Er......no.

'In other words, the U.S. Supreme Court lacks the jurisdiction to issue an injunction.'

Yeah, now if you'd watched my video, you'd have noted that the harbour deadline is irrelevant and the state has not followed its own legislation for resolving legal issues before certification. Therefore, the certification is not valid. Listen, if you don't believe there's anything in this then fine, but please, people dragging suitcases from under desks and filling out ballots is evidence of fraud. Simples. 👍

Is this it??

The final words of the inquisitor at the desk I think sum it up very well, and I quote, 'what evidence can you give to us....'

And answer came there none.

I think she also slipped in a mention of so far 40 (forty) four-zero Agent Orange law suits dismissed.

Oh there's lots of evidence.......

Hey, either Trump's big suits are incredibly indolent - that is possible - or they have nothing!

As Orange fans, you will know I am sure that he has made his...ahem...career out of being able to afford to spend more time in court than the other guy. Until now.

The Trumpmeister's legal team, you just have to ask - is there no start to their talent?

Here are the thoughts of another Republican-appointed judge, from today;

U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten in Georgia, who described the effort by that state’s GOP electors “extraordinary” and unsupported by the law.

After hearing about an hour of arguments from various sides, the George W. Bush appointee issued a rare ruling from the bench dismissing the case outright.

In fact Sid James and her team chalking up two more defeats today.....blimey these guys are worse than Arsenal!

I was wrong! The Supreme Court did take a look at some of the Trumpo fantasy stuff.

I was right! They wanted nothing to do with it;

“The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the high court’s one-sentence order states.

In a concurring statement, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice made clear to point out what the case did not involve.

“They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,” Wecht noted.

Oh dear, that could be translated as 'why are we wasting our valuable time dealing with this nonsense'.

So many court defeats for Trump's bargain-basement legal team yesterday, I will cannot be bothered to count them. Someone can try of course, you will need a big abacus.

Pack your shit Agent Orange!

Ah but this is the exact point, there is nothing!

Time after time, Agent Orange's legal people ($1m-an-hour) have swung into courts across the land and presented.....nothing! Not a shred......

Even yesterday, four more courts across the Republic decide against Agent Orange.

Now if you were the plaintiff (that's the soon to be ex-president Orange), you might have decided by now, I think I would have, that one of two things is happening; Either (A) my er....top-gun lawyers are taking me for a ride here, or (B) my case is shite. Trouble is for Orange, both are true, and in the case of Rudy G, probably on the way to a courthouse near you soon, but this time in the dock.

Not looking good for Agent Orange. If I were him, I would take this to the only judge and court that is suitable to hear this sort of case;

My pleasure, at the moment, not very much at all. The Supreme Court has NOT agreed to hear the case;

Don't listen to the other individual,  he doesn't know what he's talking about.

With Texas being a state they go straight to the supreme Court as that is the only court that would deal with a state matter. The video above is wrong saying this has never happened before, it has, states have sued each other over various things but they are like once or twice in say 100 years. Example, Arizona sued Oregon over its right to use their water as it was on American soil and should be shared as a result.

However, what people need to understand is there has been no filing of a case to my knowledge,  they have only made a request to be heard. Which, according to SCOTUS is the correct procedure. Now that doesn't mean they will hear it, only that procedurally they've undertaken the correct steps.

Now, the lawsuit they intend to bring is based on the constitution and how the other states changed the rules under the guise of a pandemic, essentially the argument is they did so on the chance the pandemic occurred and allowed voter fraud as a result. Therefore, the argument is, as Texas is a state and has vested interests in receiving money from the federal government, that this has now impacted them as a state and they can allege financial loss as well as loss of influence at the federal level due to the other states changing the rules at the last minute.

What's interesting about these rules changes is that they were not done correctly. The state legislature is the individual that changes the rules, but they never followed the correct process. This is true of Pennsylvania in that they started the correct process but then pulled it when they realised there would not be enough time to change their constitution and brought through legislation and not a constitutional change.

This is where this could set the other cases apart from the others as it doesn't necessarily allege fraud. It alleges its unconstitutional to change the rules to benefit the Democrats and disenfranchise voters, in a nutshell.

You may wish something to be the case, sadly that will not make it so.

Need some context? Here is, er.....George Conway, right-wing lawyer and husband of none other than Kellyanne Conway. You can say that he is not optimistic about these proceeding, that would be something of an understatement;

“This is the most insane thing yet,” Conway said. “The notion that the Supreme Court is going to have a litigation where states are attacking each other’s rules for choosing electors is insane, and they’re not going to do that.”

Word in Intelligence circles says that if the Supreme Court voids any or all of the November 3 election due to the massive fraud and violations of the US Constitution with changes to election laws, the lawless extension of voting for weeks, in violation of 3 USC 1 & 2, the Democrats are planning on asking the United Nations to INVADE to depose Trump as a "Dictator."
