This is a direct violation of our rights under the Constitution. "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law." (7th Amendment-US Constitution) The Court has proven to be a useful tool by the Vaccine Industry to shut down legitimate claims against Vaccine Injuries. In its MMR-Autism hearings, the Court selected 6 cases out of 5,000 to hear. Thimerasol was the supposed basis of these claims. But Thimerasol has NEVER been an ingredient in MMR Vaccines!
