Article 61 Magna Carta 1215 The treason clause for the Commonwealth.

Recommended Posts

This gift of article 61 and Magna Carta 1215 from the original knights templars and freedom fighters for the people and thier Constitutional rights, could be the only hope we have to claim back our Sovereignty and our true Commonwealth. We need mass awareness and numbers.  Practical Lawful Dissent is a group formed by David Robinson after the Barons of England initiated Article 61 of 1215 Magna Carta in British parliament on 23rd March 2001. This was in response to a great treason being attempted by the signing of the Neice treaty. Article 61 is an ancient irrevocable right bestowed on Soverigns of the Commonwealth to lawfully retreat from treasonous regimes' opression and tretchery by following the process outlined in a61.

Ermmm the law isnt bad, its the will to implement the law when required thats the problem

Lots of years have seen blind eyes and backhanders and fear to prosecute

The law is good, it is there for people if required

For those involving their article 61 rights, it is recommended to pledge allegiance to the barons with your intentions. A list of barons you shall find online. Not all barrons will accept allegiances so please check online those that will. This should ideally be done in writing and sent by registered post.  Retain this with proof of posting. Carry it on you together with the original daily telegraph newspaper article if you are involved in lawful rebellion. It can then be shown to any police officer to make clear of your intentions.

Also remember that you must not cause harm, loss, deceive others in your contracts or breach the peace when exercising your article 61 rights under the charter. Part of lawful rebellion also states you may only participate in lawful rebellion if working with others whom have also taken allegiance under article 61 of the charter.

It good to see so many informed folk on these forums.

"In general, all mankind will agree that government should be reposed in such persons, in whom those qualities are most likely to be found, the perfection of which is among the attributes of him who is emphatically styled the supreme being; the three grand requisites, I mean, of wisdom, of goodness, and of power: wisdom, to discern the real interest of the community: goodness, to endeavor always to pursue that real interest; and strength, or power, to carry this knowledge and intention into action. These are the natural foundations of sovereignty, and these are the requisites that ought to be found in every well-constituted frame of government." ~ Blackstone
