allymisfit
Yikes this is where I stay!! Never heard about it though until I read it here. Very tragic. I can't even begin to imagine how awful that must've been. So sad Edited August 12, 2020 by allymisfit
allymisfit
Apparently something to do with a bridge collapsing.. 1 death recorded so far. Emergency services are having trouble getting to the area due to where it is. So awful. A landslide also occurred near by
HAARPING_On
Had a quick look on the BBC website referenced... what caught my eye was the headline in the sidebar "More Sussex homes without water as heatwave continues"... apparently "some homes have been without water for 5 days"... So we've had the Scamdemic, the economic catastrophe, the riots, the explosion, the heatwave so far this year, is the this the first hint of the food and water shortages to follow? Just a thought... Velma
Just when Aberdeen thought things couldn't get any worse! The good news is, because they were in 'lockdown' this train to Glasgow was not packed.

All in all an uneventful year to date, HAARPING_On. Do you think we will get some excitement next year?
