I've tried countless times to update the card info to no avail, also contacted support weeks ago and still no reply. I sent them another e-mail just now, anyone having this same problem? I understand that they've been busy with all these attacks recently, but I hate to see their cash flow suffer because of it, bad enough paypal banned them recently. Edit - The content is pretty good. Armesis Posted June 22, 2020 Author Share Posted June 22, 2020 Already did that weeks ago, now my account is so expired that it wont even log me in, but recognizes my computer and asks me to update my card. I've tried 2 cards but it still shows the same error message every time - "Subscription Issue Your subscription is not valid as there was an issue with your payment. In some cases, this is not immediate. Contact [email protected] if you believe this to be an error". Thanks for trying, but i'll just wait for them to sort it out. Its still growing, but the programs and information are pretty good. Right now we just gotta stick with it. I bet they're still very busy cleaning up this whole mess with the hacker attacks. I would love to watch it on TV. I have a laptop that I connect to the TV via hdmi cable, I watch it like that. I dont subscribe to any mainstream streaming services either. Sorry, I can't help as I don't have either a tablet or a TV .... I would guess that it would depend on what can be plugged into your TV?
