The accusations are being made, the responses are being noted and the players are being identified.

 

Any proof of widespread conspiratorial wrong doing (and one has to bear in mind the extreme levels of intelligence gathering now in place) then the President is within his remit to declare an emergency and thus use emergency powers.

 

Conflating a PR war to actual war is not a great step certainly in comparison to  the UK situation where the government is functioning with a reliance on active intelligence/military/psychological operations against it's own people.

I always had a strong feeling that AOC would become a key figure. People ridicule her, but don't underestimate the power of a young woman with a baby voice who presents herself as virtuous. She will be a queen like figure for a lot of brainwashed youngsters.
