Let's talk about "Common Purpose" - technocracy and corruption in police, NHS, education, media, civil service etc

Recommended Posts

Seeing as very few people either know about or want to talk about "Common Purpose", I've taken it upon myself to start this topic here.

I understand that there was a topic on this on the 'old' DI Forum, but as that is now lost, lets start again from scratch.

First of all, I'll start off with a 'primer' that I wrote on my own website earlier this year.

http://thegrumpyowl.co.uk/2020/04/05/common-purpose-and-the-technocracy-we-now-live-in/

‘Common Purpose’ and the Technocracy we now live in

There’s probably a very good chance that if I ask you if you’ve ever heard of the organisation “Common Purpose”, the answer is likely “no”.

Who/what is “Common Purpose”?

On the surface, the statement made on their website seems fairly well-intentioned.

Quote

We develop leaders who can cross boundaries.

We live in a world full of complex problems. These problems cross boundaries. Yet most leaders do not.   Common Purpose is a global leadership organization devoted to developing leaders who can cross boundaries. Both at work and in society.

The rest of the homepage contains all the usual Newspeak ‘buzzwords’ such as ‘robust’, ‘diverse’, ‘stakeholder’ etc.

So what’s so bad about this then? The Common Purpose Exposed website explains in detail:

Quote

Common Purpose (CP) is a Charity, based in Great Britain, which creates ‘Future Leaders’ of society. CP selects individuals and ‘trains’ them to learn how society works, who ‘pulls the levers of power’ and how CP ‘graduates’ can use this knowledge to lead ‘Outside Authority’.

Children, teenagers and adults have their prejudices removed. Graduates are ‘empowered’ to become ‘Leaders’ and work in ‘partnership’ with other CP graduates. CP claims to have trained some 30,000 adult graduates in UK and changed the lives of some 80,000 people, including schoolchildren and young people.

But evidence shows that Common Purpose is rather more than a Charity ‘empowering’ people and communities’. In fact, CP is an elitest pro-EU political organisation helping to replace democracy in UK, and worldwide, with CP chosen ‘elite’ leaders. In truth, their hidden networks and political objectives are undermining and destroying our democratic society and are threatening ‘free will’ in adults, teenagers and children. Their work is funded by public money and big business, including international banks.

It is important for researchers on this site to realise that the majority of Common Purpose ‘graduates’ are victims, who have little if any understanding of the wider role of Common Purpose within UK society, nor of its connections to higher government and the European Union. Drawn into CP training by a flattering invitation, or selected by their company or organisation, this recruitment is normally carried out by a previously trained CP person – now recruiting for the cause. Candidates are screened and selected (or rejected) by CP Advisory Board members in their area.

Both candidates and ‘trained graduates’ will have no real understanding of Common Purpose’s wider role to help achieve a political and social paradigm shift in the UK. The real objective, would appear to be to replace our traditional UK democracy with the new regime of the EU superstate.

By blurring the boundaries between people, professions, public and private sectors, responsibility and accountability, CP encourages graduates to believe that as new selected leaders, CP graduates can work together, outside of the established political and social structures, to achieve this paradigm shift or CHANGE. The so called “Leading Outside Authority”. In doing so, the allegiance of the individual becomes ‘re-framed’ on CP colleagues and their NETWORK.

Using behavioural and experiential learning techniques, the views of graduates can be remoulded to conform to the new Common Purpose. Most will not be aware this has happened, but we are given immediate clues in descriptions by graduates that Common Purpose training is ‘life changing’, ‘disturbing, or ‘unsettling’. Trained and operating under the Chatham House rules of secrecy (details of discussion, those present and location are not disclosed), CP graduates come to operate in ‘their world’ of Common Purpose. Please go to Document Library …….Category………Mind Control Background on this site for historical information regarding manipulation of people’s free will and behaviour.

The term ‘GRADUATE’ is used deliberately so as to prevent disclosure of involvement with Common Purpose. As ‘MEMBERS’ of CP, which is more appropriate, individuals in the public sector would have to declare their interests. So strong is the Common Purpose bond, that some individuals will lie to hide information and documents considered ‘dangerous’ to the CP cause. People challenging CP colleagues have been victimised and forced out of their positions.

Common Purpose is linked to a host of other suspect trusts, foundations, think-tanks, quangos and so called charities. DEMOS is a key example. These organisations funnel political and social CHANGE policy through CP, to re-frame graduates. Examples range from promotion of Diversity in every company and organisation, to Curfews for young people.

Common Purpose promotes the ’empowerment of individuals’, except where individuals challenge the activities of CP, and public spending on CP. These people are branded vexatious, extremist, right wing or mentally unsound. Mrs Julia Middleton, the Chief Executive of Common Purpose, praises the work of German bankers. Deutsche Bank is, of course, a major power behind Common Purpose. Mrs Middleton, earning circa £80,000 p.a. from her charity, is also very happy to promote the term ‘USEFUL IDIOTS’ in her book ‘Beyond Authority’. Are we the General Public the USEFUL IDIOTS, or are the Elitest Common Purpose Graduates? You must decide.

Sounding pretty sinister so far?

nonotes2imagemap.png?resize=640%2C378

The above image is from the Stop Common Purpose website and shows how Common Purpose (CP) sits itself at the centre of a web, with its tentacles everywhere.

Quote

We are witnessing a coup by the banksters who are trying to set up a globalist, corporatist, technocratic, communitarian dictatorship commonly known as the ‘New World Order’. National sovereignty is being destroyed. The EU has put its satraps into Greece and Italy so that these countries are now effectively provinces of the EU. Spain and Portugal are the next targets.

How do they do it? Manipulating systems.

This will not end well.

This website is about the corrupt activities of Common Purpose, a fraudulent ‘educational charity’ acting as a change agent being used to recruit and train the commissars and apparatchiks needed to implement the British government’s hidden New World Order communitarian agenda.

If you want to find out what is going wrong in Britain (and also the USA to a certain extent) and why, you have come to the right place.

It cannot be stressed enough that Common Purpose is a criminal organisation that is dependent upon insider dealing, secrecy and corruption for its existence. Common Purpose creates control over its members by doing them ‘favours’, such as finding them lucrative employment in powerful positions, covering for their mistakes, and benefits from accessing its secret network. In return, Common Purpose requires that its graduates act illegally on its behalf, as salespeople for their snake-oil products, exploiting their positions of power, and helping the organisation grow in power.

There are many examples of criminal activity that will be finding their way into the public domain sooner rather than later.

Common Purpose is a pox in the soul of Britain.

So that’s the basic gist, and both websites linked to above contain lots of further information about how this organisation operates, though to be fair both are a little outdated, and haven’t been updated for some time.

I’ll just add at this point that the UK Column website has a series of articles covering ‘The Common Purpose Effect‘ which are also valuable reading.

What’s this about ‘technocracy’ then?

From Wikipedia:

Quote

Technocracy is an ideological system of governance in which decision-makers are selected on the basis of their expertise in a given area of responsibility, particularly with regard to scientific or technical knowledge. This system explicitly contrasts with the notion that elected representatives should be the primary decision-makers in government,[1] though it does not necessarily imply eliminating elected representatives. Leadership skills for decision-makers are selected on the basis of specialized knowledge and performance, rather than political affiliations or parliamentary skills.[2]

The term technocracy was originally used to advocate the application of the scientific method to solving social problems. Concern could be given to sustainability within the resource base, instead of monetary profitability, so as to ensure continued operation of all social-industrial functions. In its most extreme sense technocracy is an entire government running as a technical or engineering problem and is mostly hypothetical. In more practical use, technocracy is any portion of a bureaucracy that is run by technologists. A government in which elected officials appoint experts and professionals to administer individual government functions and recommend legislation can be considered technocratic.[3][4] Some uses of the word refer to a form of meritocracy, where the ablest are in charge, ostensibly without the influence of special interest groups.[5] Critics have suggested that a “technocratic divide” challenges more participatory models of democracy, describing these divides as “efficacy gaps that persist between governing bodies employing technocratic principles and members of the general public aiming to contribute to government decision making.”[6]

Again, on the surface, this doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Wouldn’t it be great if the Minister For Health was actually someone with a professional medical background, or if the Minister For Education was some ex-teacher or headmaster?

The downside…

Well, there’s always a ‘but’…

… what if these ‘experts’ have their own ideological agenda that they wish to see carried out?

Or, what if these ‘experts’ are carrying out someone else’s ideological agenda?

“Leaders without boundaries”

Making sense yet?

Who is running this country? Our ‘democratically-elected’ leaders? Or the unelected ‘experts’ who are ‘advising’ them on policy?

We already know that the UK Government (and other governments around the world) have had ‘climate policies’ dictated to them by ‘climate change scientists’, sorry, ‘advised’ by climate scientists. (You know, the 97% of scientists that are in complete agreement?)

The current ‘lockdown’ situation in response to the ‘coronavirus’ Covid-19 ‘pandemic’ is also as a result of ‘advice’ from public health ‘experts’.

I know of at least one person who wrote to their MP with concerns about the current UK lockdown due to this ‘pandemic’ and provided well-resourced information which contradicts the ‘mainstream’ narrative, and received a response which basically said “the Government is acting on advice from public health experts”.

Who’s In Control?

So it seems we are already living in a technocracy, where the Government is ‘acting on advice’ from ‘experts’.

Who exactly are these ‘experts’?

It stands a very good chance that these ‘experts’ are Common Purpose graduates themselves, or have been programmed/conditioned by other Common Purpose members.

As per the links provided earlier, Common Purpose graduates/members are everywhere – within the NHS, police service, Civil Service, local government, charities, media outlets, educational establishments, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), consultancies, and various other organisations.

commonpurposeoctopus.jpg.b5b400d6475497ea2b71397176f6d659.jpg

If you’ve ever wondered why things just don’t make any sense anymore, join the dots and understand that there is a common thread linking everything together: Common Purpose.

Nobody elected these ‘experts’. No-one seems to question their judgement or ‘advice’.

They may be right, they may be wrong. But should we be so beholden to these ‘experts’ that we dare not question their own motives or agenda?

The technocracy is already here, we just don’t know it yet, because we still ‘trust’ our elected officials to be doing “what’s best for us all”.

In my opinion, "Common Purpose" is the 'new acceptable face' of what I would call 'modern freemasonry'.

The two probably go very much hand in hand. I'll come to that in a moment.

First of all, I invite you to watch this interesting documentary from a few years ago. In it Jacques Peretti investigates some of the ways that tax-payers money is being spent, and whether it is good value or not.

Of course, this was produced for the BBC, so Peretti is careful not to dig 'too deeply'.

But to me, these councils paying 'management consultants' to help make them 'more efficient' (spending money in order to 'save money') smacks of the kind of operation that Common Purpose graduates would excel at.

A couple of years ago at work, we got associated with a 'friend' of one of my colleagues, they did all the 'professional speaking' stuff, and similar 'management consultant' bullshit, and it was clear to me and one of my other colleagues that they were trying to get 'a foot in the door', and were pushing us to make them an 'executive director' of our company.

At the same time, this person somehow became associated with one of my own close friends, and she revealed to me later on that he was trying to use her to get 'dirt' on me, and he was essentially trying to play me and my colleagues off against each other.

We ended up severing ties with this guy for other reasons, and I only found out what my friend told me after the event.

I won't go into all the gory details of what transpired, but suffice it to say, this guy admitted to my friend that he was involved with Common Purpose and was active with his local freemasonry lodge. And was thoroughly unpleasant with my friend, trying to manipulate and abuse her too.

So yes, I do believe that there can be connections made between Common Purpose and Freemasonry.

It's not what you know, it's who you know.

"Creating Leaders" ?  What the fk does that mean ... teaching people how to lie ?  How to manipulate and use the media ?
Soulless indeed.

Another one of those things is "Life Coaching", some soulless idiot tells you that you can deserve everything ... when you don't, and that you don't need to do any soul searching or make any effort ... instead just remove beliefs and everything drops into your lap.  Because you are entitled.

These people are soulless.

In psychotherapy at least people made an effort to understand themselves.

That's exactly the point of this discussion!

'Leaders' are traditionally (in my opinion at least) those who have risen within their chosen profession, and gained enough 'experience' in order to be considered 'respected' and worthy of being listened to.

I'm constantly reminded of my time working as a car parts advisor, with some 20 years experience behind me, faced with some 20yr old graduate fresh out of university, telling me how I should be doing my job and how our branch could be run 'more efficiently', just because of some 'programme' or training course they'd spent a few weeks on.

Indeed Grumpy Owl, Indeed.

There are all sorts of rumours over the years, about how Freemasons do each other 'favours'. Forget the 'secret handshakes' and aprons and all that, I believe this is all happening now without the ceremony, and its participants may not even realise it.

And this is not unique to the UK either. "Common Purpose" will have its tentacles already in similar organisations across Europe and the rest of the world.

Well I feel that the internet is damaging people's intelligence.  Prior to this technology people with wandering thoughts would not be able to get rid of them so easily, and they would lead people to read or ponder or reflect or discuss.  And either privately or in small groups.  This lead to the growth of intelligence, of individuality, and of knowledge.

The internet redirects these occasional wandering thoughts into the sewer of the collective anthill mental chatter, and this is rapidly degenerating things.  This is a hard concrete factor.  Another hard concrete factor is the lack of nature and urbanisation and rapid population growth.

These are physiologically, psychologically, biochemically ... and in other ways concretely degenerating human beings.

In their weakened state they are satisfied, and become prey to organisations that operated behind the scenes.

A few people who were initiated in a more natural environment might be able to usefully use the internet, perhaps, because their inner nature is already formed, but for most it prevents normal functioning and growth and what you end up with is ... degenerated people.

That's it.

I am afraid these factors are quite hard meaning not easily changed.  That's how I see things.
Even if you were to get the message out and people had some recognition, because they go into the internet so often their wandering thoughts are simply tuned into the anthill's messages and they switch off again.
As we see from the lockdown, people are not so willing to re-start normal life, they have become accustomed to vegetation and have no higher goals.
They have no normal goals at all.

Common purpose is like people in their vegetation watching some movie on tv that talks of 'saving everyone' and 'loving everyone' and the doctor will fix everyone.

Mankind is dying.

Metropolitan Police (London) - why are they so dysfunctional?

Many people would probably agree with the statement "crime is out of control in London".

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick is a 'Common Purpose' graduate.

See: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/deputy_assistant_commissioner_cr

Quote

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick attended a training course run
by Common Purpose whilst serving with Thames Valley Police (TVP).
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to provide details of the name or
cost of this course, or who paid for it, as the requested information is
no longer held by TVP and is not held by the MPS.

In response to your second question, there is no information held by the
MPS or TVP that would indicate that Deputy Assistant Commissioner Cressida
Dick is a 'Common Purpose Graduate'.

The fact that she attended a 'course' run by Common Purpose is enough to understand. There may be 'no information to indicate' but it is not a denial that she is a 'graduate'.

The above FOI request reveals she attended this course in 1995/1996, so that also tells you how far back this organisations roots go.

Ms Dick has successfully 'risen through the ranks' (helped by whom?) and is now the head of and responsible for the largest police force in the UK.

You can probably draw your own conclusions as to why London is so crime-ridden, and why the police service there appears to be so dysfunctional.

There are several pages on Common Purpose in Icke's 2010 book "Human Race Get Off Your Knees", where he highlights the work of Brian Gerrish to expose CP.

Ah thanks, that's not one I've read. It's a shame Icke doesn't talk much about this organisation, as I'm pretty sure you'll find they are part of the Web he talks about, and how they are helping to subvert society and undermine institutions.

Technology allows idiots to do things.
Technocracy is really the degeneration of human beings because they have machines and tools to take all the skill out of work rendering them imbeciles.

The world is as it is today due to the demand for, production of, and willing acceptance of .... ease.

Everyone is talking about "freedom" one way or another ... they do not talk of earning something.

@Grumpy Owl watched this first time round but watched again and it really was lightweight stuff.

That was a pretty creepy experience you had but a good job that you had your wits about you.  Have been reading more about CP (thanks for providing so much info and links) and had no idea that it had permeated to such an extent.  Sinister frankly.  Do you think that CP and freemasonry work together on occasion?

@Grumpy Owl you may be interested to hear that today, Friday 4th September, UKColumn had a snippet on CP.  It starts at around 50 minutes in and was followed by a snippet on City Mayors which is also worth a watch.  Actually the whole programme was worth watching although it's left me feeling rather nervous, to put it mildly.

How do you mean 'lightweight'? It was a revealing watch for me, I guess he really didn't dig too deep and start properly investigate, if that's what you mean. When one really understands what is going on, I suppose this just confirms your own beliefs if anything.

I can only go by my own experience with this one person which tells me there is a likely link between the two organisations, though due to their secretive nature it is probably difficult to confirm.

Many Common Purpose 'graduates' will likely just remain as 'useful idiots', while I would guess the more 'influential' ones might be likely to be 'tapped up' to join a lodge. And perhaps vice-versa, with freemasons being 'invited' to join CP training programmes.

Interesting, thanks for your thoughts.

Although this is from 2007 it's still worth watching and must confess to being shocked at the manner in which Brian Gerrish of UKColumn was "warned off".

  • 1 month later...

I just found this thread. I haven't read everything yet. But I did a quick search and found this WikiLeaks article,

https://wikileaks.org/wiki/Common_purpose

Quote

Common purpose

Common Purpose (CP)

- a hidden virus in our government and schools

Although it has 80,000 trainees in 36 cities, 18,000 graduate members and enormous power, Common Purpose is largely unknown to the general public.

It recruits and trains "leaders" to be loyal to the directives of Common Purpose and the EU, instead of to their own departments, which they then undermine or subvert, the NHS being an example.

Common Purpose is identifying leaders in all levels of our government to assume power when our nation is replaced by the European Union, in what they call “the post democratic society.” They are learning to rule without regard to democracy, and will bring the EU police state home to every one of us.

Common Purpose is also the glue that enables fraud to be committed across these government departments to reward pro European local politicians. Corrupt deals are enabled that put property or cash into their pockets by embezzling public assets.

It has members in the NHS, BBC, the police, the legal profession, the church, many of Britain’s 7,000 quangos, local councils, the Civil Service, government ministries, Parliament, and it controls many RDA's (Regional Development Agencies).

Cressida Dick is the Common Purpose senior police officer who authorised the "Shoot to kill" policy without reference to Parliament, the law or the British Constitution. Jean de Menezes was one of the innocents who died as a result. Her shoot to kill policy still stands today.

Common Purpose trained Janet Paraskeva, the Law Society's Chief Executive Officer. Surprising numbers of lawyers are CP members. It is no coincidence that justice is more expensive, more flawed and more corrupt. And no surprise the courts refused to uphold the law, when a challenge was made to the signing of the six EU treaties, which illegally abolish Britain's sovereignty.

Common Purpose is backed by John Prescott's "Office of the Deputy Prime Minister" (ODPM), and its notional Chief Executive is Julia Middleton. The Head of the Civil Service Commission is a member

It is close to controlling Plymouth City Council, where is has subverted the democratic process. Local people cannot get CP's corrupt activities published, because the editors of local papers are in CP, and refuse to let journalists publish the articles.

CP started in 1985; in the 1990’s, with its members' cross departmental influence, it was involved with what then became the disasterous New Millennium Dome Company and the squandering of £800 million; it appears £300m of this was diverted into the web of quangos set up by CP. There is a fraud case over this, stalled in the courts thanks to CP's influence in the legal profession.

Over £100 million of our money has been spend on CP courses alone, and its been hidden from the public, and members names are a guarded secret. It charges substantial figures for its courses. Matrix for example costs £3,950 plus VAT, and courses for the high flying ‘leader’ can be as much as £9,950 plus VAT. This money is ours, paid by government departments financing senior staff to become agents for CP, instead of loyal to their own jobs.

Common Purpose (Ltd by guarantee, No. 2832875) is registered as charity No. 1023384. It describes itself as being involved in Adult education. Given it preys on the rich and powerful, charges expensive fees, and its aims are clearly power and control, its charity status stinks and should be revoked.

Potential Common Purpose subjects are selected for training. Are they susceptible to being converted; are they in the right job, with the right colleagues and friends? Do they have power, influence and the control of money? If the candidate has some, or all of these key attributes, then the local Common Purpose Advisory Board decides if they can do the course.

Common Purpose - training our future EU rulers - continued

Trained leaders are encouraged to act as a network, enable other members' plans, and have meetings under the so called Chatham House rules. This effectively means their statements are not attributable to them, nor can attendees reveal information heard at a Common Purpose meeting.

Council Officers are having secret meetings with, for example, property developer Common Purpose friends. No agendas and no minutes. Common Purpose Graduates from the public quango sectors such as the Regional Development Agencies attend, and have the power to award large sums of public money to projects.

It is the worst national example of cronyism, closed contract bids, fraud and corruption. And unseen to the general public.

Common Purpose undermines traditionally effective and efficient government departments with an overwhelming influx of new language, political correctness and management initiatives. The talk is of empowering communities, vision, worklessness, mainstreaming (sucking EU money into a project to sustain it), community empowerment, working partnership, regeneration and celebrating diversity etc etc. Documents appear about change, and reorganisation.

As CP “leaders” become more senior they employ countless managers and bureaucrats. In time confusion rules, and things don’t seem to work properly. Management decisions are made that seem stupidly destructive. The organisation’s performance becomes sluggish. Undermining the NHS is Common Purpose’s biggest success so far, with bureaucrats outnumbering hospital staff three to one.

David Cameron, who is pro Europe, uses the language of Common Purpose; he has appointed Ken Clarke, the most committed of the pro Europeans, in charge of his “Democracy Taskforce” - rather like putting the cat in charge of the safety of mice.

Common Purpose specifically targets children from the age of 13, and more recently younger, for special leadership and citizenship training. Yes, it is active in schools, and again the average parent has no idea.

People have contacted us to speak of their experiences with Common Purpose. A common theme is its all sweetness and light, until you fail to follow the direction set by the CP leadership.

Then interesting things happen. Ladies in particular have been bullied at work, some have lost their jobs, some have become paranoid and depressed at the pressure from people ganging up on them.

A typical story is a husband describing the decline in his wife from the time she becomes a Common Purpose graduate. Loss of sparkle, enthusiasm, anxious and ‘changed’, and she initiated a divorce.

Other Common Purpose people lie when they are challenged as to their involvement.

Common Purpose candidates are given a two day residential course in which they are ‘trained’ in a closed residential environment, such as a small hotel. They are encouraged to reveal personal information about themselves, such as their likes, dislikes, ambitions and dreams. Discussions are then controlled by the course leaders. Some participants have likened this to Delphi technique or the application of group psychology such as Cognitive Dissonance or brainwashing.

If you suspect Common Purpose is active in your organization, or see a pattern of incredibly bad decisions, money being wasted, notice bullying, fraud, or threats, note the names of those involved (we've tracked down over a thousand) and please contact us. And publish the truth about Common Purpose as widely as you can.

Treason, subversion and deceit at work with a Common Purpose to destroy the UK and establish the EUsoviet.

EU funding is used as the fuel to power the set up of EU government in countries and as the fuel for fraud and corruption. Once a country and businesses 'suck on' EU funds they are effectively bought. By this means the EU can control businesses, regions and Countries.

Take a few UK examples. £2m plus of EU structural funds is sunk into developing a film studio in Cornwall. After 2 years there is found to be no proper studio, no accounts and no funds. Has there been an investigation? Yes but with no visible result. The only local organisation with responsibility and supposedly accountability for the EU funds is the GOSW. And when challenged they hide behind the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, itself the centre for all things EU.

The EU plan has been very simple and very clever. First set up via the traitors within UK national government the Regional Development Agencies. These were designed to be smooth as silk and sweet as honey – to do all things good e.g. regeneration, helping communities, helping business, innovation, entrepreneurship etc etc. Next load the honey trap with large amounts of money so that people, organisations are attracted to the honey pot. As more people are attracted, increase the powers of the RDAs to include planning powers and input. Make it compulsory for City Councils, County Councils and District Councils to consult them, and then their power increases further. And with planning powers they can get their organisational snouts into virtually every walk of life.

Meanwhile 'bring the government to the people' by setting up the Regional Government Offices - (remembering Regional = EU). The Government Offices now get increasing powers to interfere in everything, and especially local and strategic planning, because almost nothing gets done, or built without going through the planning process. Make consultation with the Government Offices compulsory.

Now the clever bit. In the background the traitors now work to introduce the Regional Assemblies. At first un-elected and informal, so as to allay fears and ease doubts as to their true purpose. Then the ‘behind the scenes traitors’ start to work to make them elected using large amounts of UK public money and EU funds.

The process will use anybody it can to sweeten the pill. The church for instance. What friendly vicar would help set up a devious political con. You can trust us they say. So interesting that the many Bishops, including the then Bishop of Exeter, worked so hard to help set up and implement the SW Regional Assembly for example.

Since all of these bodies, that is the Government Offices of the Regions, the Regional Assemblies and the Regional Development Agencies are accountable to the ODPM, it is quickly evident that the real plan has been to set up a parallel EU government structure in UK. Set up by deceit and deception. By making sure that these bodies have the ability to use massive amounts of funding and staff, they can now start to run amok over our traditional democratic structure of local government.

The EU grants and funding keeps pouring in. Take the £320m of Objective One in Cornwall. Nobody really knows where that money was spent, except that it was frittered away in remarkably small sums £500,00 and £150,000 here, £60,000 there etc etc. By this means, and particularly with minimal proper accounting and probity checks, the money reaches back pockets, favoured consultants and the dishonest. The breeding ground for fraud and corruption has been created, and not surprisingly fraud and corruption begin to run rife. With it comes the added nastiness of threats, intimidation and bullying of those who hold up their hand and say look this is illegal.

So Julia Morland ( founder of CP , or at least the named founder) her father Eric Morland is involved in a few inventions...much like Richard Rothschild. He has patents for capacitors for pain measurement. I'm presuming its the same Eric Morland. Interestingly the company involved is a COVIDien LP. All coincidence I presume....

Also interesting is that one of his co-inventors is a  Friso Schlottau...involved in holographs... and a Paul S Addison who has interests in oxygen saturation. ( again all co-incidence)... and a  Daniel Lisogurski who also has an interest in oxygen saturation.  Theres more...will try to put some links up shortly...unless anyone beats me to it. :-)

This one is interesting too:

Patent number: 10314546
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and software for measuring and determining physiological parameters of a patient are presented. In one example, a physiological measurement system includes an optical system configured to emit one or more optical signals into tissue of a patient, and detect the one or more optical signals after propagation through the tissue. The physiological measurement system includes a capacitance system configured to apply one or more electric field signals to a single side of the tissue to determine a capacitance signal based at least on changes in the one or more electric field signals, and a processing system configured to process at least the one or more detected optical signals and the capacitance signal to determine a physiological parameter of the patient.
Type: Grant
Filed: September 8, 2016
Date of Patent: June 11, 2019
Assignee: Covidien LP

So Covidien  now has its website under the Medtronic heading. Medtronic being a company that was merged by Covidien it seems. I guess it would look a litle too obvious to have all that lung and oxygen equipment under the COVIDien moniker.

A quick look on their website and I found out they do Minimally Invasive Therapies like this little camera capsule,

Maybe they're into "Microchips" as well?
