Er...wrong context in a video about the aim of travelling to ther moon??? You can lead a horse to water...

"This time when we go we want to make sure it happens."

Yes, you deliberately choose context to make it sound like they doubt first missions. Context proven wrong by many references saying this was not the case. You are so typical of conspiracy claimer, it becomes this search for plays on words rather than provide clear evidence.

And don't be such a horse's rearend, when you yourself have been led to water with good explanations for your rubbish and choosing not to accept such obvious replies!

Today when NASA put out videos of the ISS clearly showing men concealing harnesses and women with very obviously lacquered hair to keep it in place it is unsurprising that many call foul. Present deceit may suggest a history of same.

And of course the crazy continues. There isn't any videos with this obvious harness and hair gel for stopping hair going in their eyes. Why is it always the very uninformed people who flag up such useless things.

No, please don't play games, do me a favour and post any image of Mercury please to support your post. I challenge you to do this.

No, that is looks like Stellarium - it is a representation.

i did a page back

Stellarium is a free open source planetarium for your computer. It shows a realistic sky in 3D, just like what you see with the naked eye, binoculars or a telescope. Try the Web Version.

Of course there are - but doubtless you turn a blind eye to them. The vomit comet demonstrates exacly how long hair behaves. It is not fixed as with some ridiculous videos from the ISS. Harnesses are visible in some videos, obviously so - but then again you won't be seeing them "because there aren't any."

This is a joke right? Your base for your claim is a software print - it is ridiculous.

Of course there aren't and no doubt also that you turn a blind eye to any simple explanation and refutes!

You really have not a clue about this do you ? Girls put hair gel to stop their hair trailing in the eyes. Four minutes 20 seconds shows what happens with hair smacking in to her face:

You believe the words of fools on youtube and ignore the words of people who show this. Some issues arise with pointy clothes caused by folds, no ironing board and t-shirts worn straight from folded package.

What is a rupertism? If it is somebody trying to explain easy things to a person, then correct. You can lead a horse to water, but find a person with crazy views and they die of thirst.

'Rupertism' is a reference to a long gone member called Rupert.

He gave the Flat Earthers a hard time.

I miss him.

He had enormous energy to keep refuting their stupidity.

I only do it very occasionally because you can't argue with stupid.

Yes, this correct. What you are forgetting is diffusion from atmosphere making pin point looking circular.

Summary of your claim is because your eye sees a dot it must be a circle dot. That is just silly. zoom of stellarium shows it properly. Have you a problem admitting errors?

The referencing for binoculars and telescope is assuming you zoom in just like with the binoculars and telescope. It is very obvious.

1 - Of course there are harnesses (wires) used with the ISS astronauts. It is clearly evident but I said you won't see them and so it proves.

2 - I don't believe the words of fools. However, I do ignore the type of people "who know everything" and who have an inability to see the obvious.

3  - "Pointy clothes" - classic!  Must convey that to the palace on the 12th.

Of course there are no harnesses and wires. I think people who think ISS is faked are very clueless. You are not even aware of this crazy circular logic.

To whom is this for, because you are not ignoring me. A truly dumb statement of course.

No, folds in folded shirts, like when taken from new packaging after buying, In weightless there is not gravity to pull down and stretch fabrics. It's strange how useless youtube videos make you their servant and simple explanations pass over your head.

Perhaps if you are so sure you can post some examples and I can laugh at your failures.

Pathetic attempt. You will not watch video of a wire/harness under clothing as it will destroy your dear NASA (assumed) innocence. It is the same with Apollo video - prancing and jumping around without a care in the world considering they were (allegedly) in a constant life-threatening situation with one small slip at any time being potentially fatal.

Talk to any professional about risk assessment. You do not goof around with very real danger looming large, knowing that one error, one lapse of concentration, one poor judgment spells your demise.

Precisely which elements of Apollo and the ISS are true and which are fake isn't always transparent, but it is for you and those of CosmoQuest ilk and NASA supporters to believe in and support the fantasies.

It is exactly like the technique of old Soviet propaganda:- Overwhelm reason and peoples capacity for objective analysis.

Follow the leader and the zeitgeist. It is more important to be in than out.

Your appealing to incredulity and failure to reply properly is so telling. It is good indication of responses to be received about idiotic videos claiming wires.

Pathetic ad hominem. I have not any NASA innocence, I am not afflicted with all junk that you immerse yourself with.

If you post any video I will have seen it already - it is all copy paste between youtube kooks. But I will watch it and answer for sure. problems are you have already shown you are not a reasonable person - you are afraid to be wrong.

This is a crock of shit. The fabrics woven into the suit make them incredibly tough. The ways astronauts moved on the moon are most easiest, friction is lower with inertia the same.

None of the astronauts were goofing. But always you people complain about no jumping up and here you are saying too much. THIS is pathetic.

It is all clear and transparent to all who spend time away from idiots on youtube. If you took same times to study the things you don't know, all would be clearer. Is it not amazing that all smart and academic people have no problem with these, but strangely conspiracy theorists are so easily fooled. The fantasies are held up by people of your type who are not able to admit errors or listen to their crazy theories explained.

It is nothing like this and please do not suggest you have reason and objective analysis.  No-one who believes flat earth, no space, no iss, fake apollo has any of those skills. The opposite.

Edit: Thank you for "ignoring me" as you said, I prefer if you did, your replies are not clever.

People who believe everything they see or are told are the real deluded.

I think "pointed clothes" is the funniest excuse yet. Bless. Some people cannot see Hadfield's tumble showing two clear leverages on his back. Pointed clothes. The palace will love it on the 12th.

Meanwhile at a hatch on the the ISS: "But what happens if you have a leak?"

Petit: "Er, then we have a leak."

🤭 Yes, it's only the vaccuum of space out there. No cause for concern...

There is no point in replying to a limpet clinging to a rock. However -

Disparaging comments of yours noted with regard to the types of persons who believe conspiracies. Additionally noted is your sneering intimation lumping “conspiracy theorists” together with the belief in a flat earth, no such medium as space, fake ISS, and Apollo fabrications, and who have no reasoning skills or objective analysis.

You have revealed yourself with the smug arrogance of Zuckerberg and Gates. Not for you any learned person who questions the veracity of NASA’S output; not for you any person with critical thinking who questions the authenticity of any single video or photograph. For you it just cannot be.

This is the hallmark of the narcissist - antagonistic arrogance peppered with dismissive hand-waving and know-it-all answers.

Here’s the news: You do not have all the answers, nor do you have irrefutable proof of your Apollo claims. There only appears to be evidence on the moon of Apollo visits but neither you nor anyone else can prove missions took place on the lunar surface, and all without a single hitch while running and jumping around in a harsh, fatal environment. And the arrogance continues with a dismissive hand wave to my citing professionals working in hazardous conditions who take their work seriously.

I SAID - “It is the same with Apollo video - prancing and jumping around without a care in the world considering they were (allegedly) in a constant life-threatening situation with one small slip at any time being potentially fatal.”

YOU RESPONDED - “This is a crock of shit. The fabrics woven into the suit make them incredibly tough. The ways astronauts moved on the moon are most easiest, friction is lower with inertia the same.”

That answer is a brilliant demonstration of your complete naivete and an abject failure to appreciate the dire consequences of misadventure. It says all one needs to know when blithely discounting any notion of risk associated with operating in a vacuum and having zero hope of surviving an accident.

Clueless. Utterly. And you have the big arse to denigrate anyone who questions your beliefs.

I agree , however that statement cuts both ways.

It is not in an agency's or government's interest lie all the time otherwise no one would ever believe them, and I agree they do regularly so the trick is to separate the wheat from the chafe with some diligent research to make an informed decision on what you choose to believe, weather that be right or wrong.

Unfortunately most people form an opinion first, generally influenced by what social group they identify with and therefore disregard any evidence that apposes their respective position. Then along comes a U tube clip as evidence , the only problem with this is the people behind these videos all have a vested interest, an unfortunately Wikipedia and U tube are now the only  evidence most need these days to have and hold an alternative point of view to official claims.

Therefore the same could be said, look beyond the stage or  just keep swallowing what U tube shows you
