She has not got big hands & feet, 5 O'clock shadow or an adam's apple. Now I will admit that I also didn't believe Michelle Obama was a bloke till I saw some photo's where his male appendage is clearly bulging in his frock, and more recently, photo;s of him as a young man. Now I do believe it. It's relevant, imo, because I've also seen photo's of 'stars' cross-dressing their (often adopted) young children.
