In one sense Zionism is the religion of statism - the idea that the state is the ultimate protector and provider. In the context of the common law, statism is a conspiracy or constructive conspiracy which injuries people's natural rights. Since human governments have no power over natural rights, the best that they can do is to pretend that they don't exist. The fact that the U.S. asserts natural rights in its Declaration of Independence could be the basis for the doctrine of American exceptionalism.
