You are absolutely on the right track there, Brad. I have long ago started to study the properties of wild plants and have been boosting my meals ever since with them. I always allow dandelions to grow amongst my decorative plants in shadier positions in my borders. Then the leaves mostly emerge more tender than in full sunshine. I don't have my own garden, but I have a large area of communal green space beside the flats I live in. Nobody else has been interested in taking out some lawn around the edges to create borders, so I could be free to do that and it all looks great and my neighbours are very happy with what they see. It's mostly decorative plants, but in one Council rose border I have interplanted with herbs: Fennel, of which one can eat the leaves chopped and added to stir-fries, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Lemon verbena and lemon balm. These last two both work very well in teas, as does Thyme. Oh, and I have Oregano in that border too.

I feel very lucky with where I live. In another border I have some globe artichokes, which have very decorative leaves and I grow them for the artichokes to eat. I leanr how to prepare them living in Mallorca for many years, where they are a big winter crop actually. In Scotland, where I live, they grow in the summer.

In-between these plants I always sow some cut and come again lettuces, dwarf peas and radishes, and this year I am trying dwarf runner beans. You see, the Council gave me written permission, but warned me not to turn these borders into an allotment. So, I have to cheat a bit, but such veggies look decorative too.

I also have a Salad Burnett cluster, some Sorrel, Chives, Parsley in the summer and a Lovage plant. Lovage leaves taste similar to celery stalks, so are great to flavour soups. In Germany and Poland, for example, this is known as the Maggi plant, because Maggi is a concentrate for soups that tastes the same and is probably made from it.

Speaking of Parsley, many of you may have a very pesky weed in your garden called Bishop's Weed. Its leaves taste quite similar to Parsley and I always use them in dishes. Monks apparently brought this plant to Britain in Roman times and grew it in monastery gardens. It is very invasive indeed, but as one can eat it safely, I don't think it's so terrible.

Oh, and Nasturtiums or Tom Thumbs are a great food source too! Leaves and flowers! They are a kind of cress.

This is just what I grow at the moment, but if things get worse, I will grow more. I bought a sprouter last year, several storeys high, which I still haven't used, but I have it if things get bad. For the time being, I can still by bags of different shoots and rocket too. I know that is lazy, but like I said, if times get difficult I will absolutely grow sprouting seeds too.

So, get yourselves a book on wild plants and their culinary uses those of you who don't know about them yet. One with good pictures. I have seen a number on sale locally on foraging. They should help you to find the right things. Oh, and if you happen to live near a rocky sea-shore, get one on seaweed! Most sea-weed is edible I believe and sooo nutritious!

To do so much with so little is incredible. The fact that so many people have land of their own yet do nothing with it while you are doing all of this is amazing.

During this time of so much negativity your positive energy is truly an inspiration to others. Well done and thank you for such an uplifting post.

Thank you very much! I just wanted to tell you all how easy it can be to plant something somewhere. Most people won't bother to create a garden on rented communal property, but if nobody else is interested, I always find that is all the better for me, because then I am free to plant what I want. And I have loved gardening forever and have only some of the time had my own land to do it on. Now, all I have is this communal space beside our Council flats and am hugely grateful for it!

Well done Dagmar and it just goes to show where there is will ,there's a way.

Anyone can gorrila grow and your the living proof.

My neighbour as we speak is ripping out the soil and laying tons of pea shingle down. He was smashing it down with a wacker plate all day yesterday (not ideal in a famine having no soil). He is a devoted Cathlic and was saying on the last phase of lockdown that this is the end of the World according to  lot's of people in his church and there could be famine among other things coming.Gods way of punishing humans for their sins (sounds to me like a Catholic guilt trip but that's another story).

Anyway......His answer to that was to hard service his garden and dump 4 tonne of soil.....TWAT!

I'm trying to show love to these morons but it's tuff sometimes. Lets just hope I don't catch him trying to pinch mine.

Anyway back to the real World and lets try not to let the lemmings bring us down.

Please check this site out. It's American so you can't order from it in Europe but it's great for food stocking ideas..     https://www.usaemergencysupply.com/

More locusts attacking crops in India. But also more in Argentina and Brazil..... i wonder if someone has lab created them and is releasing them, coincidence?

Also read about another food processing place that i hadnt seen mentioned before in the UK, more virus cases and another mini shut down there.

More localised lock downs will also mess up food supply again = more price rises.

Its all happening! This is what they are doing, bringing it on from all directions  (virus, blm, food, lone wolf attacks) to confuse us and overwhelm us. I wanted to write another letter to my MP this week but it will be a book by the time ive finished it! :classic_angry:

Yes but who are "they" ...It's not humans who are behind this all ... anomalous weather to destroy food ...locusts ...increase in  earthquakes and volcanoes , tornadoes ...In David Icke terminology it's the reptilians , an off world group who control the humans , either with their cooperation , of through mind control ... more accurately  they are  ET's ...they have advanced technology in all areas ...see Karl Mollison ... https://www.getwisdom.com/channeling-series/page/3

There's an episode in Fargo where he want's to drive a religious chain store magnate crazy so he get's blood from a slaughterhouse and put's it in his shower tank and buys locusts from a reptile shop and releases them in his supermarket. So I'm not saying that you're wrong and I'm not saying that you're correct either but I do believe that those in the shadows are masters at perception manipulation. We know because they've been practicing it for centuries.

There's an Irish guy who's been claiming they've had the ability to engineer the climate for decades. He's labelled as a kook by MSM  but he's done a lot of research and has a lot of  documentation on his website climatechangeagenda.com. which is worth checking out. I do know just from my own casual observations that there are a lot of strange things going on in the skies above our heads which seem to be connected with abrupt changes in weather.

Meat processing  places keep being 'infected'.

Yet not a  single Amazon warehouse  or even a supermarket etc.. has  had to shut because 'covid'.

This is very strange and  I  wonder what the 'official ' explanation  would be?

Its not reptilians as such, if anything its the "Jinn" kind, the devils essentially, hence why you have these people worshiping devils and doing rituals and in return they get things for it, he talks about frequencies and us only homing in on certain frequencies and this is bang on with lots of beliefs of these evil spirit.

Black magicians.

And they do in fact have the ability to manipulate the weather. Wilhelm Recih did so too with his basic cloud buster that simply manipulated the positive and negative ions to make it rain. Of course the government made him burn his work and then confiscated the rest of it.

You can see the documentary, it's still on youtube last I checked, titled, The Strange Case of Wilhelm Reich.

Another weather manipulation device is called HAARP, I believe it is up in Alaska. Oh yeah here it is:

https://www.gi.alaska.edu/facilities/haarp

I stopped by my garden a couple days ago and picked up these beauties. It rained today which means the other three or four small Zuc's should be ready soon.

My Avocado plant is doing very well, it was only a small budding stalk about an inch or two about a month ago, now it is about twleve inches high with four or five leaves.

And last week I noticed this other small bud popping out from under the edge of the pot and I wondered, wtf is that thing. I'm thinking it might be a mango plant! I researched how to get the mango seed out and I tried to start two of them. One I put in with my blueberry plant and it never sprouted. I think this is the other one I forgot about.

Thanks - out of likes as usual

Thought you might this article also which is in a similar vein

https://principia-scientific.org/coronavirus-a-perspective-from-britain-part-7/

Thanks @zarkov for the link which you posted in the megathread but which contains an interesting snippet relevant for this thread too. Namely this:

Edit - Due to formatting issues, I cannot move the last two lines outside of the quote box. Those are my words, not from the article itself.

Quote

On the 19th [June], the Daily Mirror ramped up the fear-factor by carrying an article saying research at University College London was indicating domestic pets could catch, carry and transmit the virus to humans, and this could cause a second wave of cases.

There’s an urgent need for widespread surveillance, by testing samples, preferably non-invasively, from large numbers of animals, particularly pets, livestock and wildlife that are in close proximity to human populations.”

If an animal tests positive for coronavirus they will need to be quarantined or culled.’ (Emphasis added)

The article also claims the CDC in Atlanta has ‘…updated its advice telling people not to let their pets interact with other animals or people outside the house.’

This would require millions of animals to be tested.

One of my social media friends has suggested this ‘animal infection’ may be used to justify killing millions of farm animals as part of the other agenda to remove meat from our diets to remove meat from our diets to ‘save the planet’.

It may be that the controllers will start culling farm animals and other wildlife so as to combat the "virus" and offer "sustainable" fully tracked blockchain meat free alternatives when food shortages ensue.

family of 5 living in a 2 or 3 bedroom flat without a balcony or a tiny balcony as most flats have. One family member working from home in their lounge which is also the dinning room, play room, exercise room, clothes drying room. Stuck like that for months, would they like it? Matt Hancock should try it for 3 months, see how he likes.

Yah, but picture a cardboard box living in the street or doorway, you still got it ok(ish).

No aliens, what he describes in terms of frequencies etc is bang on with the spirit world, if anything they are off the "Jinn" kind, essentially demons, hence the rituals and mass manipulation which is a spell in a sense manifested as a psychological spell, and it all kind of fits in with NWO and the coming of the so called messiah aka dajjal.

I have more clarity on this subject since pulling info from different sources.

Whether you call it angels or demons which are the western term, Djinn in the Arabic world...and let's not forget gods. These are mostly deceased human spirits on various levels from both the ancient time and current. WE categorised and differenciated them as good or bad by attaching different names. There are literally millions of angels and gods....you only have to look into Hindu gods. They are the spirits trapped in the Matrix! And yes they do influence, I knew this much as I am a medium.

I tell you, these living circumstance is actually driving people to poverty in a spiritual sense as well...let alone they are getting pay cut etc....

But still, I look on the brighter side to say, I have a roof over my head, food on the table and nothing is static. All is well and so far so good. :classic_biggrin:

OK, this was rather negative aspect of the situation BUT one needs to realise that you have everything in your hand to change this circumstance which doesn't cost anything.

You have helpers waiting your instruction but you need to perk them up as well. The problem is.....people are sleep that they don't recognise there is a door that can be opened. There are so much you can do which hasn't been talked about in the forum at all.

A whole farm is now in quarantine in Herefordshire. Another blow to food in the UK.

No cases reported  for Amazon or Walmart though?

Funny how it's the small family run buisness that always seem to have the cases.

Amazon or  A.i - Mason (as I like to call them) have none and yet they employ way more staff.....hmmmmm?
