You can only programme the subconscious-collective part of the mind.  That is the part of us that is in the matrix of human subconsciousness and is manipulated on the basis of what other people think and think of you etc... i.e. it is based on everyone's self-image, what other people think of you.  It is subconscious and similar to animal level.

But that is very low, as humans have several levels of intelligence in their mind that is above this and should not spend much time in the subconscious.

In order to push people forcefully into the subconscious it is necessary to chemically rewire people ... fear/ager/distrust/sense-stimulation and such things create a chemical/hormonal re patterning of the human functioning.  So it's not just programming into terms of shared ideas in the mind, but it is also re-rhythming the functioning of the body ... re-rhythming in a bad way.  Turning people into desperate hungry ghosts.

Anyway we need input and nourishment from the outside, so you should avoid everything that is presented to you ... and be very selective with your inputs choosing only the highest and most conscious sources, whatever they may be.
