Just recently I watched two awesome series from Gaia. One was Joe Dispenza -Rewired which looks at humans from the standpoint of neurology, and, Gregg Braden-Missing Links

 

Missing links also uses science to prove the fact that we live in a holographic matrix such as DI has been saying for years. It also knits together ancient civilisations, archaeology, science, evolution, big bang theory and much more. Truly, its an awesome series and explains a lot of stuff folks find it hard to wrap their head around, such as quantum science and quantum healing.

Both are available free in bittorrent sites such as Concen for those who are financially challenged but want to expand their minds.

I'm afraid this is the fake spirituality of this era.

This idea is that you are "just great like Buddha" except some naughty people have you wrapped up in the matrix ..but don't forget you are "just amazing".

How ridiculously arrogant.

When did Buddha or Jesus ever ever talk like this?

 

I'm afraid in this world spirituality is disappearing and soon it will be gone.

The darkness is eating up all the exit doors.

Until what will be left is a group of monkeys all congratulating themselves on being "just amazing" (except for some bad people who have trapped them) and they will all be congratulating themselves for being so great and then they will die just like any dog.

Buddha for instance left his comfortable self-congratulating palace and saw dying and diseased people out in the street and was so shocked that his hair went white and when he came back he hated it all.  Then he studied meditation from some ascetic months and reached the same level of absorption as them, and then continued for several years of intensive practice until at some moment he woke up.

 

In the USA there is an attempt by several corporations to take ownership of spiritual lineages in order to monetize it whilst destroying all the spirituality inside it.  I know of several groups including Omega, Gaia, BibleProject, Shambhala Publishing, FIP (ACIM) ... all of which are the devil and are simply corporate vehicles who are destroying spiritual lineages.  I also recently learned that ISKCON is re-writing all of their famous books, and each re-write is damaging the meaning.  Let's not even talk about the Vatican.
 

It is probably greatly more difficult to find an honest teaching today than it was in the time of Buddha.  Especially in America.

That is a very negative viewpoint. Have you seen the series I spoke about? They are science based, not some wafty stuff such as you suggest. This is nothing to do with ideas around various religions. 

It's quantum science, based from peer reviewed documents. Many new scientists are now saying we live in a kind of virtual reality and that everything is connected. David Icke has been saying this for years, and here you are on the Icke forum....

The Matrix is just one representation of that idea.

Spirituality is not the same as religion. Not everything is darkness.

The dominant ideologies of today are science is good, religion is bad, corporatism is good.

How then do you feel you are stepping away from the mainstream?

Sorry if that seemed negative ... what can I say more positive.

DI had many experiences beyond human life when he was younger, an explosion of insights and entries into the wider reality outside of the confines of human life.  He was rebellious, courageous, sensitive, passionate, an individual ... and so on.

And that opening courage and so on ... each person has to do for themselves, it's a personal shift a personal commitment a personal insight.

 

As for the "we are consciousness" thing.  We are part of the universe but then so are acorns and they perish.

Even a tape recorded can say "we are consciousness" but it's just repeating.

A tape recorded does not understand either the concept ... nor can it intuit the inner reality.

So there are 3 things :

1. the words

2. the concepts conceptually comprehended

3. the inner shift has occurred so that you "ken" the reality inside ... i.e. your intelligence has made a jump and grasped a new layer of inner truth

 

So real world example.

1. If I teach a Zulu the words "mountain climber" .. he might have no clue what they mean, perhaps he thinks it's a farmyard animal.

2. If he comprehends that this would be some kind of man who walks ontop of a mountain, he sort of understands the concept.

3. If he himself walks on mountains and becomes a "mountain climber" then he can understand intuitively and fully what it means, he knows inside.

 

So the problem with those many people on the internet forming monetizing channels of content who say "we are all consciousness" ... is they are really at 1, possibly 2 and definitely not 3. 

 

Is a tree "consciousness" ?  Is a rock "consciousness" ?
Well they are part of the aliveness of the whole of the universe, but they are not Conscious.

The word "consciousness" (lowercase c) can simply mean the aliveness of the universe.

But spriitually speaking "Consciousness" is an awakening or jump to higher intelligence that happens to spiritual people.

Spiritually speaking some cross section of consciousness levels available might be :

 

a. oblation : zero

b. a rock : unconscious ... meaning that the bare aliveness is present in it

c. a plant : subconscious of lower level ... aliveness is inside it and it contains itself individually on instinct ... a tree feeds itself

d. a person : subconscious of higher level ... aliveness is inside, it contains itself, begins to play with concepts and higher functions

e. a 'buddha' : Conscious ... the intelligence has jumped into a new state and new world that is no longer dependent on the physical universe as the intelligence has formed a singularity of self-recognition with the Source ... the self-tasting no longer relies on movement in the universe, it refers directly to the source without intermediary.  He knows himself from within.

 

Anyway, personal journeys are always very valuable ... groups and commercialisation is to something you have to be cautious of.
