Man City 3 Arsenal 0 BLM 5 .... Demons

people, all of us need to be strong, suck it up and stop watching all sports until they stop all this pandemic madness.  Seriously, we need to push past the addiction to watching these things and tell the money masters that we will not give them our viewership until they end the lockdowns and stop the fraud pandemic nonsense.  I KNOW it is difficult, it really is.  Sports is like a cigarette habit.  We get used to watching what we enjoy and the competition and rooting for our champions and athletes and teams.  But, we have to hit the cabal in their wallets, because it's the only thing they understand.  If the money stopped flowing today, the pandemic would be over tomorrow, and that is a fact.

One of my favorite sports is tennis, and I keep the Tennis Channel on a lot of times even when I am doing something else and just want something on in the background.  I am NOT even going to select that channel until they stop the pandemic pandering bullshit.  I refuse.  There's a lot of things in life I can enjoy.  I don't NEED tennis channel, and I don't need to abuse my brain watching any sports with people wearing masks, and microphones on 2 meter extension arms and fucking nitwits talking about vaccines and infections.

During the post-race of the NASCAR race that was run last night, several times the camera caught people removing their masks when they thought the cameras were no longer on them, and several times the interviewer got to someone too quick as they were rushing to get their mask on before the camera caught them without it.  It's complete bullshit propaganda.

We need to refuse to watch this.  They want us watching it, and they need us watching it.  As soon as we stand up and say "No!", all this madness will stop.

Yeah, I'm not watching the Swedish football either... I did watch some sports show about the first round of football... I didn't see them kneel, but they had the silent minute... and the sports show was fake because they acted like they did some questions "live" or they did but it was pre-planned the whole show, but they acted like it was not... nothing was authentic - it was so stupid to watch. Everything is so stupid right now.

The nightly NASCAR show on FS1 has replaced the table they usually use with a similar table that is about 12 feet wide so the 3 commentators can sit 6 feet apart.  It's the stupidest thing ever, watching these 3 people, none of which are infected with anything, sitting far apart from each other at this crazy long table with no one else even around.  It's just insanity.

I wonder how much all this hiring planes business costs?. Was thinking earlier, I'm sure it would cost a few Bob.

I am sympathetic to the message and the frustration but I am just wondering if we are missing a trick here. Divide and rule.

The football was on in the background tonight Tottenham playing West ham I did not care nor do I care to watch it any longer. 3 fucking months we've been without the footy and they have to politicise it. I have actually gone right off football now which is a shame because I had somewhat of a passion for it, it was something mindless I could do to get away from all the shit world affairs.

Can I ask, I am 27, anyone over 40 or 50 did they always bring politics into football? I'd imagine it's a new thing due to the influx of billions of pounds the last 15 years. But have they always been like this or is this a new thing?

Personally I can't be around the news or television or radio which was my favourite outlet since I was 12 was radio because of the propaganda, if not in the show's themselves, but in the adverts.

(just.. over 40 :classic_dry:)

The 'globalisation' of football started in the beginning of the 90's, TV rights (UK: Sky, Premier League inception). 1994 World Cup - USA.

This was the start of the upturn in players wages and the change of the demographic of the supporter (from working class males to middle class 'sports' fans).

The recent 'political' aspect is only very recent really as MH states above - here to stay now.

I'm in my early thirties. I started getting pissed with the commie crap at Liverpool, and when Icke had his book launch at Old Trafford cancelled. Man Utd seem to represent capitalism, and LFC represent socialism/communism on the other side of the spectrum, and these are the two biggest clubs in England. LFC are owned by you know whos, and the "Red Devils" are owned by Lithuanian you know whos. Chelsea are obviously also owned by a you know who, then you have a lot of other clubs owned by Middle Eastern oil barons and royalty. I don't hold nothing against these demographics for owning clubs, but when football is a massive part of England, it leaves a terrible taste in your mouth when the English don't even have a big stake in owning the top clubs.

COME ON REF YOU WANKER ;)

When I caught the West ham game last night at a family gathering I noticed when the players went to take their drinks (I will call them snowflakes) about 20mins in a man started spraying the goalposts ?

For any of the normies that don't want people coming near them, I'd suggest wearing a spurs shirt ?

That doesn't surprise me. Liverpool has always been a big club but when my dad was growing up they won everything and in my lifetime it's been man United. Same type of fans that support the winning team when their kids, or all go out buying Chelsea shirts or man city shirts.

A lot of the online fans are not even from UK, Ireland or even Scandinavia there from  other places around the world . They have never been to a English football ground and are not bothered  to even research the history. what type of Liverpool  fan doesn't even who Bill Shankly is?

Even though it was founded by a conservative, I understand that LFC is a socialist club in the eyes of a lot of their fanbase. It's disgusting how they treat anyone that has conservative values like absolute crap on their official subreddit. It can't look good to an outsider, and all it will do is drive people away as there is no diversity of opinions allowed. If you don't follow the the latest virtue signalling mainstream agenda then the other fans will disown you. It's sad how hateful they are. They act like they're some civil rights champions, but they care so little about injustices against the English.

I don't mean actual conservatives are treated badly either, I just mean people with traditional/conservative values. I understand Liverpool has been treated badly by the tories in the past so I can understand the city of Liverpool being against tories. Just thought I would make that clear.

I am more traditional and I would say I definitely hold more conservative values than progressive, but I have never voted tory as I don't see what they have conserved.

I gazed at the comments on a football video of arsenal having handbags with opposition players. They all can't see the problem with the fake noises.

I won't be watching anymore either @stephen.

I used to tune into talksport for a bit of light relief and then they started bringing politics into it. I don't know the guy's name but he is a black daily mirror sport journalist and he is just another annoying lefty.

It's kind of like when I had Facebook which I had to delete this year as it was pissing me off. I don't really want to know the views on people I went to school with on politics. Same goes for footy.

Thing is a lot of the broadcasting media has been taking over by something called "global". Which is a sinister name in itself. Even in the 2000s radio shows like LBC used to be at least listenable and views on a lot of things used to be quite a diverse discussion depending on the who the presenter was.

Obviously now it's just got stupid, and rather than switching anything mainstream off out of principle, I have found myself unable to or want to expose myself to any of it.

So people who can think for themselves, have literally been outcasted from the system.

And as for football fans, majority still being working class, a lot that would have been pro Brexit, lean to the right, have had this shit forced down there throats. So it's a middle finger from these people. What's worse the lower leagues in England have a match of the day of their own, I am 100percent sure that a lot of these X footballers and presenters have no idea what BLM is about or represents. They are told they are to wear a badge, and like good little sheep they question nothing.

So the fans as a whole have never been the most intelligent bunch, which makes this all the more sinister in its nature. I'd bet majority of these football fans would bring on their own enslavement in ignorance. There was a bloke I used to follow in his late 30s calling for screening and ID checks before they signed up on YouTube or social media 'because of trolling'. This is the sort of fuckery we are dealing with.

I don't like the true Geordie podcast as the bloke comes across as a bit arrogant, but I suspect him and his assistant are one of the more awake channels. He interviewed David icke a couple of years ago.

Makes me wonder if this is about destroying entertainment as a whole. Sickens me this snowflakery world we are in it really does.

I can see it coming....

If and when fans are allowed attend matches again, they will be obliged to scan their digital ID showing that they have had the vaccine.

They will be so fanatical about their team and so happy to attend a live match again that droves of them will comply.

Meanwhile, long, long ago in a bygone era...

Can you imagine telling Norman "bite yer legs" Hunter, Tommy smith or Nobby Stiles to go down on one knee or practice social distancing?
