A Maricopa County Superior Court judge has granted a request from the leader of the state Republican Party to inspect a sampling of Arizona ballots for irregularities to determine if any were improperly counted. 

But Judge Randall Warner capped at 200 the number of ballots Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward and her team can examine, arguing the limited sample should be "enough to let us know if there's a red flag" when he reviews the results at trial Thursday.

Warner issued the order from the bench after an hour-long preliminary hearing Monday that occurred as state officials were certifying the election. It was the first major proceeding in an election contest pursued by Ward, who's attempting to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s win in Arizona by having a judge void the results.

Her challenge, which could not formally be filed until after certification, relies on a state law that allows voters to dispute election results if they suspect misconduct by election officials, illegal votes or an inaccurate count. Without evidence, Ward's lawsuit questions the signature verification process used to authenticate mail-in ballots, as well as the duplication process election officials use to count ballots that tabulation machines couldn't read.

In the 100 vote batch, two votes were discovered that were of concern. Arizona GOP lawyer Jack Wilenchik wrote in a court filing that one original ballot contained “was clearly a vote for Trump,” but the “duplicate ballot switched the vote to Biden,” while a second Trump vote was completely discarded, due to the duplicate ballot also including a “blank” vote for a write-in presidential candidate.

“Thank goodness that Judge Warner said he wanted to err on the side of transparency and let us look at these,” Ward said in a video released to Twitter. “Those media propagandists who say there is no evidence of fraud can now shut up.”

It's something I've been considering for a while. Maybe there was never meant to be a "Great Reset" but only a push towards mass unrest and war, which is a reset in itself.

 

I think Schwab and his mates in Davos are sincere in their intentions, but perhaps those above them, the real old money, are hedging their bets. They are prepared to give the technocracy a try, but if the world descends into chaos they are able to pick up the pieces after the dust is settled and get their reset that way.

 

Either way, it feels like a turning point in history. What we have had since WWII is on its last legs, something new is coming.

A lawsuit accuses California officials of rampant election-code violations and fraud that irreparably contaminated the results of the 2020 election.

“The lack of integrity in our elections strikes at the heart of our republic,” said Joshua Kroot of Primary Law Group, one of the teams working on the case on behalf of the Election Integrity Project. “The failure to correct this problem immediately will do irreparable injury to our nation and devastate the credibility of all elections into the distant future.”

 

While more than 60 lawsuits have been filed following the Nov. 3 general election on behalf of President Trump, the complaint goes further, challenging the entire election procedure in California. It also is significant because it requires the decertification of California’s November election results, a move that by itself, could deprive Joe Biden of the presidency.

Biden is expected to get 306 Electoral College votes of 270 needed to win. But California’s lode is 55 votes.

It calls for the decertification of the election results, pending an audit of the ballots. And it asks for an order protecting evidence since “state and county officials are moving quickly to deny access to or wipe stored information from these machines, software and materials so that no such audit can be carried out.”
