personal growth, a ghostly prospect, if what is to be gained is not gained, because that would be how it is (OR IS HOW IT IS?) where not much is shifting inside these common purpose circles in which to challenge or significantly change anything.

......So anyway what is CP, I am just asking myself first of all.... Well, isn't it at a rudimentary level, a cynically granted social design system only poured or layed on by elite structures (*or connected to elite structures*) to create "commonesque" false senses of security in among communities... Yep, I think that is their aim or belief of what will happen in amongst common peoples, (even when they are poured together) as long as elite lot have a stake in how things are run or how resources are sequestered or whatever.

Will consider more of what else the thread may offer now....

"Leading beyond authority"

In order to 'normalise' a certain narrative or agenda, one has to control or manage that narrative.

Change agents are everywhere, within the police, and the media, with the media being a useful way of manipulating peoples' perceptions.

But equally 'change' is not always done via the "top-down" method, but starts with the younger generations, namely through the 'education system', and if you have your change agents in place within that institution, you can also achieve your goals, but via the 'long game' approach.

This chap (Simon Campbell) is a first class speaker and doesn't take any shit when it comes to USA Constitutional rights.  Here here is telling the 'board' of a school that heintends not to 'settle' with any of them out of court, and intends to have each and every one of them in a courtroom with Jury.
This is from 8 months ago, so I'm posting this and will look for further developments.  He knows his rights particularly the first ammendment, I also like his firm, confident delivery:

Further to this to clarify (according to the end of this video below)

The local government, Pennsbury,  has passed a 'policy' called 903 and policy 922, seeking to regulate the free speech of American citizens at public comment, they are asking the courts for a federal judicary, to declare that policy (903 & 922) as to be uncnstitutional, on their face or as interpreated,  because as a Republic, the government cannot do whatever they like as they are answerable to only the people
In a Consitutional Republic the government cannot do what they like. The USA is a Constitutional Republic - not a democracy.  We always hear that democracy is how the USA does things - This is false.
 In simons words

A democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch.
Liberty is a a well armed lamb.
In a democaracy all power is inherant in the government.
In a Constitutional Republic -  all power is inherant in the people.

And once again, remember when the NHS was supposed to be about treating and caring for the sick and injured?

From another thread here:

Now remember this, in a few months time, when the NHS is in 'crisis', and is begging for 'more money' to keep it going...

A Surrendered Crown and a Commonwealth Betrayed

Tuesday, 13th October 2020

Our starting point is the Queen's Coronation of 1953. Prior to accepting the crown, the Queen solemnly promised to "govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon, and of your Possessions and the other Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs."

Today, more than ever, that promise has a hollow ring to it. Constitutionally, Queen Elizabeth II is the Head of the Commonwealth of Nations, yet if we conduct a detailed examination and critical analysis, we soon discover that the Commonwealth itself has been hollowed out and surrendered to global powers driving towards global government.

Recently, senior members of the Royal Household, such as Prince Charles and Prince William, have discarded neutrality and taken global political roles. Prince Charles helped launch a drive towards a Great Global Reset, whilst Prince William joined David Attenborough on the Earthshot Prize Judging Panel; another green initiative in support of the United Nations global Agenda 2030.

Earthshot%2520prize%2520tweet%2520Prince%2520William.PNG?itok=F2VSjykk

A detailed examination of the institutions of the Commonwealth reveals the quasi-leadership training organisation, Common Purpose, to be deeply embedded within them.

One of the key aims of Common Purpose is to break organisational silos, which is also a primary goal of the United Nations Development Group. In essence, this means that leaders jettison traditional allegiances in order to operate across organisational or geographical boundaries.

These reframed leaders have been encouraged to create their own legitimacy as they lead "beyond authority". We provided a detailed analysis of this in an earlier article.

If the Commonwealth Crown has been surrendered, where does the power to govern nation states now reside?

The Commonwealth

The Commonwealth spans the globe, is made up of 52 independent countries, and has a population of 2.4 billion. Its objectives were first set out in the 1971 Singapore Declaration (pdf), which committed the Commonwealth to the institution of world peace; the promotion of representative democracy and individual liberty; the pursuit of equality and opposition to racism; the fight against poverty, ignorance, and disease; and free trade.

In recent decades, these principles have been abandoned in favour of promotion of a strange form of participatory democracy, where only certain organisations participate, and globalist policies which are as far from individual liberty as it is possible to be.

In recent years, under the leadership of Baroness Patricia Scotland, the Commonwealth has shown itself in particular to prefer sustainability. In 2016, she thanked Queen's Young Leaders for “stepping up to her challenge to come up with strong and practical actions Commonwealth countries can take to achieve the Internationally agreed Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).”

She added:

If we can deliver together the SDGs, the international agreements on climate action and the charter, we will create a pathway for the rest of the world towards unity, towards humanity and towards peace'" Also during that event she revealed that 'she will be leading a new and exciting initiative, in partnership with Common Purpose.

The Commonwealth are listed among the partners on the Common Purpose website.

The Commonwealth Charter

The Commonwealth Charter is full of the buzzwords and phrases favoured by the globalists that feature in earlier articles in this series, such as: civil society, climate change, collective action, consensus, consultation, diversity, interdependent, inclusiveness, interrelated, renewable energy, resilience, social equity, social transformation, and sustainability. The Charter tells its readers that:

the Commonwealth is uniquely placed to serve as a model and as a catalyst for new forms of friendship and co-operation in the spirit of the Charter of the United Nations.

CSC Leaders and the CSC Global Foundation

Julia Middleton Tomorrow's Commonwealth
The delightful Julia Middleton, Common Purpose

CSCLeaders was a partnership between Common Purpose and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh's Commonwealth Study Conferences (UK Fund). It was a global leadership programme that ran from 2013 to 2019, directed at participants from “governments, businesses and NGOs from across the 52 countries of the Commonwealth.”

Sponsors of CSC Leaders were Anglo American, a global diversified mining business, Weir, a FTSE 100 company founded in 1871 and headquartered in Glasgow, and PriceWaterhouseCooper (PwC UK) . We noted that PriceWaterhouseCooper have a webpage dedicated to their support of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals.

Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal is the former President of the Duke Of Edinburgh's Commonwealth Study Conferences.

At the 2014 CSC Leaders event, a more than half-hour-long mind-numbing talk on Cultural Intelligence was given by Julia Middleton, Founder & CEO, Common Purpose.

At a time when he was Mayor of London, current UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave a talk on Smart Cities. Commonwealth Secretary-General Baroness Scotland has also been filmed delivering a talk at these CSC Leaders events. The CSC Leaders 2018 challenge What makes a city resilient? was launched by former UK Prime Minister Theresa May.

Just how deeply Common Purpose are embedded within the UK establishment is further evidenced on the website of Sail Capital Partners. It includes a page referencing the Common Purpose and CSC Leaders Conference held in London in 2017, incorporating a photograph of Walter Schindler, Managing Partner & Founder of Sail Capital Partners, in conversation with HRH Princess Anne. A news release by Sail Capital Partners revealed that:

… in May 2017 Walter Schindler was invited to return to London as a Speaker and Contributor to a week-long series of classes, meetings, field trips and special events hosted by the British Royal Family, Marlborough House, Common Purpose and CSCLeaders.

Reference to the CSC Leaders participant biography pack 2013 provides a flavour of the calibre of individuals attending such events.

Examples include: the UK Director, British Red Cross; the Director, Media Standards Trust; the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Business and Law, Manchester Metropolitan University; the Operations Director, Serco, UK; the Chief Constable, Leicestershire Police; the Director, Decentralisation and Big Society, Department of Communities and Local Government, UK; the Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Office, Zambia; the Deputy High Commissioner, Jamaica, and, the Deputy Director, Royal Commonwealth Society, UK.

The Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS) and 33Fifty

With a history dating back to 1868, the Royal Commonwealth Society received its Royal Charter from Queen Victoria and took on its current name in 1958.

Earlier in this article, I mentioned the Queen’s Young Leaders Programme.

In 2014, the Commonwealth Youth Leadership Programme was called 33Fifty, so called because 33% of the world's population live in the Commonwealth and 50% of those are aged under 25.

It was a leadership programme aimed at “Commonwealth leaders aged between 18 and 25” and the training was “delivered by Common Purpose in partnership with the Royal Commonwealth Society.”

The 2014 33Fifty programme took place in Glasgow and Edinburgh at the same time as the Commonwealth Games. The participants' challenge at the time was to answer the question:

What role does the youth of the Commonwealth need to play in progress towards low-carbon economies?

The 33Fifty Advisory Group was chaired by Sir John Elvidge, Chair of Edinburgh Airport, former Permanent Secretary to the Scottish Government, chair of Carnegie UK Trust, and former director of Common Purpose.

A page on the Scottish Government's website revealed that it was intended for the Common Purpose 33Fifty programme to run again during “the 2018 Commonwealth Games on Australia's Gold Coast.”

In a further twist, a 2017 Telegraph article revealed that:

… the Royal Commonwealth Society is making plans to open a branch in the United States, with a view to one day bringing America into the fold as an associate member.

This would certainly explain why Common Purpose is now targeting the delivery of its programmes towards senior and emerging leaders in the USA.

The Queen's Young Leaders Programme (QYLP)

The Queen's Young Leaders Programme ran between 2014 and 2018. It was established by the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust and was launched in 2014 by “Their Royal Highnesses the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Henry of Wales.”

It was targeted at young leaders between the ages of 18 and 29.

Celebrities appearing in a promotional video supporting this programme include Anita Rani, David Beckham and Mo Farrah. You certainly won't be surprised to learn that Queen’s Young Leaders are sponsors of Common Purpose.

The Commonwealth Secretariat: the information gateway between Commonwealth Nations and the United Nations

The Commonwealth Secretariat is the focal point for multilateral intergovernmental consultation and information exchange among the member states. It was established in 1965. In their 1991 Harare Declaration, the Commonwealth Heads of Government identified the protection of the environment, through the principles of sustainable development, as an area of priority.

The Commonwealth Secretariat provides information to the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, as evidenced by this 1997 Report on the implementation of Agenda 21.

One further key question that has remained largely unanswered to date is, "What role do Universities play in the transformation of 21st-century society?"

The Association of Commonwealth Universities and its Common Purpose Connections

A memorandum of understanding between the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Association of Commonwealth Universities was announced in September 2017. The Chief Executive and Secretary General of ACU, Dr Joanna Newman, said:

Higher education has extraordinary power to transform our world for the better and tackle the grand challenges of our time. Universities will be central to meeting every one of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals — not only through the vital research they undertake, but also through the skilled and globally aware graduates they produce ... This partnership is a really powerful way of harnessing the power of universities for the common good.

The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) has “over 500 institutional members and a range of networks connecting higher education professionals from across the Commonwealth.”

At an international conference in France in 1990, the Talloires declaration was adopted. This was the first official statement made by university administrators of a commitment to environmental sustainability in higher education. The Talloires Declaration was a “ten-point action plan for incorporating sustainability and environmental literacy in teaching, research, operations and outreach at colleges and universities.”

In 1991, the Halifax declaration together with a "six-point" action plan was signed in anticipation of the recommendations of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Brazil in 1992.

Following that Rio de Janeiro Conference in 1992, the ACU held their 15th Quinquennial Congress in Swansea, Wales, in 1993.

Point 1 of the Swansea declaration urged universities of the ACU to seek, establish and disseminate a clearer understanding of sustainable development — “development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the needs of future generations" — and encourage more appropriate sustainable development principles and practices at the local, national and global levels, in ways consistent with their missions.

The Cre-Copernicus University Charta is the EU equivalent of the ACU declarations cited above. The preamble of this Charta tells its readers that:

what is required is a comprehensive strategy for building a sustainable future ... as highlighted by Rio Conference (UNCED) in 1992. This requires a new frame of mind [my emphasis] and new sets of values. Education is critical for promoting such values.

The ACU has 82 members within the UK. Readers will be familiar with ACU member institutions such as Bristol University, Exeter University, Liverpool John Moores University, Oxford Brookes University, Plymouth University, the Open University, Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Manchester.

Many, such as Sheffield Hallam University, direct their undergraduates towards Common Purpose courses. We can also reveal that the University of Bristol are sponsors of Common Purpose.

ACU member Heriot-Watt University has campuses in Scotland, Dubai, and Malaysia. It also boasts that it has "partners in 150 countries and 30,000 students studying worldwide." It partners with Common Purpose and, together with partners University of Albany New York and Common Purpose, held a Global Leadership experience at its Edinburgh campus in January 2018. Common Purpose ran a similar programme in collaboration with Heriot-Watt University in December 2017 at its Malaysian campus.

One role of universities has, therefore, been to shift societal values in the wider population “at the local, national and global levels.” We believe that this has been a key driver of the recent phenomenon of 'nudging'.

Association of Commonwealth Universities and Nudging

In a 2018, the University of Manchester announced that it would “work in collaboration” with Sheffield Hallam University “to help tailor vital public sector services using behavioural insights expertise as part of a new government framework."

Just two years previously, Dame Nancy Rothwell, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Manchester, had, alongside Sir Howard Bernstein, CEO, Manchester City Council, been a contributor when leaders from across the Commonwealth visited Manchester as part of a CSC Leaders programme.

Commonwealth100

Commonwealth100 is “aimed at young Commonwealth citizens … aged 16-29.”

According to Commonwealth Secretary General Baroness Scotland, as quoted on the Common Purpose website:

… building on the shared values of our Commonwealth Charter, Common Purpose is bringing together the talents of 100,000 or more of our young people from every continent and ocean to cooperate and co-create for a future that is fairer, more prosperous, more secure and more sustainable.

The Dhaka Tribune informs its readers that the Commonwealth100 programme:

would be piloted at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London, in April 2018 [which] aims to create a generation of Open Source Leaders. Partners include Bank of Zambia, Scottish Government, Department of Higher Education Malaysia, Microsoft, and others.

Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings (CHOGM)

According to the Communiqué (CHOGM) Malta 2015, Commonwealth leaders “welcomed the adoption of the [United Nations] 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and, committed to support its implementation by 2030 — to ensure no one is left behind.”

Also at the Malta conference, Commonwealth Heads announced “their selection by consensus of the Rt Hon Patricia Scotland as the sixth Commonwealth Secretary-General.”

Further evidence of the strong links between the Commonwealth and the United Nations is provided by reference to the biography of Josephine Ojiambo, Commonwealth Deputy Secretary-General. She was formerly “Chief of the Executive Board and External Relations Branch at the United Nations Population Fund (UNPFA).”

The Chair-in-Office is the head of government of the Commonwealth country that hosts a Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

In April 2018, former UK Prime Minister Theresa May was the Chair-in-Office when the UK hosted the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in London and Windsor. The 2018 Conference was headlined “Towards a Common Future”.

We should need no reminding that Our Common Future, also known as the Brundtland Report, was a publication released in 1987 by the World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED). It introduced the concept of sustainable development and described the steps needed to achieve it. That 1987 report was the foundation from which sprang the Rio Summit, held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992, the UN Commission on Sustainable Development and ultimately UN Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030.

Theresa May was succeeded, as Chair-in-Office by Boris Johnson. Last week, in his keynote speech closing the Conservative Party conference, he announced a new green revolution:

As Saudi Arabia is to oil, the UK is to wind — a place of almost limitless resource, but in the case of wind without the carbon emissions, without the damage to the environment … we must build back better." [My emphasis]

Just four months earlier, on the International Day for Biological Diversity, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said in a video message:

COVID-19 - which emanated from the wild — has shown how human health is intimately connected with our relationship to the natural world … As we seek to build back better from the current crisis, let us work together to preserve biodiversity so we can achieve our Sustainable Development Goals.

Commonwealth Director-General Baroness Patricia Scotland and The World's Largest Lesson

The World's Largest Lesson is just “one part of Project Everyone's mighty mission: To share the [United Nations Sustainable Development] Global Goals with all 7 billion people on this planet.”

Content creators and distribution partners of Project Everyone include ActionAid; Amnesty International; the British Council; Comic Relief; the Ellen Macarthur Foundation; Google for Education; and — the Commonwealth.

A selection of short films has been produced in support of the Project Everyone Campaign. Contributors include Aamir Khan, Bill and Melinda Gates, Daniel Craig, Jennifer Lopez, Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, Richard Branson, Robert Redford, Stephen Hawking, Emma Watson and others.

The purpose of the World's Largest Lesson is to “introduce the Sustainable Development Goals to children and young people everywhere and unite them in action.”

This short video presentation in support of the World's Larget Lesson features Baroness Patricia Scotland. Within the video, she tells her audience that:

Humankind has too often had to learn lessons the hard way. It is painful to look back and see how many mistakes we've made … The World's Largest Lesson is changing that in order to meet the sustainable development goals, which reflect the values and principles of the Commonwealth Charter.

The Commonwealth is now also closely following the United Nations' little known technique of using celebrities to promote its global goals.

Conclusion

Whilst the attention of the British public has, since 2016, been distracted by both Brexit and COVID-19 scaremongering, the British establishment, including the Royal family, has transformed the Commonwealth into both a propaganda division of world government and a training ground for leaders of the post-democratic era.

Not one of the inhabitants of its 52 member nations can cast a vote to elect the Commonwealth's senior officers, nor to approve its future plans and programs.

The governance of Commonwealth member nations "according to their respective laws and customs" has been sacrificed on the globalist altar of ‘sustainable development'.

Seeing as very few people either know about or want to talk about "Common Purpose", I've taken it upon myself to start this topic here.

I understand that there was a topic on this on the 'old' DI Forum, but as that is now lost, lets start again from scratch.

First of all, I'll start off with a 'primer' that I wrote on my own website earlier this year.

http://thegrumpyowl.co.uk/2020/04/05/common-purpose-and-the-technocracy-we-now-live-in/

‘Common Purpose’ and the Technocracy we now live in

There’s probably a very good chance that if I ask you if you’ve ever heard of the organisation “Common Purpose”, the answer is likely “no”.

Who/what is “Common Purpose”?

On the surface, the statement made on their website seems fairly well-intentioned.

The rest of the homepage contains all the usual Newspeak ‘buzzwords’ such as ‘robust’, ‘diverse’, ‘stakeholder’ etc.

So what’s so bad about this then? The Common Purpose Exposed website explains in detail:

Sounding pretty sinister so far?

nonotes2imagemap.png?resize=640%2C378

The above image is from the Stop Common Purpose website and shows how Common Purpose (CP) sits itself at the centre of a web, with its tentacles everywhere.

So that’s the basic gist, and both websites linked to above contain lots of further information about how this organisation operates, though to be fair both are a little outdated, and haven’t been updated for some time.

I’ll just add at this point that the UK Column website has a series of articles covering ‘The Common Purpose Effect‘ which are also valuable reading.

What’s this about ‘technocracy’ then?

From Wikipedia:

Again, on the surface, this doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Wouldn’t it be great if the Minister For Health was actually someone with a professional medical background, or if the Minister For Education was some ex-teacher or headmaster?

The downside…

Well, there’s always a ‘but’…

… what if these ‘experts’ have their own ideological agenda that they wish to see carried out?

Or, what if these ‘experts’ are carrying out someone else’s ideological agenda?

“Leaders without boundaries”

Making sense yet?

Who is running this country? Our ‘democratically-elected’ leaders? Or the unelected ‘experts’ who are ‘advising’ them on policy?

We already know that the UK Government (and other governments around the world) have had ‘climate policies’ dictated to them by ‘climate change scientists’, sorry, ‘advised’ by climate scientists. (You know, the 97% of scientists that are in complete agreement?)

The current ‘lockdown’ situation in response to the ‘coronavirus’ Covid-19 ‘pandemic’ is also as a result of ‘advice’ from public health ‘experts’.

I know of at least one person who wrote to their MP with concerns about the current UK lockdown due to this ‘pandemic’ and provided well-resourced information which contradicts the ‘mainstream’ narrative, and received a response which basically said “the Government is acting on advice from public health experts”.

Who’s In Control?

So it seems we are already living in a technocracy, where the Government is ‘acting on advice’ from ‘experts’.

Who exactly are these ‘experts’?

It stands a very good chance that these ‘experts’ are Common Purpose graduates themselves, or have been programmed/conditioned by other Common Purpose members.

As per the links provided earlier, Common Purpose graduates/members are everywhere – within the NHS, police service, Civil Service, local government, charities, media outlets, educational establishments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), consultancies, and various other organisations.

commonpurposeoctopus.jpg.b5b400d6475497ea2b71397176f6d659.jpg

If you’ve ever wondered why things just don’t make any sense anymore, join the dots and understand that there is a common thread linking everything together: Common Purpose.

Nobody elected these ‘experts’. No-one seems to question their judgement or ‘advice’.

They may be right, they may be wrong. But should we be so beholden to these ‘experts’ that we dare not question their own motives or agenda?

The technocracy is already here, we just don’t know it yet, because we still ‘trust’ our elected officials to be doing “what’s best for us all”.

In essence this is what i mean when i say communofascist social agendaism crowd of hubris, control freaks and narcissistic psychopaths who by privilege are given platforms to conduct themselves in a god king like manner where just speaking complete garbage assures them of the top positions within society so they can carry out the mission of destroying all natural things in nature in favour of some artificial replacement that they can self congratulate and really take the narcissistic hubris to the moon and back, but in reality what they are doing, the ones whom you never see and run the clown show from the shadows is trying to escape judgement from God, any questions?

I'm through with the NHS. They sent my daughter home twice from hospital with antibiotics for a urine infection. Went back in agony third time and she found out it was an ectopic pregnancy and had to have a tube removed. On top of that she was getting judged for being pregnant in the first place. She is well into her late twenties but just looks young for her age. The whole experience has put her off people in positions of authority. They are judgemental brain-dead idiots. Fuck the National death service!

I feel they want people to think and feel like this about the NHS to make the changes they want to make that would otherwise face more resistance. Resentment has been and is being bred. Whilst NHS staff only start to strike after the biggest medical scam/farce probably of our lifetimes and not during it happening, but instead going along with it. So if you can see and feel this, we should all resent the NHS. But it’s because the institution/infrastructure is being deliberately destroyed.

My dads been in and out of hospital a couple of times after operations to free up beds as per usual - cost cutting exercise - and has had to be rushed back with blood clots both times. Which led to heart attacks and the need for a quadruple heart bypass.

I’m sure many people have died as a result of this. Death by operation. Using medical heath for population control.

But, both times it was obvious he was leaving too soon but they wouldn’t do the necessary tests because doctors have to justify the need to do them, must be similar for a host of diagnosis tests for various symptoms and illnesses because of the cost of carrying out the tests and NHS cutbacks and even if you’re lucky, you could be placed on a waiting list instead of having the test carried out before the problem sets in, gets worse and obviously could kill you because the tests can’t be carried out in best time.

People who can see this will likely all leave the NHS and the majority of people left within positions of authority will be spineless and lack integrity to say the least. Generally speaking that is with odd exceptions.

All part of the build back better agenda. What they really mean is they are up to their necks in corruption they can no longer hide so the best way to destroy all the evidence is to wipe the slate clean and start again, like they've probably done many times before. Sorry to hear about your dad Danny. I don't mean to scare you about your dad but be careful with him and the NHS. My dad died a decade ago under NHS care and the circumstances were suspicious to say the least. The agenda of culling useless eaters has been going on long before COVID. There will certainly still be genuine caring people in the NHS, but at the end of the day they still have to follow the orders of the wolves.

As well as the NHS and the police, Common Purpose are also sucking the life out of the education system. Teachers have been on strike today, and some of the reasons they are giving are more than about what they're being paid.

Huge schools strike rally held in city centre as teacher says 'funding for everything has just gone'

Quote

Thousands of teachers gathered in Birmingham city centre today to demand better conditions for school staff and pupils. Workers held rallies across the country today during what is believed to be the single biggest day of industrial action since the public sector pensions strike of November 2011.

Disputes over pay and conditions have resulted in strikes in schools, universities, public transport and the civil service. Earlier this morning, February 1, an enormous crowd of teachers and other workers descended on Centenary Square to make their voices heard.

Helen Ward, who has been a teacher for 32 years, went on strike for the first time day and was among fellow teachers at the rally. Waving a placard bearing a picture of Oliver Twist and the words 'Please Sir I need more SEND staff', she told BirminghamLive a lack of funding and resources was driving teachers to other professions.

She said: “Teaching is in my blood. Someone has to stand by and do it.

"If we don’t speak up now, we will have empty classrooms. We are losing teachers who are choosing alternative professions because they have less workload, less stress and more money.”

Andy McCluskey, member of the National Education Union and teacher for 15 years, said: “We’re here because it’s about funding. Funding for everything has just gone - we have got fewer teachers and fewer staff.”

From: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/huge-schools-strike-rally-held-26129986

Rather than being standalone local authority controlled/funded schools, it seems to me that most schools now are either 'academies' or part of a larger 'trust' group.

In essence, these trusts are corporate bodies, run like businesses (a la NHS), which receive huge sums of money from the government and local authority in order to fund them.

No-one dares ask the question of whether the funding received is being used appropriately or not. Its the same with the NHS, the more money you throw at it, the less goes where it is badly needed (ie doctors, nurses and other 'frontline' staff), it gets siphoned or leeched off into private hands, through contracts or procurement, or paying trust heads and management huge salaries.

Back to the police for a moment, and people wonder why they are getting a 'bad rep' at the moment...

Remember the 1984 movie "Police Academy"?

Hundreds have joined police who should not have been allowed – inspector

Quote

Hundreds of people have joined the police in the last three years who should not have been allowed in, the boss of HM Inspectorate of Constabulary has said.

Speaking to Sophie Ridge on Sky News on Sunday, HM Inspector of Constabulary Matt Parr said many officers had failed to declare “big red flags” such as “prior convictions”, “links with criminals that are too close and not explained” and “not being entirely honest on their application”.

He said: “Anybody who has got any blemish on their record shouldn’t automatically be disbarred from being a police officer, that just wouldn’t be fair.

“But where there is a question, where there is doubt, there should be measures put in place to monitor these people to keep a close eye on them, and that just is not happening either.

“This is systemic across policing. We’re always challenging the police as to what their priorities are, but I think the whole idea of just how important it is for policing that the wrong people don’t get in and the wrong people don’t stay in has not quite been recognised as being as important as it is.”

He said one in 10 of the officers his team looked at should never have made it through vetting, adding that it was not a random sample but it “still adds up to hundreds of people who have joined the police in the last three years that we don’t think should have”.

From: https://www.expressandstar.com/news/uk-news/2023/02/05/hundreds-have-joined-police-who-should-not-have-been-allowed--inspector/

Police recruitment used to be all about getting the 'best people for the job', but it would seem that we are now facing the consequence of lowering the bar so much in order to meet 'diversity quotas'.

Remember that Common Purpose graduates have no loyalty to anyone apart from Common Purpose and their agenda.

Be wary of any MP or councillor who is willing to join another party - yes, some are acting in their own self-interests, but are others acting in someone else's?

I don't know if this woman is Common Purpose, but the signs are there.

Labour councillor told she is 'only working for herself' after failed Lib Dem bid

Quote

A Labour councillor in Wolverhampton has landed herself in hot water with senior party bosses after attempting to jump ship and join the city's Liberal Democrats, it was revealed this week. Celia Hibbert, who represents Penn ward, had a meeting with the chair of Wolverhampton Lib Dems Julian Donald on August 10, to ask about joining the party and sitting as a councillor and prospective parliamentary candidate - details of which were noted in the minutes of the group's August 29 meeting.

The Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) has obtained a copy of the minutes, which state: "Penn Labour councillor Celia Hibbert has expressed an interest in joining the Lib Dems and becoming a parliamentary candidate. The chair met Ms Hibbert and his report was received. The view of members is that Ms Hibbert should not be welcomed in the Lib Dems. The chair will wait for her to make contact before letting her know."

from: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/black-country/labour-councillor-told-only-working-27642957

Thankfully, the Lib Dems in Wolverhampton saw right through her. But why would a Labour councillor on a Labour-controlled council seek to defect to the Lib Dems and become a prospective parliamentary candidate?

Infiltration? Anyway, its now backfired on her, and as well as being rejected by the Lib Dems 😁, she is also in trouble with Labour.

Quote

A statement from the (Liberal Democrats) party's candidate for Bushbury North Harry Marston added: "Cllr Hibbert approached us a couple of weeks ago to arrange a meeting to explore the possibility of her joining the Liberal Democrats and sitting as a Lib Dem councillor. We agreed to meet with her and following this meeting, the local party has decided not to move forward with any arrangement with Cllr Hibbert. We believe that she does not share the Liberal values needed to be a member of this party - let alone to sit as a councillor - and that is our reasoning for not moving forward with her."

Quote

Cllr Hibbert's attempt to join the Liberal Democrats has now been brought to the attention of regional Labour Party bosses. An official source for the party told the LDRS: "It's against the party rules to request to join another political party. Cllr Hibbert is welcome to join any party she wishes, but she will never again sit as a councillor for the Labour Party.

"We're only interested in having councillors who uphold our values and work hard for their residents. At this point, Cllr Hibbert is only working for herself."

Ouch! 😅

At this point, I'm surprised that Cllr Hibbert hasn't played the 'race card' yet.

0_Cllr-Celia-Hibbert-Penn.png

Quote

In 2019 she campaigned unsuccessfully for parliament in the East Midlands constituency of Harborough, and announced last year that she would be applying to stand as Labour's parliamentary nomination for Wolverhampton South West in the next general election. However, the party selected a different candidate to run for MP. Cllr Hibbert, who Labour say has also been linked to a bid for Stoke Central, was named in The Mirror last year as beneficiary of a grant from the MotheRED project, which aims to assist mothers with the costs of running for election as a Labour MP.

It's just gravy-train surfing now, and she's that desperate to get on board, she'll stand anywhere for any party.

Thankfully this woman has been rumbled and now faces an undignified exit from local politics. But you can bet that if she is involved with Common Purpose, she'll be back, somewhere else.

NHS = "National Health Service"

If the NHS got 'back to basics' and focused on what it was intended to do (ie help make ill people better) it wouldn't need an ever-increasing amount of money every year

image.png.08608c31b686253890d90e3492b20909.png

This is what Common Purpose have done though - turned the NHS into an agenda-pushing messaging service, far beyond what it's actual remit is.

And as a result, they are bleeding taxpayers dry, as 'management consultants' whore themselves around in order to win these contracts to deliver the messages of diversity, pronouns and gender.

From "Brazil" to Birmingham... a Common Purpose 'wet dream'...

Commissioner's warning to Brummies- 'brace for three hard years and fewer local services'

Quote

Government fixer Max Caller, the man in charge of overseeing the recovery of crisis-hit Birmingham City Council, has warned that residents are in for a torrid three years with 'every service' still at risk and under review. Neighbourhood-based services are particularly at risk until the council's financial chaos is resolved.

After a month at the helm, he said it was now clear the council will need to radically transform how it operates to stay within its financial means, with a smaller workforce and a hugely cut budget. Council taxes would likely rise more than usual from April next year, though it was down to councillors to make that call and this would need Government approval.

Of particular concern to some communities is his warning that the council will need to be more 'centralised' until it gets its finances in order, which could take 'three years or more'. "There will need to be a significant increase (of staff) in the centre to programme manage and monitor the changes needed, and that means less people actually doing stuff out there."

(my emphasis in bold)

from: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/commissioners-warning-brummies-brace-three-28063021

So it would seem the 'solution' to getting to grips with the city's financial mess is to have a reduced workforce and budget, while at the same time employ more managers and admin staff to 'manage' the changes needed!

"Too many chiefs, not enough indians" is an old phrase that springs to mind, if I've got it correct of course! 🙈

Birmingham residents are faced with the prospect of a large council tax bill next year, and a reduction in council services. It could be argued that the council should be reducing the amount of middle-management managers and executives it employs on huge salaries, rather than bringing more in.

This is what Common Purpose have done with the NHS though. The NHS would have plenty of money to employ and pay 'actual' medical staff - you know, like the doctors, nurses, surgeons etc who actually treat and deal with the 'sick' people - if it hadn't metastasised into a huge "Brazil"-like bureaucratic behemoth, where there are far more non-medical staff than medical staff, with layer upon layer of administration and management, yet the whole system is so woefully inefficient and disjointed.

The NHS cries every year that it needs 'more money' but when the Government bend over and provide more funding, where does this extra money actually go?

Into creating more bogus middleman administration and management positions. More layers of bureaucracy.

No wonder the waiting lists keep on growing and growing.

Going back to Birmingham City Council, the irony is that it spent a small fortune on (badly) implementing a sophisticated database system provided by Oracle, which should have streamlined and made more efficient a number of business processes and administration tasks. But instead they are now having to employ more admin and managers?

It is the NHS mess all over again.

Although he doesn't specifically mention 'Common Purpose' or technocracy, I watched a very interesting video from David Kurten (Heritage Party) last night.

Town Boards - Unelected Change Agents Taking Power in 55 UK Towns

Link to the Government document he mentions and refers to:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/long-term-plan-for-towns-guidance-for-local-authorities-and-town-boards/long-term-plan-for-towns-guidance-for-local-authorities-and-town-boards

It does all sound to me like these are the first tentative steps towards 'breaking up' of borough, district and county councils, which are of course all democratically elected.

These new 'town boards' will see some chairman 'appointed' to the role, and then they will invite other members to sit on said board.

Money and funding then starts flowing from the Government's Department for Levelling Up, which no doubt will start being siphoned off and leeched for the benefit of the board members and/or their cronies.

If this all sounds familiar, it is because it reads right from the Common Purpose playbook, on how to misappropriate public funds as well as driving other hidden agendas.

Quote

Lead local authorities in each of the 55 towns will receive £50,000 in capacity funding in the 2023 to 2024 financial year. This is paid as an RDEL grant.

We expect this funding to cover the upfront costs of setting up a Town Board by 1 April 2024 at the latest. While we will not ask local authorities to formally report on how this £50,000 is spent, where progress is slower than expected, DLUHC’s area teams will offer support and advice.

Local authorities might want to use this money to:

  • convene a Town Board
  • run community engagement
  • support the Town Board in developing Long-Term Plans
  • provide technical expertise to the Town Board for project development including feasibility studies and business cases

Once Towns Boards are established we will release approximately £200,000 in RDEL capacity funding at the start of the new financial year 2024 to 2025. Town Boards should advise local authorities on how best to use this money, to support the development of their Long-Term Plan.

Of the towns listed in that document, I note with interest that there are four listed under the West Midlands (Bilston, Darlaston, Dudley and Smethwick) which already fall under the remit of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) as well as the local borough councils of Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton.

The WMCA is itself in receipt of huge sums of money from the DLUHC, and with the exception of the democratically-elected Mayor (who becomes the chairman of the WMCA board), is an unelected quango of 'appointed' members.

The only thing being 'levelled up' here are the bank accounts of anyone lucky enough to become involved in this funding free-for-all.

One thing Common Purpose like to do is "misappropriate public funds" and deliver it into the pockets of their agents, stooges and cronies.

Rather strangely, despite Birmingham City Council ending up bankrupt as a result of overspending on the Commonwealth Games, and Sandwell council being on the brink, there is apparently a 'legacy fund' that has been established as a result of an overall 'underspend' on those Games in 2022.

Quote

A new £1.7 million package of support for community-focussed businesses will help them to improve the lives of more local people in some of the region’s most disadvantaged neighbourhoods.

Launched by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) with Commonwealth Games legacy money, the free business support programme is one of the biggest of its kind ever launched.

And it is now open to applications from leaders of social enterprises, community-owned businesses, cooperatives and charity trading arms.

The money will be used to support 160 business leaders to sharpen their key business skills through peer learning and for one-to-one coaching and mentoring to help them grow their organisations, become more sustainable and widen the impact they have in addressing inequalities.

The social economy is the collective term for businesses that use their profits to achieve positive community and environmental impact.

from: https://www.wmca.org.uk/news/1-7m-of-funding-for-community-led-businesses/

If this isn't a way of nicely siphoning off taxpayers money into the back pockets of those 'chosen ones' who have their snouts firmly in the trough, then I don't know what it is.

First of all, is there really such a thing as an 'underspend'?

Where did all this money to 'spend' on the Commonwealth Games come from?

A hypothetical scenario here: I'm thinking about upgrading my kitchen, and I've set aside an amount of money to pay for it, I have a budget in mind as to what I can afford.

Lets just say I've got a budget of £15,000.

Some astute buying and planning decisions result in my new kitchen costing me £11,000. Nice! £4000 than I was expecting to pay.

So have I 'underspent' by £4000, or 'saved' £4000?

In the minds of Common Purpose, what I should do with that £4000 is to just give it away to random strangers on the street, rather than just put it back into my savings.

I often see posts from WM Mayor Andy Street boasting about "putting cash on the table" for some project or other, but too many people don't realise this is "your money", ie taxpayers money, being doled out left, right and centre.

What exactly are "leaders of social enterprises, community-owned businesses, cooperatives and charity trading arms"? Common Purpose stooges?

"sharpen their key business skills through peer learning and for one-to-one coaching and mentoring to help them grow their organisations, become more sustainable and widen the impact they have in addressing inequalities."

Yawn, "sustainable" and "addressing inequalities", phrases dismissed by many as 'woke nonsense', but that's what this is about, Common Purpose change agents delivering the UN Agenda 2030 goals, and enriching themselves financially in the process.

I can't comment on the financial bit, but the reference to mentoring/coaching pricked my ears, as it is very common in business now. Think of Lord Alan Sugar looking for his apprentices. Also, the Dark Lords of the Sith.

Here's a very short video of Bill Gates and Eric Schmidt (CEO Google) selling the virtues of coaching.

Yes, all this mentoring/coaching business is about training or programming people to operate and behave in a certain way - ie to follow and serve a particular agenda.

But at its core, that's what Common Purpose is all about itself, recruiting and training 'leaders without boundaries', using NLP techniques to condition people into new mindsets.

No doubt one thing these 'business leaders' will be taught is exactly how to apply for and receive funding for their "social enterprises, community-owned businesses, cooperatives and charity trading arms", whatever they actually are.

Lets break down the above figures. A total of £1.7m "package of support".

For 160 'business leaders'.

That's £10,625 each. And that's just for "peer learning and for one-to-one coaching and mentoring".

Nice work if you can get it.

The dead giveaway is the purpose of what the 'coaching/mentoring' is for: to "grow their organisations, become more sustainable and widen the impact they have in addressing inequalities."

It's all about the "woke agenda", or fulfilling the communitarian aims of Common Purpose.

The colour blue has been a focus of my research recently, so I took note when I saw this in the CV of the Chief Executive of Common Purpose International, Alison Coburn, one of the founders of Common Purpose.

"In 2020 she founded Sky Blue, a programme for leaders working on our environmental challenges. She is passionate about providing support and leadership development for the people who are tackling our climate, waste, and biodiversity crises.

"Alison has spent most of her career working with leaders across the world, often in challenging environments. She spearheaded the development of Common Purpose internationally establishing Common Purpose in France, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, India, the Netherlands, South Africa and Turkey.

"She led Common Purpose’s work across the MENA region for a number of years. This included the leadership of an EU supported capacity-building programme in Libya from 2011 to 2013 - during and after the conflict in the country.

"Alison also led partnerships with organisations such as Deutsche Bank, the Vodafone Foundation, the American Express Foundation and the MAVA Fondation pour la Nature.

"Currently, Alison is focussed on creating and supporting leadership programmes and initiatives that tackle the environmental emergency.

In the early stages of her career, Alison worked for the Arts Council of Great Britain, Community Service Volunteers and the BBC.

"She is an Ambassador for the Tutu Foundation UK, a member of the International Advisory Council of the Human Health and Research Foundation, a Board Member of the Mission Zero Academy."

I have been following The Sandwell Skidder for a couple of years now, and while he never specifically mentions Common Purpose, a lot of what he writes about, detailing the corrupt and crooked activities at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in the West Midlands, does bear all the hallmarks of Common Purpose and what they get up to, as well as how they cover for each other.

I thought I'd highlight a couple of his recent posts as 'cases in point'.

The first one is a bit of a lengthy read, you may not be familiar with the Sandwell area and some of the names/people mentioned, and you don't need to be.

Reeves was also directly involved in the “C*cksucker” affair when I used that apt word to describe Jan Britton whilst, unfortunately, having a megaphone in my hand (as one does!) Reeves immediately called his pals in the Bent Blues who appeared almost instantaneously to harass me (try getting them to come out so quickly if your house is being burgled). Regular readers will know the story. The Police (and CPS) couldn’t wait to prosecute me and did not bother to await video and other evidence via my (then) Solicitor. They charged me as quickly as they could (and, deliberately and maliciously, with a more serious offence than a simple "public order" one). At the trial, Jan Britton and Reeves both told exactly the same lie under oath in the witness box, but all to no avail since I was acquitted as soon as the District Judge watched the video footage (which, incredibly, the Bent Blues and the CPS had still not even bothered to do before the trial had actually commenced)!

After the trial I endeavoured to have West Midlands Police prosecute the pair for perjury but, yet again, the Bent Blues protected their pals. Oh, and at the time Britton’s son was working for - yes, you guessed it - West Midlands Police.

What is so sick about West Midlands Police (and it has to be said, in fairness, that there now APPEARS to be a change of attitude under recent local force leadership in Sandwell) is that in all the matters raised by this blog the Police carry out little or, more usually, NO investigation whatsoever into alleged criminality at the Council despite their considerable legal powers. They are STILL at it now - refusing to investigate the Peter & Pam Hughes/Satnam Sahota activity or the bent Lion Farm and other deals involving Jeremy Knight Adams.

The excuse given by the Bent Blues for not prosecuting the pair for perjury was that - by an amazing coincidence - Britton and Reeves might both simply have been “mistaken” and it was pure chance that they both told precisely the same lie under oath! What I suspected - but didn’t know at the time of my complaint to WMP - was that the pair had actually colluded with respect to their evidence. It later transpired that they had done exactly that, and Sandwell Council itself was so concerned that IT sent documents to West Midlands Police about both Britton and Reeves showing this. Even then, the Bent Blues refused to investigate their chums! Absolutely sickening.

Remember folks, these Common Purpose 'change agents' are EVERYWHERE, in the civil service (local AND national), the police, the judiciary, and the media.

And what they do is 'look after their own'.

Another issue - which I cannot discuss here I’m afraid (at least not yet) - led to certain information about Reeves being sent directly to West Midlands Police. In particular, “intel” was sent directly to former Sandwell Chief Super, Richard Baker (now an Assistant Chief Constable). Regular readers will know that “Rich”, as his erstwhile mate The Squealer called him, was - initially - the puppet of Eling and Britton although, to be fair to him, the scales eventually fell away from his eyes and he told the tyrannical Eling, in terms, to “do one”. I can say, however, that information regarding Reeves was supplied directly to Ch Supt Baker on, at least, 7th January, 2019 and 13th February, 2019 but, yet again, no action was taken. Who knows whether his criminality might have been nipped in the bud if Reeves had been investigated at this time rather than him carrying on believing himself to be impregnable? (There is another serious issue arising from all this which I cannot describe at this time).

Reeves was suspended and eventually “left” the Council. He reappeared as a school caretaker (grandly described as some sort of "Facilities Manager) until around October, 2020 when, to universal astonishment amongst The Skidderati, he was also taken on by Holdens Brewery as the new mein host of The Wheatsheaf pub in West Bromwich (on a self-employed basis). Myself and others tried to warn Holdens via social media - including on 12th October, 2020 - what this **** is like but to no avail. Remember - Read The Skidder, Kidders! We know now that Reeves continued with both jobs simultaneously. Shireland Academy, the schools group, were apparently so happy with his work at their West Bromwich Collegiate Academy outpost on Kelvin Way that they allowed him to run The Wheatsheaf on the side!

And you can add to that list above the whole education system, in particular all these 'academy groups' that have sprung up in recent years.

Another interesting post highlights that this level of ineptitude, corruption and crookedness is not solely the domain of Labour-controlled councils.

Your democratically-elected councillors are NOT the ones actually in control of your local council any more!

Four (Tories) Go Mad in Dorset!

In Sandwell this blog exposed a scam whereby bent Labour sidestep employment and equality laws to appoint people without going through tiresome processes to assess their suitability or aptitude. They do this by simply declaring that a hitherto permanent post needs to be filled on an  "interim" (temporary) basis or simply create new "interim" posts. In Sadders bent Labour tried to provide cover for their contempt for the law, and the Council's own rules, by involving that notorious mafia, the Local Government Association (The "LGA" or "Lying, Greedy, Arseholes") in the supposedly "fair" interim recruitment process. Thus when former Council Leader [sic] Cllr Rajbir "The Boy Blunder" Singh sacked Chief Exec, David Stevens, he used WhatsApp and other deletable message apps etc., to appoint a new "Interim Chief Executive", Kim Bromley-Derry, via the LGA. And when Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer said he was going to take a personal interest in Sandwell he was true to his word and his crony, Imogen Walker, was made "Interim Head of the Leader's Office" - a brand new post. The fact that Walker actually lives at least 256 miles from Sandwell in Scotland was no bar to the appointment, and the taxpayer has been lining her pockets ever since. [The Information Commissioner is investigating these appointments given that the LGA has tried to conceal documentation relating to their role in these sordid affairs. It should also be said that neither the three Sandwell MP's nor the small but ever-shrinking group of hapless Tory Councillors have raised any public objections to these appointments. Oh, and by the way, the LGA receives huge sums of taxpayers' money despite behaving like a medieval guild.]

I should add that in bent Councils like Labour Sandwell (currently in Government Special measures due to serious governance issues) once a "rigged" candidate is agreed, a no-hoper is also interviewed to make it look as if there had been some sort of competitive process.

Dorset Council has a Chief Executive called Matthew Prosser who, as it happens, also happens to be President of another local government "jobs for the boys and girls" outfit which goes by the absurd name of Solace UK. WTF? Solace seeks to help senior local government officers keep their seats on the gravy train.

There was a time when councillors and indeed MPs were elected on the basis of representing their constituents, and it used to be the case that any prospective candidate had to actually live in that area.

In some councils, the corruption and influence of Common Purpose would appear to extend beyond its 'paid civil service' and into cliques of councillors themselves.

The following post highlights this, as well as how connections are made between local authorities, following on from the above post.

Labour's "Sperminator" ejaculated!

Mystery surrounds the departure from the Labour Party of its most notorious masturbator, Cllr John Tipper. The infamous w*nker has left Labour and is now standing (erectly - Ed?) as an "Independent". This after the current local Labour Leader and Party Regional Office moved heaven and earth for Mr Tosser Tipper to be found a safe seat with a moronic electorate in bent Sandwell (an easy task in the local Dictatorship).

Regular readers will know that during an earlier stint as a Sandwell Councillor, Tipper had cause to borrow a Council (i.e. taxpayer-owned) iPhone whereupon he used it to video himself masturbating before sending the offending footage (??? - Ed) to a woman of his acquaintance. Alas, John is not very bright and forgot to delete his, er, handiwork from the phone before returning it to the corrupt Council.

I have written about this episode and subsequent events before (Skidders passim as nauseum). Tipper left the Council but the "cum-back" kid promised, like The Terminator, he would return. He (and his "journalist" mate) are assiduous (metaphorical) rimmers of Sandwell Labour Leader [sic] the pathetic liar, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael and so the time was ripe for a seat to be found for him.

Rotherham is much like bent Sandwell Council. An absolute sh*thole after decades of Labour control - with many of the same social problems. The bent Council, also like Sadders, enjoyed an inappropriate liaison with their local Police force.

Perhaps the only difference between the two rotten Boroughs is that the extensive child sexual abuse in both areas was actually exposed in Rotherham leading to the resignations of the Council’s Chief Executive, Director of Children’s Services and the Police and Crime Commissioner. Meanwhile is Sadders …

And regular readers will know the even stranger link between the two bent Councils. The Chair of the Warley Woods charity and crazed tyrant, Steve “Squealing” Eling, was (and apparently still is) an employee of Rotherham Council, and was so during the time he (and others like Jan Britton) were plunging Sandwell headlong into the well of corruption as Labour’s Deputy Council Leader and, then, Leader. This vile man kept a pied a terre near Warley Woods but actually lived over 60 miles away from sh*thole Bearwood in a quaint North Derbyshire village.

Curiously Sandwell’s highly paid Chief Executive, Shokat Lal, also worked at Rotherham for a time and, in fact, worked with The Squealer. Lal has insisted on yet another costly “re-structuring” and has reinstated the post of “Assistant Chief Executive”. This has been filled by one James McLaughlin who, from, 2016 to 2020 also worked with The Squealer at, er, Rotherham Council. Small world isn’t it?
