As for the original DIF. We have it and it is on a server. We know which one, but believe it or not, we've not had access to it. I've never been in a position of management or organisation before recently, and things were run in a crazy way at times. I was always reliant on hassling someone else to do something so I could report back, which is where the perception of ignorance has come from. That isn't how it will be from now on in, so touch wood, everything can run a tad more smoothly from now on. Not fishing for any form of sympathy, but we are a small team, that covers all the different aspects of what my Dad does, and in the last few months, we've been deleted by facebook, YouTube, mail chimp (whole email database deleted by them), Paypal, Vimeo (both Dads and Ickonic), Waterstones, and our two book fulfilment warehouses have refused to continue to stock our books and have given us a months notice to clear out stock. Then there is the hack of the forum, and the week long massive DDOS attacks on both David Icke.com and Ickonic. These are crazy times and with us trying to fix all these issues, the forum fell into the cracks at times. Sounds like a good way to go with this and the new forum/social running, that way everybody should be happy. Hi Gareth, i for one find what you have decided on brilliant and i feel this whole sorry episode can be laid to rest now THANK YOU hat-tip bro. i feel its the way forward for this forum takes all the pressure off yourself, and leaves you the time hopefully to do what you need to do. We have a good balanced MOD team here and i am sure they will keep this forum within the realms of what it was intended to do. yes we are aware of the pressures you've been under only to well and understand its been a total nightmare. since the hack on here devastated the whole community, there has been utter disbelief everything has gone, which has led to a lot of discontent and understandable frustrations. i have not been around as long as some on here and i was gutted, so i really do understand there frustrations, and for that matter yours also. in my mind its time for ALL of us to pull together and get this back up the way it was but better, what has been lost is our own identity of who and what we stand for no need to let the ptb divide and conquer, they have the battle we will win the war. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't think we liked the idea of being hidden away behind some kind of private social network thing.... Half of the fun of the forum is wondering who might be out there reading this stuff....... it feels like being connected to the world...of course the internet isn't half as much fun as it used to be.....but maybe full free speech will return one day....the Internet is still young after all....... But I remember a time when the old Forum was so influential that anything conspiracy related you typed into the internet you would get David Icke Forum responses on Google's first page..... that was solely on account of the traffic and popularity of the forum in those days, now of course, the Internet has been 'fixed' so it only displays mainstream media results that no one cares about.... So thanks everyone and thanks to the moderator team, Ink, Basket Case, Screaming Eagle and Eve thingy for all your selfless hard work making it all work. One subject that could be addressed immediately is which platforms can we use to replace twitter, facebook and instagram? We can't keep on supporting the billionaires that we are fighting! We need a strong and well known voice like David to lead the way, like he and Brian Rose did by getting the Freedom platform going. For videos we have BitChute and BrandNewTube, but we need to replace twitter, fb and instagram with porn and pedo free platforms. We DO need some censorship, and that is censorship of the ideas that have come from the billionaire advertisers, that sex is nothing but entertainment, leading to addiction and snuff porn. We have to fight that on every level. So please let's have some discussion from David on better platforms that reward the creators, not the one single dude at the top raking in advertising money. And proof that forums are not functional is that people will comment with relevant ideas and they sit there forever and nothing happens. You should have 'notify me' as the default, not 'don't notify me'. We are in times when communication matters, that's why the police shut down that badly organized protest in London. Kala Namak Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 I can understand to a certain extent some of the criticisms about forums, but I mostly disagree with them. A well organised and well moderated forum can be a great space to share and exchange information thoughts and ideas. I much prefer threaded conversations to youtube comments sections or facebook/instagram/twitter posts, some of which have a high percentage of toxic garbage. I get it that there are some (mostly young folk I assume) who don't quite understand how forums work and can't see the point of them, however for longer form discussions imo they are much better than cramming stuff into 140 characters or less. I think this forum has taken quite a heavy blow from the hackattack and it may take a while before it fully recovers.
