I demonstrated with him that he was a sheep but I think he was to thick to understand what I meant! Not been out since the masks in shop rule was implemented but I won’t wear a mask, and do have to go out at some point. It’s sad how brainwashed they are. By giving you such one worder....you get the full picture of who he is and where he is going. Anger will pull you down. I just went to my local waitrose and pulled my scarf up as i went in then took it off in the store - everyone stared but I just bowled out ! I feel like I am the only person I know with a set of balls to say "no" to thsi lunacy but even I had a real fear of how my lack of mask would be tackled - I wish we had local marches and demonstrations in my sleepy part of the world .. may only be me at one though ! Itsjaybigjay Posted July 26, 2020 Share Posted July 26, 2020 Everyone round here seems to be ignoring it, was out today and walked into a local shopping center was about 60% of the few people walking around wearing masks I being one of the 40% not. walked to the store i was going to and all they had was a new sign saying anyone who is not exempt is asked to ware a mask. I got my shopping went to the checkout paid and left no one challenged me, if they did id just say medical exemption. Ps I believe Tesco has a policy in place not to challenge non mask wearers. peter Posted July 26, 2020 Share Posted July 26, 2020 (edited) Last week we had some tickets to watch some blues bands , there was only so many allowed in the building but on the oval next door they had a truck with a large screen on it and ,so you parked your car and tuned your radio in to watch and listen and since we had a new dog and couldn't leave it alone so we opted for the car, we went down early to give the dog a run and for some socialization. Anyway this woman mentioned covid and I just made comment, what the virus that doesn't exist. Talk about a red flag to a bull , the woman said It is true, people are dying in the streets ,it's affecting their kidneys ,liver and other organs and people are loosing their limbs through blood clots, I said where did you hear that ,on the news she said , so I made the comment ,well I can't argue with that. The next bit was brilliant , I don't know where you get your information from but you just think every one that doesn't agree with you is stupid,there were quite a few people around and she was getting into me but I couldn't care less I just let her go . My wife pipe's up at this stage and says all they want to do is make more money from vaccines and probably more kids will have autism, what she said next flawed me , Quote, I have two autistic kids and it's not from vaccines. Had a few Karen's give me dirty looks and stop and stare at me and shake their heads but that is about all. I will tell them what they can do with a mask if they do mention it. I am yet to travel back in to London and I am sure that will be a complete hassle when I do finally go back in. I'll refuse to wear the mask, they can fine me if they want to, I will not pay the fine. What are they going to do give me a criminal record for not wearing a mask? (I now walk or cycle an extra Mile to Aldi’s now). Every encounter has been with aggressive Female staff. One time the till operator refused to serve me until I had taken a step to the Left as I was too close to the customer in front??? My best one was I walked past the Vegetables and turned back as I forgot To pick up an Onion. This Child shouted at me “You can’t go down there!” I was truly surprised as to why. She pointed to s sticker on the floor with an Arrow symbol on it. A Man about my age was close by and witnessed the whole thing. I was really annoyed and I said. “I have a Granddaughter about your age. If she spoke to me like that, I would Take the Knee, bend her over It and give her a spank”. I am glad to see that senior citizens are so sober about all this madness. I live in the Netherlands where most senior citizens sheepishly swallow anything the doctor prescribes and blindly believe anything they have bin told by the tv and radio. It flummoxes me how easy this lunacy has festered. Stay calm and strong all. Fear, panic and self righteousness are the real symptons of this "virus". Remain kind and patient with our fellow people.
