Michael Sussmann's motion to dismiss has been denied. The judge rejects Sussmann's argument that his lies weren't material.


They're going to trial on May 16, absent further developments (continuance, plea, etc.)

What I find interesting here is how does this play out? The court will hear oral arguments on the same subject, I suspect because of this ruling it won't effect the oral submissions so I suspect the ruling will remain the same. 

 

So what's sussman's next move because once Durham gets his hands in unredacted documents, surely it's game over? Will we see a reversal of his not guilty plea to guilty? I suspect so and the trial date is set for May, so I equally think this may happen quite quickly. I find it amazing this is even going on.

The cops; who have military grade weapons, body armour and the such, just created a perimeter and stood by waiting for the SWAT team to arrive. They arrested a women for trying to go in to do something because they were just stood there letting it happen. Fuckin madness, and now they're saying the need more gun control. False flag.

Political leaders are not "elected" or "voted in" by the general population, but are selected by the shadow government (elitist cult). If voting made any difference, we would not be allowed to do it. Donald Trump and Joe Biden are not "on different sides", "competing with each other", "enemies", "opponents", or "against each other", but are on the same side. They are actors, deceivers, like every politician. Every politician is on the same side, and serve the shadow government. If you observe closely, you will notice that politicians throughout the world use 666, one-eye/all-seeing eye, pyramid, hidden-hand, and hush/vow of silence hand gestures. They are all members of the same cult. Political division and political independence is nothing but theater – deception.

Indeed. They fielded Trump as a political outsider: a businessman with no links to DC. Bollocks. Trump was hovering on the verge of bankruptcy for years until her was bailed out and groomed for political office. He knew the Clintons well. He knew Epstein and Maxwell and probably went to their exclusive parties on the island. He certainly flew on Epstein's plane. They may not have mixed in strictly political circles but they were known to each other through their deviant practices. Now watch Trump come to the fore in 2024, after Biden's lot get a kicking in this year's midterms. Round and round we go. He'll promise the earth and we might, just might, get lower fuel prices. everyone uses the "he was buddies with epstein" but never mention the fact trump was the only leet to help police with enquiries into epstein

you heard trump blocked epstein buying a mansion or land in florida right? you heard trump kicked epstein out of mar a lago right? buddies right?

do you not want to include these sound bytes then conclude they were still buddies?

At one time, Trump and Epstein were best mates. What you're talking about sounds like damage control.
