So why did so many American voters struggle to even cast their ballot?

The Western Journal set out to investigate what was going on in its own backyard. (The Western Journal is based in Arizona.)

We took a look at and analyzed multiple videos sent in by former publisher Floyd Brown.

Here’s just one example of how difficult it was to vote — in the voter’s own words.

In it, an Arizona voter recounted the all-too-familiar tale of having an unacceptable number of issues with her ballot, before being graciously offered to have her ballot placed behind “door three” and being transported downtown.

“They offered me Door Number 3 and said those ballots would be taken downtown and counted by hand that night,” the voter said. “I said ‘No thank you.’ I asked if I could spoil my ballot and vote again.

“So I watched as a woman put X’s through my ballot, and she directed me back over to the check-in area. The woman who re-checked me in didn’t confirm anything [or] what had happened to my spoiled ballot.”

The voter was ultimately able to cast her vote, though it did take two hours to do so.

The voter ultimately got her ballot submitted, but even if it didn’t take two hours, it still paints an unflattering picture of those running this election.

If there were just one example of a voter struggling to cast their ballot, The Western Journal might have dismissed it as pure happenstance.

But this is far from the only instance.

Nevada Supreme Court Rejects Attempt to Stop County’s Hand-Count

The Nevada Supreme Court has rejected a request to halt the hand counting of ballots in a rural county.

The hand count began after all ballots cast in the midterms were tabulated with machines and is essentially an audit, which is not allowed under state law, the Brennan Center for Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union argued in an emergency motion on Monday.

“Unless enjoined by this Court, this hand count will set a dangerous precedent for future elections by encouraging local officials to make up and implement their own vote counting processes that violate voters’ constitutional right to an accurate election ‘as provided by law,’” the group said.

All six justices on the state’s highest court disagreed and denied the petition.

Court Docs: FBI Had EIGHT Informants in Proud Boys Prior to January 6

Recent court documents show the FBI had as many as eight – EIGHT – informants embedded with the “Proud Boys” group in the months leading up to the January 6 riot at the Capitol in 2021.

The bombshell revelation comes via the New York Times and raises several alarms, among them being just how the eight informants and their presence within the group, and the information they gleaned from working with the group, didn’t result in the FBI stopping the riot in the first place.

It also raises the question with defense lawyers as to whether the group may have been, or to what degree they were, entrapped by the informants themselves.

The New York Times reports that court filings for defense lawyers representing five members of the Proud Boys currently on trial for seditious conspiracy have unveiled the number of informants.

“Some of the information the confidential sources had provided to the government was favorable to their efforts to defend their clients against sedition charges and was improperly withheld by prosecutors until several days ago,” the defense claimed.

“Because all of the material remains under a highly restrictive protective order, it is not possible to know what the informants told the government about the Proud Boys’ role in the Capitol attack or how that information might affect the outcome of the trial,” the Times writes.

It must be cheating on a massive scale - millions of votes as opposed to just a few thousand here and there. If they got away with it once (Dominion) then even if Trump gets 100m votes and Biden (or whoever) gets 1m votes in 2024, they can cheat again. 

 

Nobody can do a thing to stop it. The courts - and even the Republican party itself - are swamps full of snakes.

 

I'm at a loss as to why Trump would even bother to go up against the machine again - unless he's a willing participant in some script. The USA is like an African Marxist shit hole from the 1980s. I remember the most hated presidents always getting 99.9% victories at election times. It was utterly laughable but now it's happening in the most 'free' nation on Earth.

 

I guess that if America falls then so does everybody else. I'd have said prior to September 2001 that the USA would be the toughest nut to crack if a one world government was ever to become a reality.

rizona Republican candidates Abe Hamadeh and Kari Lake have launched new legal maneuvers to contest the November election as the state's largest county gave its most detailed explanation to date on why it did not count more than 4,800 provisional ballots cast two months ago.

 

Hamadeh, the GOP's attorney general nominee. on Tuesday filed a motion for a new trial after a Mohave County Superior Court judge dismissed his and the Republican National Committee's election challenge just before Christmas.

 

While Hamedeh lost Dec. 23, he forced into public new evidence of voting problems in Pinal County that even Arizona's new Democrat secretary of state concedes was troubling. That new evidence is one focus of his request for a new trial.

"Today, I am filing a 'Motion for New Trial' after the shocking revelations from the recount," Hamadeh tweeted Tuesday. "It's simple, if the judge allows us to inspect and count the ballots – we win. Kris Mayes will either resign or be removed from office. Count the votes accurately."

During Hamadeh's lawsuit, vote total discrepancies in Pinal County were not brought to the attention of the judge, nor Hamadeh's legal team, the attorney general candidate alleges.

 

Regarding the vote count discrepancy, Hamadeh told Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk on The Charlie Kirk Show, that the judge in his case “was pushed around by the secretary of state, Katie Hobbs’, and Kris Mayes’ legal teams. That’s what I mean when I say I give Democrats credit. They intimidated this judge. They basically withheld information. They snookered him.”

In a Dec. 21 report to then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs regarding the recount, Pinal County admitted finding a 507-vote variance between the certified election count and the recount. Hamadeh had 392 more votes after the recount, while his Democratic opponent, Attorney General Kris Mayes, had 115 more votes.

Hamadeh initially lost the election by 511 votes, which then dropped to 280 votes after the automatic statewide recount.

Newly sworn-in Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes said in a radio interview on Friday regarding Pinal County's vote total discrepancy, “You know, the single digit differences are not unusual, but it is absolutely, it’s really problematic to see the number of ballots in Pinal County that were not tabulated."

 

“The folks down in Pinal County, particularly the Board of Supervisors and their election director back a year ago did not staff up,” Fontes added. “They did not fund up. They did not train and prepare for what they knew was going to happen.”

Gov. Katie Hobbs’ office didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.

 

On Wednesday, the Pinal County Board of Supervisors had a meeting to discuss the issues with the November election.

 

Pinal County Attorney Kent Volkmer told the board that the court overseeing the recount ordered the county to not discuss the issues that the county found with the ballot totals until the recount was complete.

Hamadeh also is raising concerns about more than 4,000 provision ballots that were not counted in Maricopa, the state's largest county.

"There are thousands of uncounted provisionals ballots. Thousands of voters were disenfranchised. Election Day in Maricopa County was a disaster. Election officials failed democracy," he alleged.

In Arizona, bombshell new evidence of Maricopa County election wrongdoing

Maricopa County is the most populated part of Arizona. When it comes to local government, it’s strongly conservative. However, abruptly and surprisingly, in both 2020 and 2022, Maricopa County suddenly started voting Democrat. The courts shut down 2020 election challenges, but gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is fighting the good fight for the 2022 election—and today she released bombshell information about voting machine problems and bizarre signature analyses. If a judge accepts this data, it shows an election-changing pattern of suppressing Republican votes and overcounting Democrat votes.

Maricopa County had 4,420,568 residents according to the 2020 census, making it the fourth most populous county in America, with over 60% of Arizona’s total population. Historically, it’s been a consistently conservative county. Before 2020, the county voted for every Republican presidential candidate going back to Eisenhower’s first run.

In 2022, the voter registration balance in Maricopa County was 34.5% Other/Independent (which often means conservatives disgusted with the Republican party), 34.3% Republican, 30.4% Democrat, and 0.9% Libertarian. Moreover, if county elections are anything to go by, it’s the Republicans who show up. At least since the year 2000, four of the five members of the Maricopa County board of supervisors have been Republican.

In 2020, bizarrely, this heavily Republican county, one in which the Republicans regularly showed up to vote, suddenly elected the newly radicalized Joe Biden over Donald Trump. This was a little strange when you consider that the voters generally preferred Republican candidates in the same election. However, judges were hostile to reports of cheating, as well as to any recount, so claims of election malfeasance went nowhere.

In 2022, the formerly Republican county again chose a Democrat over a Republican, throwing its votes behind Katie Hobbs over Kari Lake for Governor. Or did it?

Kari Lake filed suit alleging that election wrongdoing in Maricopa made the difference between winning and losing the race. What happens in Maricopa matters because Lake allegedly lost all of Arizona by a hair over 17,000 votes. Significant wrongdoing in Maricopa should invalidate the whole election. So far, the judge hasn’t yet tossed the case—and, after today’s bombshells, he may not be able to do so, no matter how much he wants to.

Shelby Bush, who is the Chairman of We the People AZ Alliance PC and the Maricopa County Republican Committee Vice Chair, reported to the Arizona Senate Elections Committee that a review of the system log files from the tabulators in Maricopa on election day, which the county finally returned in response to a FOIA request, revealed that nearly a quarter-million ballots were misread:

Dominion bombshell: 'Critical bug leading to INCORRECT results'

Voting machines have played an inordinate role in headlines in the last few years, since the oddly anomalous results of the 2020 presidential election were revealed to give Joe Biden narrow victories in states that appeared to be majority Republican.

Naturally there were questions about the accuracy of the counts by those machines, especially after some clearly wrong results were admitted, and corrected.

Commentators made accusations about failures and one of the voting machine behemoths, Dominion Voting Systems, immediately went to court, suing them for defaming the company's reputation. Some defendants responded with their own lawsuits against Dominion.

And now, as a result of one of those legal actions by Dominion against Fox News, it's been revealed in a report by Just the News that one of Dominion's own executives knew the system had failed.

It was Dominion Director of Product Strategy and Security Eric Coomer who admitted in an email that his company's technology was marred by a "*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results."

"It does not get much worse than that," he said.

The comments were revealed as a part of the discovery process in Dominion's lawsuit against Fox. Dominion is demanding $1.6 billion for "defamation."

His comments were made public in a legal brief filed by the news outlet.

Further, the details provide that in 2019, Coomer lamented that "our products suck."

He explained that "almost all" of the tech failings by Dominion were "due to our complete f--- up in installation."

The information was filed in a defense brief by Fox in the case.

Court Asked To Unseal Undercover Police Video Allegedly Showing Officer Inciting Capitol Protesters On J6

A Jan. 6 defendant asked U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras to unseal a video allegedly showing an undercover Metropolitan Police Department officer shouting “drain the swamp!” and “our house!” and encouraging protesters to climb barricades and enter the U.S. Capitol.

William Pope of Topeka, Kansas, filed a motion on Feb. 21 that would also unseal video shot by two other MPD undercover officers who trailed Ashli Babbitt up the northwest exterior of the Capitol.

One of those officers repeatedly predicted that someone would get shot on Jan. 6, Pope contended in another motion filed in November 2022.

“While my descriptions of the undercover MPD officers are accurate, the media and the public should not have to rely on my descriptions alone,” Pope wrote.

“It is in the interests of justice that this exhibit in support of my motion be seen by all.”

Pope also asked the court to remove the seal from a wider sampling of the MPD video shot by undercover operatives.
