Trump
Hi guys, I am currently new to this forum, and I have been listening to David Icke for a while. Just wondering, how many of you watch mainstream news, whether it be CNN, Fox, anything - or instead how many times do you listen/read to mainstream news? I am assuming for almost all of you it is basically 0, but just curious

awake
Sometimes when i have dinner i will sit with the family and watch it because that's when dinner usually is. I won't go out of my way to watch it though unless it's something i need to know what's happening. The sad fact is we need to watch it sometimes so we can call out their propaganda or we would be none the wiser A thing which really pisses me off is the repetitive and misleading headlines. We have to hear the headlines 3 fucken times and then get a recap on it. They can take their hammer and shove it up their arses Edited July 26, 2020 by awake
Messenger
Never, except when someone uses in their own video a clip taken from MSM, that would be the only time I see those clowns.

If people just got rid of their TV's and Sky and Virgin cable subsciptions and stopped paying the licence fee the propaganda would end and we would literally all wake up out of our slumber. No violent revolution needed. If we just refused to subsidise our own conditioning their system would fall apart. I despise the TV and what I've seen it do to friends and family. And I forgot to mention books. I have accumulated lots of books. Real physical musty dusty smelling books. I love the smell in a second hand book shop.

Some people want to flop down in front of the TV and be passively spoon fed nonsense. With the Internet you are active and decide where you're thoughts and energy goes. peter
I don't watch the news intentionally, I haven't for a dam long time, the only time I do watch any is when there is a (NEWS BREAK) and I'm not quick enough to mute it. I haven't read a newspaper in well over ten years either, as I don't like being treated like a mushroom
Grumpy Owl
I haven't watched TV for a couple of years now, and finally cancelled my TV licence earlier this year. So no TV news for me. However, I do occasionally have a browse through the BBC News website, just to keep abreast of happenings, and I can tell you that it doesn't affect me at all, but you certainly do look at the mainstream news in a different light. Its not 'news' anymore, just 'propaganda'. We should still keep an eye on the mainstream news, just to see what the majority of people are being 'spoon-fed'. Artmuzz
I don’t watch any of the MSM news. It’s all bullshit, fear mongering and gloom and doom. If I want a bit of fear and gloom and doom then I’ll stick on a thriller or a horror, as those are far more believable than the MSM news.
Armesis
Never. I have a laptop connected to the TV that plays only movies and tv shows I want, also 4 external hard drives to keep more. The other day I watched 2 episodes of 'Bob's Burgers', in those 2 episodes, there were strong themes of infidelity, pedophilia, necrophilia, and incest, all directed and acted out by Bob's children. This sickened me to the core and reminded me why I dont watch new shows anymore. On a related note, everyone should have a laptop with a VPN, and dont forget to cover the camera and mic with a tape. I have a friend who specializes in cyber security with a bank, with connections to the MOD. He does the same, and told me to do it in the first place. Never. ItsTheTruthThough
I only read main stream news papers mostly for a laugh, to see what rubbish is being force fed to us for comparison to the actual truth that I won’t find there.
EnigmaticWorld
Can't remember the last time I turned on the TV to watch anything. I still read various mainstream news sources, but I try to just look for facts and ignore the spin.
HeartSpirit
I’ve never bought a newspaper or watched MSM in my life, and as I’m now in my 60s, can’t see it happening any time soon.
mishy
I've not personally owned a TV for ten years. I just get the general idea of where the agenda is at from the MSM websites, but I only really look at the BBC and the Daily Mail. I also go to youtube for the comments on the MSM videos, but I pause the videos instantly so I don't even have to listen to it. I also don't listen to the radio in the car anymore. Can't remember the last time I purchased a newspaper, and I only read one if I'm in a cafe and my phone has no charge.
Cassady
I havent had a TV since 2006 and the years before that it spent most of its time inside a cupboard. I havent read a news paper for even longer . Iam only exposed to it when Iam having a pint in my local or when I go to a shop and see the front pages of the papers . Lady Baynham
Once you have quarantined safely from the infection of lamestream views, you can then watch all again. Its ok for a laugh sometimes, good to watch the outrageous nudging and distraction. Yes once you are sure your immune you may safely invoke the daily fail online,or the groaning guardian .Stay away from T.V unless the sound is off,and you are wearing your hidden disabilities lanyard . Fluke
I refuse to watch such a pathological force that here in UK hates me and my existence. Not only does it insult my intelligence, but the lack of integrity it shows, and extreme bias becoming more extreme by the month. At best the hosts are robotic, mouthpieces incapable of doing their job. It used to be at least watchable 15 years ago. Now its just infantile. Its worrying. THESTRONG-THEVALIANT
I go with sometimes... I had a period when I didn't watch TV for several years... now recently I've been watching because I find myself in different circumstances. Now I am in a period where I'll see the telly on often, and I've been on a streak now for a couple of weeks where I have seen the news almost every day once. I am looking what they are lying about - my favorite part is the local news, so I get some info about my surroundings - the weather is the worst part. Not a big fan, I've always despised the mentality. I could easily find myself in not watching it for many years again. like mentioned earlier in this thread it has a robotic feel, but also it is important that we know what they are lying about. Orange Alert
No TV set. I only watch films and documentires in my ever increasing collection of DVDs and Blu-rays, which is 99% pre -1980, on a large computer monitor or projector. If I do see a glimpse of the BBC or Sky news, it is because it is on in someone else's home and I instantly sense the toxic garbage emitting from their wall screen.
